I came in September 17 for my mother to help her with her knee pain and Rebecca was the great nurse that helped us she was exceptionally attentive and listened carefully to everything I had to say, ensuring all questions were answered. Also the two front desk receptionist Paula and Jason were very helpful as well and had a great attitudes while they helped me set up my own appointments. Exceptional service

I had such a great experience with Jason! I hadn’t been back to the office for a few months because of previous bad customer service experiences, but Jason completely changed that for me. He was professional, welcoming, patient, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in.

When I needed a primary care doctor, I Googled the nearest option and American Urgent Care came up. After reading the reviews, I was honestly hesitant and a little nervous to even consider it. However, I had a really bad ear infection and decided to give it a chance.

From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, and Jason was absolutely awesome. His personality immediately made me feel comfortable and at home. This is now my third visit, and I’ve officially made them my primary care provider.

The reviews I read did not reflect my experience at all. I was treated with care, respect, and professionalism every time. I would definitely recommend this facility and learned a valuable lesson—not to judge based solely on other people’s experiences.

I've been going there for over a year and every time I have to wait close to and hour or more before being seen and when I get seen it seem that the doctor wants to hurry up and move on to the next patient , his bedside manors are bad his carácter is very serious doesn't seem polite and overall he doesn't show no sympathy for my needs.

Today I went back to the clinic at Las Vegas blvd north/ Belmont. I took my mom for blood work, the staff was very nice, very friendly and professional, I have been here before, but I had bad experiences with the doctor at this clinic, he is very Rude, and disrespectful, rushing me, and asking me to comeback another day for simple questions. The only reason I went back today is because I wanted to give this clinic another chance, mainly because of the nice staff and nurses that work here. Bad decision, today I witness the doctor being very Rude to nurses for no reason, and also screaming to them on front of patients. Very unprofessional, I will never come back to this location. Bad experience!!!

Having a follow up appointment at 10:15 and it's an hour later is a bit excessive. What's the point of an appointment.
My initial visit last week was mostly well. I was very sick and came here because all my remedies were not working. While I was filling out my paperwork I was moaning because my body felt so bad. That apparently annoyed the receptionist as she asked do she need to call 911 for me? First of all it wasn't that deep for her sarcastic comment. I was definitely perturbed and wanted to throw my clipboard down and fall on the ground telling her to call 911 then! But I didn't allow my emotions to take over. They saw me gave me drugs and I was feeling better the next day. But I'm in here for a whole hour after my scheduled follow up appointment time. It's insane to me.
