I am extremely disappointed with the way I was treated when I called regarding a charge on my account. I spoke with Silvia, and her attitude was extremely rude and disrespectful. She repeatedly interrupted me and would not even allow me to explain the situation.
I was calling to ask a simple question and understand why I was being charged. Instead of listening and trying to help, she made me feel like I was a bother. I have never been treated this poorly when simply trying to get an explanation about a charge.
Customer service should be about listening, showing respect, and helping customers—not shutting them down or talking over them. This experience was unacceptable

Everything about this office is WONDERFUL. My baby doesn't hate coming to the doctor and they're so sweet and very educated. I love feeling like a doctor actually listens to what my concerns are about my baby :). Only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because they took away the 15 minute grace period which can be a hassle with kids under 5. Other than that, GREAT experience <3.

Im not sure when or why they switched from being Wee Care Pediatrics but since they did switch, I’ve had issues trying to get anyone on the phone. I’ve called twice in the last week, the first time i was “on hold” for 10 min then hung up because nobody was answering. The second time, I was waiting “on hold” for almost 20 min before I hung up again because nobody was coming on the phone, just listening to the music & the repeated auto message “your call is important to us, someone will be with you shortly” . . . Nobody ever answered.

I absolutely love this location. I brought my daughter in for her well check, along with concerns about ongoing medical issues she’s been experiencing for months. We’ve been to countless urgent care centers, pediatricians, hospitals, and even the children’s hospital, and never once did I feel like my concerns were truly heard—until today.
I left this visit in tears because I finally felt listened to. The physician took the time to hear everything my daughter has been going through, ordered necessary tests, and showed genuine compassion throughout the entire appointment. She thoroughly explained all possible scenarios that could be causing the underlying issues and made sure I understood everything before we left. I never felt rushed or confused.
From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, we were treated amazingly. The front desk staff was incredibly kind and helpful, especially when assisting me with insurance issues—they were quick and efficient. Thank you to the wonderful ladies at the front desk for being so welcoming and supportive.
It’s truly hard to find this level of care in Vegas. I highly recommend this office on Charleston

There is no way this place deserves the amount of good reviews it gets. First off my son received a flu shot vaccine from the Henderson. These people failed to log it in his records so when he went for his 9 month check up they were not able to administer the second dose. I had to schedule a second appointment because of their error and now they want to charge for the second visit. Absolutely not. This place is unorganized and the front desk staff are not friendly. Also how do they not have an online portal where we can easily access medical records and not have to fax or go in person to pick up. This place is so incompetent it’s very frustrating.

This was our very first visit with our newborn daughter, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
