Every appointment has been efficient, and they always take the time to explain the treatment plan and answer any questions, and that gives us something to smile about!

The quality of care has been exceptional, and it’s clear they take pride in creating beautiful smiles while making the experience as comfortable as possible. The office is clean, modern, and well-run, and everyone goes above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service.

Amanda is truly exceptional and hands down our favorite orthodontic assistant! She is an outstanding communicator and always takes the time to explain everything clearly, which makes every visit stress-free and comfortable. She remembers every detail and always makes us feel cared for and understood.

No matter the question, Amanda is incredibly helpful and consistently goes above and beyond, even when something falls outside her immediate scope. Her positivity is contagious, and she is always welcoming us with a genuine smile.

WORST ORTHO EVER!!! DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE!!! Brought my kids to Dr. Wirig, they completely destroyed my child’s mouth!! My child was seeing dr wirig and Dr Shaw for 2 years and Dr Wirig’s and Shaw office told me to go to an oral surgeon to have my child’s teeth pulled. I asked them what this was about and they said “it’s no big deal”. They will explain when you get there. Went to the oral surgeon and the surgeon was literally in tears. He told me whoever I was seeing as an ortho, I need to stop seeing right away. I asked why, and he said bc this is the worst case of dental malpractice he has ever seen!!! Dr Wirig’s office completely destroyed my child’s mouth. We left his practice immediately did multiple consults with oral surgeons and orthos. Every single one of them said it’s the worst malpractice they have ever seen as well!!! For the next SIX YEARS my child had to have complete reconstructive surgery!!! I paid out over $100k in corrective surgery, implants, appliances. SIX YEARS of torture for my child. Took a massive toll on my child’s mental health, self esteem and trust in doctors. Suing you for complete malpractice!!! Shame on your company for not even acknowledging your mistakes when I called and told you guys what happened!!!! I DO NOT KNOW HOW YOU LIVE WITH YOURSELF KNOWING WHAT YOU DID TO MY CHILD!!!!

Honestly this is the best place to go in town. Both Dentist/Ortho Wirig and Shaw are so awesome and ALL THE STAFF - I mean ALL are genuinely sweet and kind. From the front desk, to when they answer the phones, to when you’re in the office getting services. My girls love it here, I’m getting ortho treatment as well and I can’t say enough kind things about this office.
Keep up the amazing work!! Makes you guys stand out from everyone else! 🫶🏽😌

We were there 7 years ago, snd were very confident in the practice, management and staff as well as doctors.
After going last week, I was met ny new staff, and new management! All the contrary from before .. I was intending to get braces so I went for consult and was met by distraction, disorganized staff and walked out without a treatment planbut told they would follow up.
After a week of waiting for follow up- I decided to reach out to see if they had resolved prior authorization and insurance verification. Nope! Not at all! They told me they had verified and I did not have insurance, but I do and I did have coverage. After listening to their spill on me needing to be cash pay if I wanted treatment ... I called my insurance and verified everything and needless to say they confirmed that no.one had called for my benefits from the ortho office.
All this to say:
People we have to do the office work ourselves, verify your own insurance, get your benefits, prepare yourself unless you want to believe the lies that these lazy people tell you. Be aware of your benefits and do NOT take their word for anything. I am appalled but not surprised by their lack of integrity. This practice is not what it used to be and I would not go here unless you want to get ripped off. I was able to get consult, treatment plan and walk out with peace of mind elsewhere. I thank God that I fud not fall prey to their lies abd thievery, and God had something greater for me. Amen
