I was thrilled I was able to make an appointment online and within the timeframe I needed for the Dr. to see me. First impression was I thought the office was new (could use a few pictures :-)). The office was clean and pristine - the staff were incredibly NICE and POLITE. Checking in was a breeze and the admin was great and thoughtful. The doctor was incredibly nice and what a great bedside manner. He explained things to me; he was patient and generous in helping me understand my injury. The X-ray tech was considerate and helpful and nice. The PT was informative and nice and helpful. The tech who wrapped my cast was thoughtful and did a great job - she was nice too. All in all, I had a great experience and felt very comfortable with my care and look forward to having these professionals to help with my recovery.

Dr. Granada stands in a class of professionalism all by himself. I developed a blood clot in my right leg in 2018. Dr. Granada did everything in his power to let me keep as much of my leg as possible. After 4 surgeries, I ended up with an above the knee amputation.
Since then I have seen Dr. Granada for continued after-care management. He has the best positive attitude towards his patience which is appreciated beyond words.
I was told 9 months ago, by an other doctor, that due to issues, I would never be able to use a prosthetic again. I wanted a second opinion, so I saw Dr. Granada. He told me he disagreed and we set forth a plan to have me walk again. That was 2 months ago and I am now learning how to walk again. In addition to this, he also recommended another surgery, which he could no perform, that will help me walk better.
It is this "thinking outside the box" mind set that in part sets him and his practice apart from him from others.
I recommend Dr. Granada with no reservations and am thankful he is my doctor, surgeon and health manager.

First, the receptionist was pleasant and accommodating. Next, I had X-rays in the office. It was easy and convenient! Then I saw both Dr. J. Granata, the orthopedic surgeon and, Dr. A. Granata, the podiatrist. It was great to have the option in the same office. They were gentle, thorough, and listened. Very knowledgeable team! I am definitely on the road to recovery instead of home remedies and waiting it out. Not that there is anything wrong with a holistic approach. I was not treating the real source of the pain, just reacting to deferred pain. Now with understanding my injury and a plan for recovery, I can heal faster and with less pain and discomfort. This was a very interesting visit. The office staff were very nice despite being very busy. The wait time to go back to the office was minimal. The wait time to get xrays was minimal and waiting to see Dr. Ganada was also short. Dr. Granada was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. He was thorough and actually pinpointed a low back problem as being the source of my toe pain. He demonstrated the exercises that he recommended and then observed me as I completed them. That was a first for me when seeing an ortho doc. He spent a good amount of time answering questions and explaining things to me despite the fact that I'm a PT. I never felt rushed. Overall a very enlightening and positive experience.

I went from having tendinitis and stress fractures in both feet and barely being able to walk, back to playing tennis almost every day within about 4 weeks. To be honest, I didn’t think the PT would work; but the physical therapist, Janet, is amazing. So impressed with Dr G and his staff ❤️❤️

This place is the place to go if you break your foot/ankle. From the from office staff Michelle working to get you in to the back office Michelle giving you quality attention while Dr Granata makes his rounds. Finally Dr. Granata was very thorough in his evaluation. He actually took off my emergency room dressing, took his own xrays, felt my foot and finally thoroughly explained his diagnosis to me. I saw a previous ortho a day before at Advanced and that Dr K did not even remove my dressing, take his own xrays or even look at my foot! Just walked in said he looked at my xrays from ER and said you need surgery and walked out and said his staff will schedule the rest.......poor poor service........what a difference......

Great surgeons, staff and post op care. I had same day surgery performed to address some auto immune issues and balance issues. Dr Angela and Jaymes are the very best. Looking forward to trying out to the hit show “Dancing with the Stars!” A wonderful and great office team. Dr Granada had been my doctor before. I sought him out again to treat a new problem. Everyone in this office is wonderful. Dr Granada explained everything and why I was having the problem.

Now I will change my post about how wonderful Dr Granata is. The staff is still wonderful. I was 8 weeks post back fusion when I went to Dr. Granata with foot pain. He explained is was nerves and how the foot pain was connected to my back surgery.
Dr. Granata suggested physical therapy. He happens to have a Therapist and an assistant in his office. I chose to use the PT in his office since COVID19 was a threat and only one PT patient was seen at a time. The physical therapist Mr. Derek did a history and then started procedures. The first one he did is called a plank. I told him I thought it was too soon after my back fusion to do that procedure. He told me it wasn't and to try to do it. Big mistake. I had immediate pain. Two days later the pain was worse and when I told Mr Derek he hurt me, he turned away from me.
My Pain, well now I have a compression fracture of L3. Dr. Granata notes it as a previous fracture in his notes. Nothing from Mr Derek, the Physical Therapist. I have back x-rays up to 2 weeks before Mr Derek had me do the Plank. No compression fracture.
I have undergone two different procedures by my pain specialist trying to correct the compression and reattach a fractured bone. If this last procedure doesn't work I will have to have another fusion. . Oh yes I forgot to mention I am on strong pain medication and still in pain 24/7. Big price to pay for an appointment for foot pain
Be careful. I still think Dr. Granata is a good doctor and takes time to make sure you understand why something is hurting and how he is going to treat it. But if you need physical therapy, maybe get a second opinion or go somewhere else. Mr. Derek didn't pay attention to the fact I was only 8 weeks post back fusion and had me do an exercise which has brought me more pain and suffering than my back fusion did.

A update. After moths of numerous injections and procedures to try to elevate the pain, nothing worked. I had become almost wheelchair bound. In September I had to have a nerve stimulator surgically implanted in my back. It has elevated a good amount if the pain and my life has returned to somewhat normal.

The staff are very informative, kind, patient and answer all of your questions. Dr. Jayme is very thorough. He took his time and explained the process involved to heal back up to 100%.

Their practice is immaculate, clean, with the top-of-the-line equipment. The X-ray tech was very caring and considerate in taking the x-rays on my injured arm.

They also have a patient portal were you can login to access all of your records as well as make follow up appointments.

I was referred here through mountain view hospital after I dislocated my elbow, and fractured my distal humerus from a bicycle injury.

I am now VERY DISAPPOINTED. It seems like everyone that goes there is suggested to have a Back Brace and/or Ankle brace. I referred both my wife and daughter and both are very disappointed. I was suggested by Jaymes Granata MD to have a Back Brace after I had been suggested to have a $16 ankle brace after Insurance Discount. Next, he ordered a Back Brace to fix my Toe. After Insurance Discount the Price is $887.24. Wow! I have found the same back brace online at $187.50. I have mailed, emailed and called to lower this bill from $887.24 to at least somewhere near the Web price of $187.50 with ZERO RESPONSE. Please settle this issue and I will withdraw this Review. Avoid this doctor.

Staff was friendly and knowable while I was there being treated but since I have left it has been a nightmare. They were supposed to send paperwork in for me to get a knee scooter due to the fact that I have a badly broken ankle, but they have yet to do so. I was told it would be a day or two but it has been a week and I have not received a call and every time I call I get someone that dosnt know anything and just takes a message and tells me that I will be getting a call back and of course I have not gotten a call.
