Today was an absolute in blessing to have come in to this location. My fiancee received some life changing news at her doctor but to our surprise the highlight of our day was a sales rep named liscet . Not only was she extremely helpful but her kind spirit was just what my fiancee in needed. ( Girl power)
To anyone who is like me and dreads doctor appointments or exams this location is definitely a plus and a major upgrade in health care . Thank you Ms. Liscet and God bless you all🙏🏻

We returned here for prescription sunglasses. Rama the assistent was excellent. She was very friendly, cheerful and patient. She showed us a couple if styles that my hubby liked in the Rayban sunglass collection. After hubby selected the frame Rama very patiently showed us the tints and other options. She wanted to ensure my hubby was happy with his selection overall. She was so delightful the whole time. Jake another assistant was just as friendly and helpful. He noticed a nose guard was missing off my sunglasses which I purchased less than a year ago from this store. He cheerfully replaced both just in case. He was so nice. We will definitely return here.

It is located inside Walmart next to the entrance. Very neat clean and organized. The staff is friendly competent and professional. Allan and Mi-Ling provided excellent customer service. They took care to explain the details and made sure we were satisfied with the selections. The glasses were completed and ready for pick up at the estimated time. The technician made sure the glasses fitted properly. He explained how the progressive and transition lenses work. We are very happy overall.

A great place to get your glasses, This store is very close to the middle main entrance and we were greeted with happy sales staff ready to assist in our vision needs, My wife picked up her glasses after an amazing 3 days so they are super quick to let you know they are ready, The store has all the popular brands and also has the eye exam section tucked away in the back corner, We were impressed that they use a wipe off sheet when you fill up your data for eye exam, very green neat. I slight think is that their computers seem to get frozen and they have to go to another one, but other than that was very happy with the entire transaction. very dope

I cannot say enough about how great they are on all levels, great price, great stock, great customer service, no wait time, and product received in half the time. It says a lot that i got my glasses last year as well, and we remembered each other! Jacob was my main rep last year and Millie this year, but they took time together to help me make up my mind. The store is well-lit and Millie took pictures to send my sister. I got 2 new frames with progressive lens in each, one with transitional lens and a one year warranty, the other darkened for sunglasses, ALL for $340.20! Why go anywhere else?!

I went in because my glasses (that I did not get from Walmart Vision Center) have been falling down. I was looking to get some nose cushions. Ms Marcie helped me and told me I didn't need them, just an adjustment to my glasses. She did all of it and my glasses now fit perfectly! She saved me from investing in another item for my eyes. They always remember the little details - my daughter is leaving for college and she made sure we git her set up here before she left. THATS how comfortableR/J make us feel. And professional?? I'm gonna be honest, this Walmart actually sucks! BUT their vision center is top notch! I've been several times now for mine and my husband's prescriptions over the last few years and everyone who works there is freaking amazing. Whether I just have a question about insurance coverage or an adjustment to my glasses they are always so friendly and accommodating. I've never had a bad experience here! The entire staff exhibits the best customer service you could ever hope for. Capitalism and consumerism sucks, but the people employed by these terrible corporations deserve recognition because they are out here doing their best and I appreciate them all.

I was looking for some really cool aviators, and Rama (the sales associate) located the perfect frames and worked with me on the color of the lenses. AMAZING customer service and knowledge by Marcie!!! Today I went to the Walmart Supercenter vision department to get my stepsisters glasses fixed. Unfortunately, they got bent while she was playing. I was really worried because we don’t have insurance on them, but to my surprise, I was able to get incredible assistance by Marcie who was beyond helpful and considerate of our situation. She explained to me that she could attempt to adjust them before charging us anything, which was something we didn’t even know was an option here!! She was successful in fixing our glasses today and charged us NOTHING for the adjustment. We will be coming back for any and all of our vision repairs and purchases!

Customer service seemed to be excellent when I purchased two pair of prescription glasses. The prices were reasonable. After about a month I decided I didn't like them and returned them. That was when I received extremely poor customer service. The lady who helped me (Mellie) refused to return any of my calls after that (even though I had already picked out new frames when I returned the pair I didnt like). The last time I did speak with her she said she would call me back and she never did. I even called and left a message for her to call me after that. But to no avail. Customer service is great if you purchase there, just expect no service if you return them (even though they have a 90 day guarantee)!

Came for an eye exam and glasses for my daughter. There was no waiting and Dr. Kim and his staff went above and beyond. Dr. Kim explained with great detail what was needed for my daughter. My six year old son had lost his brand new ray-ban glasses recently. I had bought them in Nov. 2020. I was told they will not help with a replacement. Come on, he's a little boy. Now with all the craziness with covid, no classes, now he's going to have a hard time reading till his father can scrape up $400 out of pocket for new ones. Insurance only cover one pair a year. The absolute worst costumer service ever. I’ve tried to order my contacts from them for a month now, they got a partial order in, but instead of calling me, they sold them, and told me the new order would be in before the new year. Well, that hasn’t happened yet either. Their phone lines are always down, so again no help. I will never order from Walmart again. Absolute POS!
