I first saw Dr. John Walker at a different dental office, where he performed my tooth extraction and dental implant. When I returned to continue the next steps, I was told he was no longer there—and I didn’t feel comfortable trusting another dentist with my care.

I made it a priority to find where he had gone, and as soon as I did, I scheduled an appointment right away. That decision gave me so much peace of mind. I’ve had other dental implants before, but I have never felt as comfortable and confident throughout the process as I do with Dr. Walker.

Nothing short of amazing. From the Doc down, everyone there is professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. They will answer all your questions and ensure you feel good about the process. In 2024 I had a dental emergency and called several places that wanted me to put me off for more than a week before giving me an appointment. ABC got me in the same day and only 2 hours after I hung up the phone. The place was busy but they made time for me and truly cared about my situation. Wouldn’t you know it! My Sons Crown came out a few days after Christmas while eating tamales. It wasn’t the tamales. It was probably loose after 7 years.

I called so many places, $2500 and up. Seriously? ABC Dental staff is the best. I called, Sophia said we can work with you. I made the appt, we came in. It was half the price of what others charge. Angie is fantastic and Dr. Walker is the MOST!

I started going hear during Covid in 2020. I was not happy with the service I received there at that time. Due to one person. I would cry in my car before I walked in the office.

Fast forward to 2025, I made an appointment thinking that it was going to be a bad one but I was wrong. The vibes in there were so good I was just so happy.

Dr. Walker is an excellent, caring dentist. I had previously seen a different dentist who found a cavity that he said needed a root canal. I was a few weeks pregnant so I wanted to wait until the second trimester to do any dental work. When I entered the 2nd trimester I tried to schedule an appointment to fix my tooth but my old dentist didn’t want to do it so he referred me to a specialist. I decided to get a second opinion and that’s when I found ABC Dental Care. Dr. Walker was able to save my tooth without a root canal, which was a huge relief. I was really nauseous my entire pregnancy and I told Dr. Walker I was nervous about throwing up while being worked on. He kept me as upright as possible, kept me at ease, and got my filling done quickly, but carefully! It’s been over a year since he fixed my tooth and I haven’t had any issues. On another tooth, I was experiencing pain and sensitivity but x-rays didn’t show any cavities or visible issues. Dr. Walker checked my bite and noticed some high points that could be causing my pain. He fixed those spots and fitted me for a night guard. My pain is gone and I appreciate the conservative approach he took to help me.

THANK YOU DR WALKER, what a blessing you are. I came into ABC dental for a second opinion on some horrible dental work that was done by another dentist. I am so grateful I came in because I was desperate for help. This other dentist did a hack job on several of my healthy teeth and attempted to redo fillings 3 times. Each time she made them worse. I was certain I was going to lose the teeth or need root canals.
Thank god I went into ABC because it was much worse than I thought. I was in so much pain for weeks, I could not bare the pain. He removed the fillings this other dentist did and put in medicated fillings until I could come back. Instantly, the pain went away! I finally had relief after weeks in pain, couldn't eat on that side etc.
I went back to Dr Walker a week later, got my permanent fillings done. I was shocked that he was able to rebuild my teeth back up because they looked horrible from the previous work. He made them look brand new, like my old teeth. My bite is finally fixed, he got it right on the first try too. I can eat on that side now after 3 long weeks of pain.

Been going to ABC Dental for many years. The place has change hands recently and all I can say is "Great move" Went in for tooth ache. They did X-rays and found I had a fractured back tooth that needed to come out. Dr John Walker is the new Dentist. Dr. Walker is very nice to deal with very professional and extremely likeable. I felt very confident to have him work on me. I was going out of town and asked if they could extract the tooth today. Yes was the answer. The procedure was painless and everything was explained to me as Dr. John and his assistant extracted my tooth. Everyone I came in contact with in the office was very nice and upbeat. The place was spotless. I'm very happy with Dr Walker and the staff. If anyone has had problems with the last dentist do yourself a favour and give this place another chance the past dentist has retired. Place is great for wisdom teeth removal. Dr was amazing & friendly. Front desk ladies were super friendly & helpful. However, the Dental Hygienist that works there & cleans teeth is the worst I’ve ever been to. It was the first time I come into the office for a cleaning & it will definitely be the last. There is only one dental hygienist in the office & she was VERY, VERY ROUGH & RUSHING THE ENTIRE TIME. I understand you’re on a tight schedule but I have never had an experience with a dental hygienist like this before. Not sure if she was ready to go home or what. But the hand held scaling was so rough, I was scared & clenching the entire time because I was scared she was gonna rip off my gums or something. She didn’t use an ultrasonic, never been to a dental office where they didn’t use that to scale my teeth. Nor was she wearing her dental loupes to see inside my mouth. She has a heavy hand too so the tools were poking my lips, my gums & scratching everything you can think of. Throughout the time I was sitting in her chair, I was waiting for the moment for her to hurry up & finish. At one point I was going to cut her off & tell her sorry I just can’t continue with the service because she was just too messy & rough!!!! I’m usually not terrified of going into dental offices because I myself am looking to pursue a career in the dental field. But my god, that was a nightmare. Would not recommend her at all. She was touching things like her computer & the handle for the light with the same gloves she uses to touch my face & mouth. More than likely a violation. Not sure how she still has her license because she was just a mess. She was repeating the same questions I had already answered & I could barely understand a word she was saying too. It was just an awful experience. This lady is eventually gonna hurt somebody & she will be a big liability to this dental office due to her poor actions of not being aware, careful, clean & gentle. Like I said earlier, for the removal of your wisdom teeth COME HERE! But for a cleaning, & to have as a family practice highly WOULDN’T suggest.

I tried to make an appointment today for an exam and cleaning. I explained to Sophia that I've had a history of periodontal disease and have had prior deep cleanings.

I asked her what they charge for the 3 types of cleanings since I knew there was possibly that they would SUGGEST a periodontal deep cleaning. I got the prices and told her that whatever the diagnosis was, I currently don't have $1k to pay for periodontal cleaning ($250/quadrant)

I asked if it's possible to just get an exam and a debridement cleaning even if they suggest a periodontal deep cleaning after an exam.Unfortunately, they refused to set up an exam and cleaning, which is all I can afford at the moment.

In all my years of life, I've never heard of a dental office who would FORCE a patient to perform a service they can't afford.

I have been going to ABC dental for 10 or more years and NEVER had any issues, until their new so called “receptionist” Emily started working there. She is so rude, I can’t believe it. I had a cleaning scheduled & the day before I confirmed. The day of I woke up with a pink eye. I called them an hour ahead to let them know. Emily was not understanding at all and just hung up on me.

Whoever plans to start going to ABC dental I would not recommend it. Their hygienist are great, but their receptionist Emily is terrible.

I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Khorshid on Dec 21/21 for a consultation about my loose bridge. He told me the front tooth holding the bridge was broken and needed to be removed and a bone graft and implant had to be done before replacing my bridge. I wasn't comfortable with that diagnose so I went elsewhere for a second opinion. Turns out the tooth isn't broken! Dr. Korshid would have removed my perfectly good tooth! So Unethical! Always get a second opinion! Dr. Khorshid and his staff are friendly and nice, but not ethical!

Learned they are no longer in network for Aetna this year. Very shady about costs, lots of double talk from Evelyn the manager. When I went back this year, was not given any paperwork about the procedures to be done. Since I went there last year, I assumed everything would be ok. I need a ton of work and I am on a lean budget. I learned from Aetna they are no longer in network, they should have given Aetna the procedures to be done, referred me to an oral surgeon first for the teeth removal. They refunded the teeth extraction but not for the denture which will serve me no purpose if I can't get the teeth removed. They did a repair on my existing upper denture, which is now worse and causing great pain, possibly the infection which is above my tooth and I can feel it on my eye and ear, even going around to my lower jaw. There have been delays and was told that the lab guy did not show up, then they had to get a new one. Evelyn still will not give me a bill of the procedures, even though I asked every time. They have gotten hostile and accusing me of being difficult, all the while denying me paperwork, copies of receipts, even had to ask for antibiotics the last time because they said the repaired denture is not the problem, the tooth is. I am still out over $600 on my HSA, which was only 1000 to begin with. Now I have to start over, I am in such pain that I will have to take out high interest short term loans just so I don't get worse. I am afraid this will cause damage to my eye or sinuses, I cannot take off work as I am the only provider and my fiance has cancer, I feel ripped off. Its too bad, I was excited to get the work done.

We went to abc dental in early March of 2018, my stepson for his swollen wisdom tooth that needs extraction, wife needs a denture repair. They fixed my wife's denture and checked on stepsons tooth. My wife's denture was fixed on the same day, and we were told that she's elligible for a new denture for only 300 a pair and the 50 cost of repair is free. We agreed and she was fitted with a new denture. Weeks later, we got the abc denture they're nice at first, but after a few days of wearing them, she noticed that her upper lips were folding upwards when she speaks and when she smiled, her upper teeth were showing because of the gums being so thick or something and she had an awful smile that was also obvious enough for her friends to comment on.we went to abc dental after a week of wearing the dentures, they were not happy that their denture is being returned and that they did it the right way and my wife's old denture didn't have the right but. My wife's old denture gives her the right smile, with abc denture she doesn't even want to smile because half of her upper lips folds upwards when she opens her mouth. Anyway she was fitted again and abc will make an identical of my wife's old denture, we then left the abc denture.
A July 3 appointment was cancelled, the last minute,re scheduled for July 10 , when my wife's showed up for the appointment, she was told the appointment was cancelled again. It was rescheduled again for July 16, and was told to bring her old denture for the next appointment. Realizing that the manager was referring to the abc dentures as the old denture, she commented that the old abc denture was left behind at the time when we came to back because the denture did not fit well, this is now becoming an argument the manager the assistant and the front desk were adamant that they didn't have the denture, my wife is insisting that we left the dentures because they're defective, she felt being kicked out of the office when the manager said go home and find the dentures. When I called my wife on her way home she was so upset and was crying while driving and telling me about the incident, we still searched for it, not finding it, I called abc denture to tell them that we don't have the dentures, the same argument they dont have it we have to produce it before we get the new one the have, till finally manager said the dentist would ultimately make the decision and I was told that they would call me when the dentist comes back from his emergency, that was a week ago. I have filed a complaint with culinary dental insurance and will file with bbb next.
This is stupid if not comical, why would we take home dentures we dont need, we went there to have the denture fixed, why would we go home with it, we dont need it. For the sake of argument, why would we not return it if we have it we can't wear it or sell it. Abc dental misplaced the denture because their denture dont have names like other dental company have. We were never called or text of our upcoming appointments despite having 3 phone numbers from us. I'm not sure if its sop with dental to not remind customers but I would like to have a confirmation reminder on my dentist and doctors appointments which I get anywhere else but not abc dental.
My stepson on the other hand did not get his tooth extracted till we went to a different dentist, July 10..2018 ..4 months after we started going to abc, it's just sad that we didn't leave abc 3 months sooner. Abc did all the minor works ignoring the obvious, we were told that they will give us a referral to go to another doctor, referral came in June but not for a root canal not for teeth extraction, this made me look for another dentist. Dr Ann rowe , she extracted the tooth in less than 30 minutes.
After 4 months my wife's dentures Is still in limbo and it seems like we're being ignored by abc dental. They just dont care...

I did a consultation with xray for multiple teeth implants that were quoted for 20k. I paid $150 for the xray and wanted to have the result be given to me. The manager told me I cannot have them as these xrays are ABC dental's property. She even told me that I need to pay an extra $300 if I want the copies of my own xray. NEEDLESS TO SAY, THIS DENTAL OFFICE IS OBVIOUSLY VIOLATING HIPPAA AND WILL NEVER EVER MAKE BUSINESS WITH THIS OFFICE! BEWARE!

Im going to be back to get my xray. If they refuse to give it to me and/charge me unreasonably, I will contact the State Board!
