Dr Kevin Wogalter took the time to explain everything to me and the different options i had regarding my prescription for glasses. Armaan who checked me in was very pleasant and professional and when i was leaving a women in the waiting area noticed i had a cut on the back of my leg. and Armaan grabbed the first aid kit and gave me what i needed to take care of it. I want to thank the Doctor and his staff for a very pleasant experience.

EVERYONE at this office is wonderful. If you are looking for a warm and budget friendly place to get glasses for you and your children look no further. They always have promotions on name brand glasses. They accepted my insurance right away, which was a relief. Customer service made me feel welcome. Take advantage of the children's promo since it comes with free polycarbonate lenses. Please come in and see Ryan as he was attentive to us and is bilingual.

My visit for my granddaughter was wonderful. The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. He was really patient and kind. Dr. Wogalter was phenomenal, he took great care to put my granddaughter at ease before starting the visit. Dr. Wogalter also gave a mini lesson on how vision works. Our experience at Eyeglass World was amazing! The customer service was exceptional, and Ivan went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience possible.

My 13-year-old daughters were getting contacts for the first time, and Ivan spent what felt like forever patiently teaching each of them how to put their contacts in and take them out. He never once made us feel rushed, even though there were many customers waiting to be helped. He was incredibly kind, encouraging, and patient with both of my girls, which made a potentially stressful experience so much easier.

Ivan also took the time to explain all of the current specials and helped me maximize both my insurance benefits and out-of-pocket budget so we got the best value possible.

It’s rare to find customer service like this these days. Ivan truly made us feel valued as customers, and we left feeling confident and well taken care of. Doctor did a great job and a thorough exam. My wife and I both had our exams and she was sent home in a pair of lenses that aren’t her prescription because they were out. I was sent home with nothing. Was told it would take 2 weeks!?! Just for my trial pair! I asked if I could pick up from another Eyeglass World and was told they weren’t part of the network and I would have to pay for them. People go to get their eye exams because they are having trouble seeing generally which was my case. Now I am still struggling and waiting for my trial lenses. These aren’t even a crazy prescription. That’s what I don’t understand. Then they send me links to their online store. The link doesn’t work. They then send me a message that I had a balance which I paid in the office. That link doesn’t work correctly either. You have great potential but at this pace it won’t last long. As I know others think the same way I do and will question going to you next time.

I didn’t know what to expect by going to Dr. Wogalter at the Eyeglasses World Silverado Ranch location but I was truly impressed with my experience from the way I was greeted by staff, to the stellar experience with Dr. Wogalter, to ordering my contacts. I had a “let me just get this over with” mindset about the appointment to “can I hang out with you guys all day?” Everyone was fantastic. The experience was efficient - too efficient LOL because I was enjoying these people! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this doctor or location. And the affordability is a bonus as well. Eye Glass World is fantastic. The eye doctor is very pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. He spent extra time with me discussing and advising me about a very specific health condition that I’ve recently been diagnosed with which may or may not be affecting my eyesight. He is very compassionate.
The sales staff is also excellent. They are generous with their time and they all provide help in order to sort out any insurance related problems especially because my insurance isn’t well known here in NV because it’s a New York based union plan. I’d like to particularly thank Raven who was my sale person. She is very friendly, kind and helpful.
She took time to listen and give feedback as we discussed several things. She also adjusted a few pairs of glasses that I already have and now they fit much better and don’t slide down.
I can’t speak to pricing because my insurance is good but they usually offer 2 for one sales.

I had such a great experience at Wogalter Vision, LLC! From start to finish, the team was so pleasant and friendly. They truly made me feel like they were looking out for me in not just in terms of eye care, but also when it came to pricing options, which I really appreciated.

What made it even better was how kind and patient they were with my 1 year old son, who came along with his grandma. Everyone made us feel so welcome and comfortable.
