Dentist has never been my favorite, but everyone at affordable dental makes going to the dentist not as scary. I had Israel helping me today for a cleaning and he was very gentle. I have been to this dental office for 10 years. December, 2025, I came for my dental hygiene. I was called right on time. I had X-ray and shortly after, my hygienist, Mr. Israel, started teeth cleaning for me. He did an awesome cleaning and also recommended fluoride to strengthen my teeth. Strengthening Enamel: Fluoride integrates into the enamel of teeth, forming a stronger mineral called fluoroapatite. This makes the enamel more resistant to acid attacks from bacteria, reducing the risk of cavities.
I had a small cavity and got it done on the same day. I had a great experience.
I visited this dental office this March. Still, I was checked in right at my appointment time, no long waiting. I was leaded in to the X-ray room first. The technician was kind and nice. After that, my dentist gave a whole mouth check, no new cavities found. That sounds great. Everything went smoothly. The hygienist also suggested a flouride treatment, which strengthens my teeth enamel. The experience at this dental office is pleasant.
My husband was referred to one of the clinics in the same Boston Dental Group. He had a bridge done.
September, 21, 2026, I came back for 6 month cleaning. I felt great to see old friends again. I regard them as my close friends. It's great to see them and get teeth cleaned, too. Everything went smoothly and promptly.
I highly recommend the affordable dental at this location. The whole team do their jobs professionally.

Worst experience at the dentist Iβve ever had. I had a simple appointment for consultation. I made sure to ask before I got anything done and they told me Iβm totally covered by insurance and I didnβt owe anything. I checked with both the X-ray technician and front desk. After following the appointment, they told me I owed a total of $160 for myself and my husband. They did additional imaging that we werenβt aware of and charged us for it. Worse, they didnβt even reach out to let us know what dental work needed to be done based off the consultation (itβs been over a week) Very disappointed, and I feel taken advantage of.

From the front office to the back office , everyone is really friendly and professional here. I always feel welcomed during my visits. Leslie in the front office is also always super friendly and nice. I really appreciate her kindness every time I come here. She makes the office a better place. The hygienist is also very good and always honest with his work.
