I am so grateful for this team of medical professionals. I normally see Ozawa but on occasion when she is out I’ve seen others, the support staff runs like a well oiled machine, I call and within 24 hrs mostly and at most 48 hrs my issue is addressed and resolved. I respect them and appreciate them so much! It took me 3 years to find them, I am not going anywhere, my insurance will change if I can’t see them.

Doctor Eric Wikler is always prompt to reply to calls, concerns & questions. His diagnoses are spot on, his nurses are intelligent, friendly and extremely professional and responsive. The office answers the phone, sets up reasonable appointments and always communicates with the doctors team well. I highly recommend Wikler Family Practice, especially for senior citizens. No video or photos allowed inside.

Cynthia was great but Dr Crouch covered the appointment while she was out. I had a gout outbreak which was the first time in my hand and flared my knuckle. I asked for a corticosteroids shot like I've had for past outbreaks but he did not provide the shot. I now have a deformed knuckle and now flares up every few months. But it looks this way for life.

I will never go back.

If anyone wants great professionalism from a medical practitioner, I suggest you go elsewhere. During my visit and my husband's visit in the same exam room we were unfortunately seen by the PA Taylor as he appeared very unprofessional and ask inappropriate questions during the exam. The PA's demeanor appeared flamboyant and weird to the point that my husband and I both felt extremely uncomfortable during our visit. My husband asked for a RX refill during the exam which was withheld from him because we rescheduled a return 6 weeks after labs and we're told because we rescheduled our 6 week appointment that my husband wasn't going to get a prescription until he made a appointment to see him again. So we made the appointment and the prescription still wasn't available. On top of that, the PA charged our primary and secondary insurance more money and a co-pay because my visit to establish care took ten minutes longer than my husband's appointment in the same room, because I shared my family medical history. I definitely don't recommend this office or PA Taylor due to the lack of professionalism and fraudulent activity.

Just under a year ago I arrived at the Wikler office for my first and only visit to their practice. The receptionist informed me that my appointment had been canceled. When I showed her my phone with the confirmation text I had received from them, she excused herself to go investigate the situation. When she returned she said she didn't know what had happened but that they would "fit me in."

Being "fit in" consisted of a very brief meeting with an APN, Cindy Ozawa, where I was quizzed about the status of various screening tests; i.e., pap smear, bone density and the like. The visit ended abruptly with a sheaf of papers referring me for the various tests and a verbal promise to refill my everyday medications.

Upon leaving the office I became very ill with nausea. I called the office and left a message requesting a prescription for Zofran, a benign anti-nausea drug prescribed regularly by primary-care physicians. Instead of the prescription, I got a referral to a gastroenterologist.

I contacted my pharmacy to check on the promised prescription refills, wherein I was informed that nothing had been called in. I had to contact Wikler's office twice before I finally got the needed medications called in.

Since I was new to Medicare and had not met its deductible, I was billed by the Wikler practice for $177.57. I don't know, fellow Nevadans. Is this value for our money? Is this just the expected state of healthcare here in our fine state? I certainly won't go back there. Would you?

The initial consultation with the PA was fine. Since the consultation some issues came up with my wife and they were addressed very poorly. Communication was lacking. The PA never talked directly with my wife during this time even when she was in the office getting checked.

Been going here for almost 20 years and I recently received the worst treatment, I have ever received from a provider by Cynthia Ozawa. Did not solve my issue, gave incorrect meds and offered no assistance to a patient that had issues breathing.

They never seemed to actually care about me when I visited. I only realized this after being forced to leave their practice after my insurance changed. How assed checkups, never really seeming to want to get to the bottom of things. And now that I'm at new practice, I've been getting billed by them non-stop. I've gotten 6 different "past due" bills from them even though this is the first time I've heard of it. I had to find out through quest diagnostics today that I had another one. The place I go to now has pretty bad customer service in the front too, but at least their doctors seem competent.

I see PA Taylor and his nurse Robin and have case management with Cori. I think I have had the absolute best care since having them as my PCP. Everything gets addressed every question answered. Taylor never rushes an appointment and makes sure that I feel comfortable with everything and fully informed. Cori has helped get specialists appointments scheduled when I have difficulty getting it done on my own and has my case and care so well organized. No matter who I talk to I get treated with complete respect and compassion. I HIGHLY recommend this office and any doctor. Even if you have been told you have a complex or complicated health history you will feel supported and helped.

This practice is amazing. I have been working in the medical field for 15 years as well has dealing with chronic medical issues for 17 years. I have seen all type of doctors and none compare to this one. I have been seeing Dr. Derek Crouch for years as well as my whole family and we have nothing but the best things to say about this doctor. He is so kind, compassionate and takes the time to listen. There is some waiting occasionally and the staff can vary, but the doctors are the reason to go to this office. My most recent visit, they were running behind, Dr. Crouch came in apologizing for the wait and instead of rushing the appointment to try to get back on track, he took his time, went over all my symptoms, listened to me and did a thorough exam. Kristine Crouch is also an amazing NP and highly suggest her if Dr. Crouch's appointments are booked. Prescriptions are filled promptly as well as phone calls returned. Do yourself a favor and make this office your primary care providers.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. The WORST office staff I have ever encountered. I have never been treated so terribly in my life. I was 5 minutes late for my apt and they told me they have a 15 minute late policy but it doesn’t apply to me. I have health concerns and all I wanted was to have the Dr. go over my blood results and they pretty much told me they don’t care and next available apt is a month from now! If you want somewhere with compassionate staff that cares about your health this is not the place. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME or MONEY.

I'm an RN & can easily differentiate a good, well run practice from the bad. The excellent reviews of their office staff are well earned. My calls are always promptly returned & they're always friendly & understanding of my heath concerns. I feel grateful to have found them!!

This is by far the most well run medical office I have ever been to in Las Vegas. Appointments seem to always run on time the office staff is pleasant and easy to deal with. I have had a few medical issues recently and they have always found time for my emergency visits so I didn’t end up in urgent care. They take all my issues into consideration and I never feel rushed. If I leave a message they always call back. They really do seem to care about me and my health which is something I have never found before in my 35 years in Las Vegas.

Don’t go here if you want help. They will take hours to call you back in an emergency or sometimes even days. They won’t take any pain you have seriously even if you have physical proof of pain. They even laughed at a patient because they didn’t call her back for 25 days and she got upset with them because she said she might have been dead. I have never met an office with as little of care for a patient as this facility. I would immediately fire the staff or retrain them how to pick up a phone and call people in a timely matter. They can barely handle the old patients they do have left. Let this be your warning………..your welcome!

I can’t say enough about this practice and how wonderful they are. I found out I had kidney cancer and they’ve been so helpful in assisting me with what I need. I also have chronic pain and they are so helpful and awesome in assisting me with this!! I highly recommend this practice. I’ve never had a problem with referrals or getting into them when I set up my first initial appointment.

I see Nurse Practitioner Cynthia Ozawa, and I love her. She is always very friendly, warm and thorough. I never feel as if she is rushing through her time with me, and she and her ancillary staff are very prompt in returning calls and messages regarding prescriptions, referrals and appointments. I learned of this practice through recommendation of an acquaintance and have also recommended it to friends and family.

We moved to Henderson at the beginning of Covid. We had to wait a bit for initial appointment, but Dr. ERIC Wikler was definitely worth it. He is very knowledgeable and caring. They do have same day and next day apps available. Unfortunatey with a car accident, we found this part of their practice is also excellent. Dr. Wiklers nurse is also always great, Rhiannon. Both PA's are excellent and thorough. We have had 0 problems with billing. Every employee I have ever talked to has been very helpful and kind in making all appointments that are needed. This is definitely an A+ Family Practice.

Been going since 2004 and seen many many changes but over all would never leave Dr Eric (Wikler) he probably is very unaware of some of the things going on with being so disorganized but hopefully it's a glitch in the road. Me and my husband went in for a physical appointment and they billed my insurance as a history appt which is why my insurance denied the claim . They billed the codes wrong for the blood work and now we're stuck with a $1000 bill that my insurance will pay as long as they go back and fix the codes and bill them correctly. They don't want to do that . The administrator herself hung up on me while I was trying to get then to review the paperwork. When I went in for my results I mentioned it to the Dr Cynthia and she said to take the bills in for her to review because it could have been that the billing debt put the codes in wrong. I took the ppwk and I STILL haven't heard back from them . Left multiple messages they never answer or call me back. Stay away from this clinic. They don't care about their patients they only care about their money.

I had an appointment here today for both a new patient consultation and also to address some medical issues I am going through. I was seen by Dr. Crouch and I had the most pleasant experience. Other doctors I've seen in town just seem to rush you in and out to get to the next patient but Dr. Crouch took time to thoroughly answer all of my questions. Have been looking for new family doctor for wife and self after moving here from Midwest 3 months ago. I selected this doctor because of the way I was treated by the receptionist on the phone. She was kind and understanding plus very efficient. She is a great asset to this practice. Spent almost an hour with the doctor after no wait. We could not be more pleased. This man is personable, knowledgeable, and an excellent communicator. We were amazed at his old time compassionate approach toward patients. We have ended our search for a family doctor. Would highly recommend Dr Crouch and his staff!

Having just moved to Henderson, I was in the market for a Primary Care Doctor. After some research, I made an appointment with Dr. Eric Wickler. The receptionist and other staff were professional and courteous. As a first time patient, I was extremely impressed with Dr. Wickler's interview. He asked me a number medical and personal history questions, and answered clearly any that I had. I'm a retiree and along the way, have been very selective of medical care. Dr. Wickler's professionalism, thoroughness, and 'bedside' manners clearly rates as one of the top two Doctors I've ever experienced in my lifetime, and I've had some very good ones.

I have been seeing Linda Rosenberg for many years now, at least 6. I don't go often, but when I do I find Linda to be thorough and efficient. I am satisfied with the overall care I get here and have not had any major problems with this office.
