Dr. Aponte and his staff are AMAZING! I found this practice through my insurance carrier and have been a patient now for several weeks. The office is clean and very professional. Always welcome me with a smile and genuine concern. Dr. Aponte is very well versed, listens to all my concerns and always has a remedy. He is gentle and has a lot of new techniques and technology that I haven’t experienced with other providers. I walk out of his office feeling 1000 times better than when I walked in. Five stars all the way for Back to Balance Chiropractic! From the moment you walk into the office, you are greeted with a very welcoming and warm atmosphere. The lady at the front desk is truly the sweetest thing. She is always wonderful to talk to; makes you feel like family. I’ve brought my little guys in with me for my appts and she is so silly and sweet with them. She always makes sure they are smiling and giggling while I go through my appt! She also stays on top of everything, sending out helpful reminders so you never miss an appointment. If I ever need to call with questions, she so very sweetly answers and is willing to help in any way she can.

Dr. Edward is absolutely fantastic—so funny, kind, and genuinely caring. His personality is very vivacious and charismatic! Truly enjoy talking to him! He always makes sure you are completely comfortable during your visit. What I appreciate most is how well Dr. Edward listens to your needs, addresses every single issue, and pays close attention to any concerns you have. The best ever!!! Dr. Vincente is so attentive and personable. The receptionist, Ana is very helpful every time with scheduling, payment, and as of late helped me facilitate getting accommodation paperwork filled out. This is a family ran chiropractic center which makes me feel even more comfortable. The office is bilingual, so it creates a more welcoming and available experience for everyone. In addition, very cleanly! Tables are wiped down after every use.

I had a bad shoulder for about a year. Headaches and neck pain as a result of the shoulder issue. I tried physical therapy, acupuncture, etc. nothing really resolved my issues. I found Back To Balance and have been pain free now for several months. Dr. Edward is fantastic. He takes his time and really works hard to make sure that your treatment is structured for your issues. I get treated now once every two weeks and I could not be happier. (7/18/25) My wife has been in pain for days dealing with a continuous migraine due to misalignment in several places throughout her spine. I was traveling from Phoenix to Las Vegas, and I had pulled muscle in my back and was in tremendous pain. They were able to fit me in quickly when I arrived, and he gave me an adjustment and some therapies and sent me home with ice packs and I was dramatically better by the morning. I came back in for a second adjustment the next day and I feel like he has fixed it quickly and efficiently. They were wonderful to deal with, very friendly and very efficient.
