Your staff laugh very laud and don’t care if patients are in pain or want to concentrate on continuing or timing each of the exercises they are asked to do . Most of the time in groups of two or three they start talking about most irrelevant subjects to their profession and without any funny point their laugh is ear piercing. They need to act more professionally.

The therapists I use are A+ , My exercises and stretches are A+ , The scheduling service is A + , gym is great , but whoever is at the front desk they don’t seem to know anything. System is broke . I rushed over for a needed scheduled session after Getting a new referral and front Desk has no idea who I am. They want to start over with sign in each time Then they tried to schedule me at other part of town. I have no clue. So I go back to reschedule and they have no idea who I am even though I’ve been there several times and schedule me weeks later. ATI app seems unnecessary after I’ve used it a week.

The folks here at ATI are pretty awesome and friendly and really understand how to treat people with dignity! I, like many once able bodied people now needing physical therapy, went into physical therapy with not the best of attitudes. But the positive friendly and respectful way that I was treated by the staff, from the moment I walked through the door to meeting with my physical therapist and the moment I leave there , leaves me with a sense of excitement for the next time I get to return again. Thank you to the amazing team at the ATI Las Vegas Nellis location for making this part of my stroke recovery a little bit easier.

I was referred for physical therapy for muscular pain. I paid $50 to only be told by the physical therapist that she couldn't help me! No evaluation, just that she couldn't treat pain. I would have to see an orthopedist or neurologist first. Then the PT spent fifteen minutes telling me Nevada healthcare was horrible. I left ATI Physical Therapy in pain, frustrated and with $50 less money to find help. I would not recommend them.

I had a really bad experience with this location, not with the therapist but with the front desk, Esther and Joanna rhe worse customer service I ever had, so unprofessional and rude they don't even know how to check eligibility, I was very grateful that I had another appointment scheduled with another provider. Honestly I was bummed out because i saw good reviews thinking this is a good place to bring my Mother. My mom had an appointment at 7:30 am. I just came in and left right away the lady that was working the front desk had the worst attitude for I don’t know what reason. I was helping translate for my mom because she only speaks Spanish and this lady was quick to respond so rudely I even said it’s to early for this which she respond back with a smart mouth saying “yeah it’s to early” I quickly just left honestly horrible service and a waste of my time like how can someone work front desk and give an attitude and think it’s ok? Please check your employees because nobody deserves to be talked to like that and especially to be smart mouthing a customer, so disappointed.
