I appreciate the personal care that I receive from Dr Manning and his staff. I can’t say enough kind words regarding Michelle (Dr Manning’s assistant) who is so kind, pleasant & friendly during my office visits. She always takes the time to make sure that all of my questions are answered. His assistant surgeon , Alex, has been so thoughtful to personally contact me if additional tests could be helpful before surgery. Dr Manning is supported by a 5 star team and I feel very confident to be under his care.

Dr and office and x-ray techs all great. Dr. Richards explained everything. Even though Ibjust got him att point of surgery, I was pleased at his demeanor, and after reading of all his qualifications and being board-certified, I was happy he was assigned to me by Mountain View Hospital.

I can’t say enough about Dr Manning and the staff at Bone and Joint Specialists. As soon as you walk in you are welcomed and made to feel very comfortable. Front desk employees are so warm and friendly. I did not wait long to see Dr Manning. As usual, he was very receptive to my health concerns and how to treat. He listens and he cares. Answered all my questions. I will never go anywhere else.

This was overall the most well- run, empathetic doctor's office I've ever been to in Las Vegas. Dr. Manning was thorough and made sure I understood my situation. Very nice gentleman with traditional "bedside" mannerism. Alex had a great personality and went above and beyond when providing me with my needed medical supplies. The nursing staff ladies were caring and kind and made me feel welcome as a new patient. When I left the office, I felt a weight off knowing I received the best care available in the city.

I wasn’t impressed with the Dr. I was referred to for my broken fibula, and have since gone elsewhere. Dr. Mendez treats his patients like he’s herding cattle, seems inconvenienced if you ask him any questions about care protocols, and just doesn’t have an overall care for patient experience. It was extremely disappointing, and when I mentioned to the office lady that I would like to see another doctor if possible, I recieved a phone call saying no one else was willing, which tells me the office doesn’t take constructive criticism very will and advocating for yourself doesn’t get you very far. The office staff were very nice though, as well as Dr Mendez’s assistant Jackie. It was a pretty rough experience for a first time broken bone patient that lacked empathy and care.
