The person who runs the front desk needs to be schooled on insurance and pre-authorization. I was able to go and get what I needed done right away versus struggling for a year at this facility to get my insurance approval. Somewhat good experience for my 9 year old daughter, not so much for me they don’t know how to do pre-authorizations correctly and get insurance approvals. It’s a waste of time to go here. Try another dentist. They know their stuff, but they won’t work hard for you.

It looks like based on another review that they deny service once you ask for a second opinion. Can’t question the genius 😆🫠

I’m very grateful for the excellent care I received at West Sahara Dental. This is the second time I’ve called with an emergency, and both times I was seen right away, which I truly appreciate.

I recently had a chipped front tooth and was able to get an appointment the very next day. My dentist was incredibly patient, took the time to listen to my concerns, and clearly explained all my options so I could make the best decision.

I’m very thankful to her and the entire team for their kindness, professionalism, and prompt care. You made a stressful situation so much easier, and I’m very grateful for the great service!

Dr. Valenzuela did a great job on my teeth. I feel fortunate to have her as my dentist. And I can't say enough positive things about her super friendly staff. I wouldn't stay with her for years if it were otherwise. She'll also go over your treatment plan and answer any questions. See you in 6 months, Doctor.

Lluvia Valenzuela- The main Dentist, WILL DENY YOU as a client, for asking any question about her billing.
All I did was get a second opinion for my billing and they denied me for moving forward!!
I don’t know if this is an insurance scam company but now I believe there might be foul play.
