I’ve been to numerous eye doctors over the years, but the Walmart Vision Center team here truly sets a new standard. From the moment I stepped into the bright, welcoming lobby, I felt at ease. The waiting area is clean and comfortable, with up-to-date reading materials and friendly staff offering refreshments. Even during busier times, the atmosphere remains calm and organized, which immediately put me at ease.

The doctor deserves special recognition for her expertise and genuine compassion. When I arrived with ulcers on both corneas, she didn’t rush through the exam—she walked me through every step, using advanced diagnostic tools to monitor my healing. Each week, she applied treatment with such gentle precision that I never felt discomfort or anxiety. Her thorough explanations and willingness to answer all my questions made me feel like an active partner in my own care.

The receptionist at this center is equally impressive. She greets every patient with a warm smile and is remarkably efficient at managing appointments. I’ve never waited more than a few minutes past my scheduled time, and if anything runs late she immediately offers updates and apologies. Her attentiveness extends to follow-up calls and appointment reminders, which help me plan around my busy schedule without stress.

Beyond the exceptional care and service, the facility itself boasts state-of-the-art equipment. The digital retinal imaging and pachymetry exams give me confidence that nothing is overlooked. Their eyewear selection is extensive, with knowledgeable opticians guiding me to lenses and frames that blend style, comfort, and precise vision correction. Pricing is transparent and competitive, and the center often runs promotions on lenses and coatings that make high-quality eyewear even more accessible.

I will unquestionably return here for every future exam and prescription refill. I have complete trust in the doctor’s skills and truly appreciate the way she never makes me feel rushed—she will take all the time necessary to ensure I understand my treatment and feel comfortable. If you’re seeking a friendly, caring, and meticulously thorough eye care experience, look no further. I typically see the doctor on Thursdays, and I can’t recommend this Vision Center highly enough.

I had just arrives Vegas from the East Coast, rented a car and when I went to put on my prescription sunglasses, one of the lens came out. I googled the optical shops in the area and drove to one. Before parking, I noted a large Walmart across the parking area. So instead, I visited their optical shop. After looking something up on my phone, I was approached and greeted by DANNY C. an Apprentice Optician. He was very friendly and offered to help on any matter I had at hand. I explained that I just arrived in town and started to drive a rental car, when the lens fell out of my prescription sunglasses. He took a look and said that since I hadn't lost a screw in the frame, he would just go to the back and pop it back in. Took him a few minutes but when he came out and returned them, they were perfect. I asked him how much and he said not to worry, since there screws were still intact, it was quick and easy. I then asked if he could adjust the frames on my current glasses which I had accidentally sat on a few days ago. He inspected them and noted they were very good frames. But he did say that if the frames broke while he was attempting to adjust them at no charge, he would not be able to compensate me for the frames as he was doing it on a courtesy basis. I said I understood. He did a very good job on those fames as well, and again, no charge. Wow! I offered him $5 for a coffee for helping me out, but he said he couldn't take it, but would appreciate it if I donated it to some charity that Walmart Optical donated to in such situations. I did so. I couldn't believe how professionally focused, but so friendly and customer oriented he was. I felt I couldn't just walk out after receiving such "TOP SHELF" service. So knowing I was going to need new frames by the end of the year, I looked over the frames his store had on display. I found a very nice pair with spring loaded side bars, similar to mine, but a step up. I purchased them to show my appreciation. While I am 76 years of age, most people say I look close to 60 years, so I am a young old man. Suffice to say, I have interacted with hundred of store staff over the last fifty years and place DANNY C. in the top 10% of any I have every dealt with, and by far, the youngest I have ever felt belonged in that higher category. He is a credit to your Walmart Optical shop and an Ambassador for Walmart. I hope he will be recognized as same.

Niki was amazing. She was patient, through and understanding. She knew just how to assist in things we did not know. She is very knowledgeable. No other location explained in detail what important information we needed. We just thought you just pick out glasses and that was it but there is a whole lot more to know. Amazing service from Abir the manager. She took so much to help us. Also Samantha helped me as well when I needed help. Awesome!! I have never had such Superior Service!! If you need glasses come here!! Honestly!!

Was in town and discovered I had no contacts with me. Called around and asked- Samantha at this location was so helpful. I was able to get my Rx faxed over. She even checked to see if they had what I needed. Gave me the price in advance. Called me when my fax came they to follow up on the status and then called me when they were ready. All within a few hours. This saved my trip and she was truly amazing at customer service. I’m so grateful and appreciate of employees like her - who care.
