I am humbled about my experience here. I have been frightened of dentists all my life and from the moment I walked in I felt welcomed. Dr Ponce is very compassionate and quite funny. She has a team that works well and in unison. I was sent here by a friend and called him up to thank him for the referral. My procedure was painless, informative and brought great relief. I went to just book an appointment as all the good reviews and i was in area instead of calling. I walk in see one person up from i dont get acknowledged for a minute and then see me and she says "she will be right back" talking about receptionist okay thats fine i sit down then 10 minutes go by she never came back didnt ask why i was there no aknowlage ment so I walked out. Retuning for my cleaning and exams I have a new dental assistant “Sodi” who is so kind and professional. Her care and skill is a great addition to the establishment since Aubrey left. I am happy with the care I’ve been given here so far.

My dental assistant Aubrey is so dope. Her energy and knowledge is outstanding. She’s professional and knows what she’s doing. Definitely a great asset to this establishment. Front desk is very kind also and my dental hygienist has been a great help with his consistent care. Past hugest didn’t last long and he’s been here doing an amazing job for a couple years now.

Been a patient with this office for several years and my experience has been wonderful. The staff, hygienists and orthodontist have been very caring in helpful in my oral care.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED
I am beyond frustrated with this dental office. The complete lack of communication, organization, and respect for our time is unacceptable.

My daughter had a 9:00 AM appointment. We showed up on time, and while we were literally standing at the door, they called us to tell us that the dentist wasn’t even there and asked us to come back in an hour. So we wasted our morning, came back an hour later, and THEN they told us that the referral they had given us for my daughter to have her teeth extracted should have been to an oral surgeon.

Seriously? Why wasn’t that explained from the beginning? Instead, we were sent in the wrong direction and had to waste even more time because of their mistake.

Then I brought my daughter back for her pre-scheduled dental cleaning, only to be told that I supposedly had a $50 bill from the previous visit! The same visit where THEY told us to leave and come back an hour later because the dentist wasn’t there, and then they ultimately couldn’t provide the service we came for.

So let me understand this: you don’t have the dentist there for our appointment, you make us come back an hour later, you give us the wrong referral, you waste our time, and then you charge us $50 for it?

Absolutely unacceptable.

I have never experienced such poor communication and lack of consideration for a patient’s time. We will NOT be returning. Save yourself the frustration, wasted time, and unnecessary charges and find a different dentist.

This place is a scam. I came in for X-rays it cost me $50 I then got exams by the doctor and she tried to push me to get invisiline or braces when my main issue was a cavity in the bottom rear of my mouth that is slightly covered by my gum. They told me to sign up for cherry credit but the issue is after six months interest starts. I then got quoted almost $7500 cause invisiline would cost me $6k and she would refuse to fill my cavity I had unless I got braces or that invisiline and let it straight my teeth for 6 months to a year issue with this is no dentist would do that before filling a cavity so she basically would allow my tooth to become a root canle which would cost me even more later. I’m sick of these pathetic doctors in our country trynna mess up our young generations credit for them to profit. I can’t believe I was told she won’t fix my cavity u less I got invisiline or braces 😬 I’d avoid this place. Also not affordable at all they just get you on a credit card you end up paying high APR

She failed to greet me or my children and lacked basic courtesy. Furthermore, I felt that her focus was solely on financial gain rather than patient care, as her only communication revolved around expensive treatment options.I hope you take this feedback into account to improve the patient experience, as the rest of your staff is doing an excellent job.

Not Very CARING AT ALL!! I Went in because of Pain in my Rear Gums, AFTER WAITING FOR AN HOUR AND A HALF, was told I had an infection AND the only Way to Treat it was WITH A DEEP CLEANING AND TO THEN INJECT AN ANTIBIOTIC AFTERWARDS???
