Bad connection. Very hard to connect with them and get information about my health. So they simply decided to leave everything as it was without any notice and get the other patient. NOT A GOOD IDEA.!

Physician did not seem to be concerned with providing individualized care. Not offering a proper medication taper is cruel and causes additional suffering. Every patient is different.

Dr. Lee is the ABSOLUTE BEST! Her M.A.(Ms. Vanessa) is amazing! Dr. Lee takes the time to get to know you as a person. They’ve always taken the time to really ask how you are doing and see if you need anything more from them. The front desk staff is always very pleasant and efficient. My wait times have never been overly excessive. I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2024, I was able to schedule an appointment with Dr. Lee and at the time, I was a fairly new patient. Dr. Lee was not the referring doctor for my cancer diagnosis. I was originally seeing Dr. Lee for an entirely different medical issue. But, still she took the time to explain things to me surrounding my diagnosis and even set up a follow up appointment with me to see how, I was after my surgery. Dr. Lee is rare and 1 of a kind! Thank you so much to Dr. Lee, Ms. Vanessa and the staff.

Amberlee is always pleasant and upbeat, listens to me and is responsive. Today there was an issue with getting my insulin filled at the pharmacy which I didn’t find out until 430 or so but she and her nurse immediately remedied the situation with the pharmacy to ensure I would not be without.

I have always felt very comfortable with my treatment there. the providers have always been great. Wish the turnover wasn’t so much. I absolutely adore Amber Lee and am not only excited to get her as my replacement for Kevin Singer but I felt a better connection with her immediately. Kevin was great and will be missed but I just feel a stronger connection to NP Lee.
