An excellent experience! Sharp reception, sharp nurse, and sharp physician who 100 percent fixed the issue. One stop shop, and clean waiting area. Spacious rooms. Highly recommended for locals and visitors. Update: Saved the day again. Got something serious stuck in the ear and two physicians did everything possible to fix it including administering some pain medication on the spot and easing the pain until it was able to come out with a tool that made it easier. With u comfort solutions were provided until it was bearable. Really happy for choosing to visit the physicians here again. Excellent care as always at the third visit in one month. I have a complex health situation, and as a result, I feared that a respiratory infection I had was getting out of hand. I happened upon this urgent care facility while in the neighborhood; I'd never been here before and never heard of it. I was seen by Dr. Eduardo Ramos; this was, by far and away, one of the best encounters I've had with a physician since moving to this city 10 years ago! Dr. Ramos was incredibly kind, through, caring, and efficient!! He took a surprising amount of time with me to genuinely hear me out (this is becoming increasingly rare to experience, as it seems that more and more physicians don't have ANY time to hear concerns or deal with "annoying" questions), and I am beyond grateful for his approach! He covered so many bases! I wish I could replace my PCP with him! I firmly believe this doctor will do everything that he can to help his patients. He did with me. Also, the entire rest of the staff was amazing to boot!! All so kind, patient and helpful!! In a city where people don't typically acknowledge you, it felt really nice to be in a space where everyone did ❤️. I know that things are messed up, but everything you all do, and how you do it, makes such an impactful difference. A Plus Urgent Care is the best in Las Vegas!

The reception staff are friendly and helpful and I was seen quickly by the doctor.

The consultation didn't feel rushed and he took the time to explain his diagnosis, scheduled bloodwork to be done, as well as a referral to a specialist and prescriptions.

They offer special lower pricing for those without insurance and it's very appreciated to be able to see a doctor when I wouldn't be able to afford to otherwise.

I would highly recommend A+ Urgent Care to anyone reading this and will be recommending to my family and friends as well.

I checked in online and as soon as they opened at 10:00 am, I was asked to filled up a form and saw the doctor as quick as a wink. The front desk ladies and nurses were very kind and professional. I came in at 9am, when they open, but no physicians are there until 10am so I made an appointment for 2:30pm. I arrived a little before to fill out paperwork and then proceeded to wait 2 HOURS. The wait time was insane and I’m sure what’s the point of making an appointment if you still have to wait 2 hours. They have tons of 5 star reviews so I thought I could trust the google reviews but they’re just review farming in the offices. I was very bad, I sat for 4 hours waiting to be admitted, in the end they did absolutely nothing, I just left, they told me to come back later for tests, I did not understand why I had initially paid. They said they had to do a urine test, and before that I said I could go to the bathroom, they said yes, and then said they had to do a test afterward. Thought???? In the end, I went back to take the tests and paid for everything. But I got a bill from the second lab saying that I had to pay them. What kind of work is this? And also, that I had to come to them to get the results, because for some reason they did not send them to my mail after 3 calls. Horrible service, doctors, service, not a single good moment.

I honestly am extremely disappointed with my service here , staff is fake nice. I came here for some breast pain , my mother passed away from breast cancer so I came here to check it out . I wound up having a breast ultrasound done , I asked the lady to do both and she said no it’s only the right one and I ask can you please do both and she was acting like it was a big deal so I dropped it. I come back today with paper work stating they had check both and nothing was found just some cysts , they only checked one . This is just very sloppy work , I understand you’re just an urgent care place but I just expected them to be a little more accommodating/ attentive , especially cause I expressed my concern of family history. When I came back no one remembered me , and they asked me why I was here today ?! I just feel like the most simple steps weren’t taken , I expected to have to go see a specialist but I thought I’d walking in feeling a little more prepared and some type of recommendation of the next steps . They just handed me a paper saying schedule a follow up with breast specialist not who they recommend or places that take my insurance This place is artificial, they only care about you if you’re old and white.

I discovered A+ by sheer accident when I went to Southwest Saturday. Since Medicaid switched my insurance, I couldn't go to SMA anymore, so I went across the street to A+.

I can honesty say that I really liked the nurse. She was super sweet! We laughed and joked the whole time. The doctor was cool too.

I haven't gone here but let me tell you something. I called because I've had major sciatic nerve problems in my primary physician and chiropractic recommended going to an urgent care. They don't take my insurance which is perfectly fine, but the help I received from the front end clerk over the phone was nothing less than perfection. She took a moment to check to see if they took my insurance. She found out they didn't gave me their rates which aren't bad to be very honest. Then even took the time to explain the difference between an urgent care quick Care and ER now I'm not really big on going to doctors but this was the time that I needed to and just to have some compassion from an individual who even made a suggestion on where to go meant the world to me when I felt my lowest. If this is how the phone calls go, I can only imagine how the staff treat you. I would give them a chance and I probably will in the future. I think the clerks name was Jackie. She really did give "A+" work.

While I was there. Everything was wonderful they took great care of me. It was easy and easy out. Everybody from the receptionist to the doctor. Everybody was wonderful. But once I left there, I had called twice to get my prescriptions filled because they weren’t going through And my Pharmacy received nothing I called twice, and then the I had to have my pharmacy called them to actually get my medication’s.

I can’t say thank you enough to the staff at A+ urgent care. I came in at about 6 pm dealing with a dog bite to my lip. It was not in the best of conditions and within the hour I was able to get treated and stitches. Dr. Ashkan Hashemisabour and his nurse did a great job making sure I was comfortable and that this was an easy process for me. The healing will take some time but it was not as traumatic as it could have been, thankful for Dr. Ash and his staff at A+ urgent care!!

Best urgent care I’ve ever been to! I broke my arm atv riding and had the ultimate customer experience from the moment I walked in the office manager Janet took great care of me and escorted me to my room with minutes! Dr Ramos and the team at A+Urgent Care saved the day. I had gotten a cold/flu with a horrible cough and had to get better quick for my sons wedding day. Staff was AMAZING. Got me in within 10 minutes of arriving. They gave me a breathing treatment & a chest x ray to make sure I didn’t have pneumonia. They also gave me a steroid and vitamin injection to reduce inflammation & give me the immune / energy boost I needed. Swabbed me to make sure I didn’t have COVID or the flu. Came in and not feeling well at all. Seen by Ashkan who is awesome, attentive and listens to what you say. I didn't have to go another place to get an CXR done which they have in house. This is better and faster than an ER or other urgent care. After leaving this place, had an issue with one of my medication and got in touch with clinic. I went earlier in the morning about 20 mins after opening and had a gret experience. The wait was mininal, the receptionist was pleasant and attentive in getting me checked in. They use virtual check-in so you have to answer the health questions on your phone (I liked this because some of the demographic fields like name and address auto-populate 😀, but I know some older generation people would probably like paper and pen forms). Once in the back the patient room was huge and spacious and the medical assistant was also very friendly. Finally the doctor came to hear about my concerns. He was quick but also super plesant and confident. Even though he was only in the room with me for about 90 secs, those were a good 90 secs. I felt like I was in good knowledgeable care. Like everyone else, he was extremely pleasant and got me in and out quickly which is what I needed, a quick urgent medical visit. Very pleased with my experience here.

The onboarding process as a new patient was straightforward and easy. The receptionist clearly explained the forms I needed to fill out, which covered my medical history and current health concerns. It only took a few minutes to complete the paperwork.

Once in the exam room, Dr. Ashkan took ample time with me and did not make me feel rushed at all. He actively listened as I described my symptoms and health issues, giving me his full attention. I appreciated how he asked several follow-up questions to fully understand my situation.

Dr. Ashkan took the time to clearly explain his diagnosis and treatment recommendations. He broke down the medical terminology into easy-to-understand language. I found this place on my insurance website and I thank God I did! I was sick for almost 2 weeks went to ER and they said I had a respiratory virus nothing they could do. However i kept getting worst so I tried this place. Dr. Ramos and his team check me for flu,covid strep throat, all negative so he decided to a more in deepth test and send it to the lab. Results came back that I did not have a virus but a bacterial infection in my lungs, which can be fatal for me because I have an autoimmune disease. If it was not for Dr. Ramos and his team,I would have eventually ended up hospitalized. Thank you Dr. Ramos and your team for actually caring about your patients. Highly recommend them.

I was seen by Dr. Ramos who diagnosed me with a UTI. The indicated treatment is a course of antibiotics. I was told by Dr. Ramos that the prescription would be sent to my pharmacy. After multiple calls to the office and over 24 hours in delay of my care, the incorrect medication was sent to my pharmacy. The negligence at this facility is egregious. As a practicing nurse I HIGHLY caution any and everybody from being seen at this facility. Do yourself and your precious health a favor and go elsewhere.

I was very pleased with Dr I saw, ease of visit, exam, tests they ran in-house covid, flu, xray and rx prescribed. Diagnosis was phneomia. I have pcp but I was so pleased I will continue even though I have small copay compared to zero. Convenience is key to me. 5 stars
