My visit to this clinic was a joy! I experienced very pleasant attention from the moment I walked through the door. This continued through my entire time. I received such a thorough examination and explanation. A sense of calm and actual interest and care brought back memory of how kind and personal things 'used to be!' I don't need to return for one year, but every time I step into the Target store, I'll walk fondly by this clinic, eagerly awaiting my next visit to excellent Doctor K and his lovely and kind assistant Gabby. It's so good to know they are there!

This is my second year coming back to target optical at Boca Park location. I went to dr Wendy Nguyen for the eye exam just because she was the earliest available and she was the absolute best! She recommended I try a new brand of contacts based on some concerns Ive had with my ultras and was very patient and welcoming. The staff at the optical place where you order your contacts and glasses were extremely nice and super helpful too. Unfortunately I forgot their names but both of them helped me get the most benefits with my insurance and answered all of my question I had about pricing and recommendations.

Iβve been going to this office the past 6 years and always have positive visits. All reception staff is professional and helpful. The wait is never very long. Each optometrist Iβve seen has been great at making sure I understand any changes or hearing any concerns I may have. I donβt even live close to this location but I chose to continue coming back just because the process is simple to make an appointment online or change the date and the staff is always great and easy to work with.

We saw Dr. John Chan OD, at Arclight Eye Care for the first time today for my teenage son. This small office is located at Target in Boca Park, Summerlin Las Vegas. Dr. Chan is a wonderful optometrist, he is very thorough, professional and patient, he is also very welcoming providing great patient care with good bedside manner. He was open to any questions we had (and I had many) making sure that we understood what he explained. We are happy to have found him. His office assistant Ashley was also very polite and a pleasure to work with. A great experience all together and we look forward to having Dr.Chan as our family optometrist. We have already referred him out.

The front desk young ladies were amazing! Very welcoming, friendly and fast getting people checked in. My wait time was short and when I was called to the back, the doctor greeted me and we started the eye exam right away, I loved that! The doctor was thorough with my exam and explained each procedure. He also explained my results in detail in which I was able to understand. I will definitely be following up for my year exam! It's silly but I often feel self-conscious about my vision being so bad for my age but Dr. Chan was very easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable and reassured during the assessment. This review feels like a long time coming Iβve been going to this office for many years with varying experiences the first time the dr was incredibly rude to my small child because he was afraid of his first exam then a few years ago the girl at the front desk was crying because she couldnβt process our insurance so we left and went to lens crafter and had no problems then most recently we had our appointment canceled 2 days before our scheduled exam then today I took my son out of school because the only time they had was during the day we get there and apparently my son didnβt have insurance but when I call the company Iβm told they exam office is entering it wrong..we wonβt be back Iβd advise against going here.
As a response the the owners response he left out the part where heβs inept and didnβt enter the information correctly using the member number and not member ID I found this out by both calling the insurance company and verifying with my new eye care provider who was able to use the same portal and verify coverage over the phone which is something you seemed incapable of. Again I highly recommend never coming to this business just based on professionalism alone.. itβs sorely lacking

I didn't associate Target with an eye exam but a quick google search taught me they are in the business so I booked an appointment. What an absolutely fantastic experience. The receptionist was nice and easy to work with. The gentleman that did the eye exam was professional, thorough, and kind. I really enjoyed the experience and highly recommend Target for your next eye exam.

Dr, Chan is timely, professional, kind and very thorough. I have a pretty complicated past (surgeries, etc.) with one eye and Dr. Chan has the knowledge and understanding (even though he wasnt involved in that treatment phase) to continue to assess my healing/vision. Dr. Chan explains things very throughly and takes the time to ensure you know where your vision stands be it a check-up, glasses prescription or contact lense prescription/ fitting. Dr. Chan gives me the confidence that I have a partner in my eye care health and he is a motivator for me to return each year to ensure my eyes are healthy. Dr. Chan is outstanding. I highly recommend him, he is one of the best of the more than six ophthalmalogisits/optomotrists that I have worked with. Finally, administratively, cost is very reasonable (I pay cash - currently $119 for an exam with Rx if needed), it is easy to make an appointment on-line and office staff are kind as well.

Quick and easy exam for my 14 year old child. Dr. Nguyen was professional, kind, and thorough! I will be coming back to see her for my appointment when I need an eye exam.
