My baby had dental surgery today. And the doctor, the anesthesia guy, the nurse, everyone was amazing and helpful. And the person in the recovery room after surgery, Figs, I believe, he was so amazing and gifted. So helpful, professional, and treated my daughter so well. You can tell he loves his job. God Bless. When I checked in, the establishment and the process was amazing. The person who checked me in at the front desk office was a bit rude. Other than that, this was an amazing experience and I was so worried, but the way everyone was, and how everything went was SO good! Thank you.

I've had the same procedure here and the old female at the desk is HORRIBLE. she's repeatedly sent me back and forth until a supervisor had to be called to make her do her job. I'm on a walker so imagine having to go back and forth from 3 areas (admittance, blood and then outpatient check in to provide horrible (no) service).
I'd recommend burn unit but NOTHING outpatient wise.

Everyone Doctor , surgeon, nurse, and receptionist etc, were all the sweetest, kindest and most caring individuals. Amazing bed side manner. It was a pleasure to be treated here.

We went to the surgery center because my 5 month old daughter needed to be sedated to have 5 MRI’s done. The staff were all very kind and professional, you can tell they all really cared. They wanted to ensure everything was done as safe as possible, which I greatly appreciated. They made sure to thoroughly explain everything, and answer any questions I had. My daughter came to from the sedation and was just fine, everything went well. Thank you to all the nurses and dr’s there for ensuring my daughter’s health and safety. I cannot thank you all enough ❤️

I went to the surgery center, I was going to have shoulder surgery, the nurse's are nice and courteous here, I didn't have to long in the waiting room, but I did have quite awhile to wait when I got back to the surgery suites, the surgery before mine took a little longer than was expected, the doctors, nurse's, and staff are all courteous, professional and want to have your stay there as comfortable as possible, UMC is a good hospital, in my opinion, they do try to take care of the patient's, if I have to go to the hospital, I would prefer going to UMC just because of the way that they treat you, I have no complaints about UMC.
