Dentist Cheung and his staff deserve ZERO STARS! Absolute dental on Decatur and Cheyenne(roughly)
From pulling 22 teeth with zero medication offered afterwards to misalignment of my dentures, the 16 trips I made there for impressions not to mention the wisdom tooth he never told me about. He told me all of my teeth were pulled but lied. I just found out yesterday that now I need to have a wisdom tooth pulled, as I can't wear my dentures since it started coming in last week. This is 8 months later, I had original extractions done sept 5 2025.
The staff is rude and awful.
Dentist Cheung has no bedside manner or cares Zero about your thoughts and is just all in all an awful person..I hope one day you have awful teeth problems and someone treats you like you treat so many. Because I know I cannot be alone in this.
I believe in karma so have fun in the bed you made for yourself sir!
Until now I didn't want to waste any more time on this place but I hope this review helps someone! Even one person saved from my experience will fill me with joy!

Even the chairs in the waiting area are about to fall apart with screws under them with yet again zero care from this company!
Only the dental assistants deserve any praise as they were great every time.
But management and dentist deserve to have their licenses yanked away!
God help you all I hope someone reads this!

I Am not a hateful person just someone who knows they were wronged over and over..I was stuck going here due to my insurance affiliation.
Now curiously they don't accept my insurance now!

it was definitely great so far. I have more appointments booked with them. I’ve always been reluctant to leave a review until all work has been done just in case, but putting my trust issues with my client experiences, I’m willing to give them five stars for my first visit with them. I have a few more scheduled in the future. I’ll be sure to keep everyone updated, but I was definitely satisfied with the surface that I received.

The Customer Service was exquisite from beginning to end and from everyone. Then the Assistant and The Dentist were phenomenal. So detail oriented in sharing about my situation, but sincerely caring along with!

I've been going to that location for a long time and I noticed the advancements in equipment, etc.

Went in for a wisdom tooth removal today and this would have been my first time, my tooth of course had to be a difficult Nancy getting out 😭 but Dr.Tokunaga, DMD was obviously patient with my stubborn tooth and did a great job making sure to check in that I was doing fine. Overall honestly not a bad experience I was nervous at first but they made everything quick and efficient . Thank you all again !

I've been to three different locations, five appointments and I haven't had any issues. I love all the staff members they were so helpful. I would like to give a huge shout out to the surgeon that works at all the locations he did such a great job. My surgeries were not easy, full restoration all teeth extracted then I had to have jaw bone shaved down today. I had to be awake for that. He did it in 40 minutes. I wish he was my primary care doctor. God bless everyone thank you guys.
