No follow up from a diagnostic with Dr. Han. His patient is still waiting for the procedure that is needed to correct the problem with a failing bridge. It's another dentist who does not prioritize the treatments or solutions. The office only want the patient to come in, but they do not provide the reason for the visit.

After being referred to this Dental Group, a few years back, im still with them. Outstanding Team!!!

HORRIBLE beyond awful experience.
Update 6 years later and I had to have two crowns put it. The doctor shoved one of them in the space trying to force it in when he put the other crown right next to it in the wrong place. I don’t know how this could even happen with all of the education required to be a doctor. I am disgusted to say the very least as this misplace my not only caused infection in my tooth but also agonizing pain for years now. It still hasn’t gone away. On top of that, because of this mistake my other teeth have shifted and moved and I had the most perfect teeth because of braces and taking care of them. He RUINED MY TEETH and mouth. And SMILE. DO NOT GO HERE. Forgot to also say that in the middle of this ordeal going on for months me going back for resolve, the doctor kept cancelling because he was either out of town, then he got hurt, and all kinds of things lest to say I was not a priority. Customer service is terrible and they never tried to help me further to make my teeth as they should be. Now I have to have these crowns replaced and find an orthodontist to fix the other teeth that moved because of this malpractice. Again DO NOT GO HERE. My other review was about the hygienist and getting teeth cleaned not for anything else.

I have been going to this dentist for about 5 or 6 years. I always brag that I have the best dentist. I have high anxiety Bouton dentist due to a different illness that can be exasperated by dental nerve work and the front staff, to the dental assistant are always so very kind and make the process so smooth and easy. The dentist is also very gental, takes the time to do thr procedure with much care and I have never had such an exceptional experience that I have had with this dentist. I have been to many different dentist and by far they are outstanding compared to any other. I am grateful for their kindness and careful care with the dental services. I cannot say enough good about this dentist and I highly recommend.

I had very old gold bridges removed and replaced with porcelain bridges. Dr. Han was very honest about all the work I want done. The bridges are a great fit. The whole team, Edgar, Chandra are amazing.

My wife and I live way up in the NE part of town and this dentistry is way down in the SW part of town. It took me nearly forty minutes to drive there today. It's worth it.

The office staff are always friendly and professional, the place looks great, they crank some cool tunes, it even smells nice in there. I know Edgar by name and he is awesome but everyone else is great too. The dentists always do a phenomenal job and we will continue to utilize their services and will do so with greater frequency in the future.

I am a new resident to Las Vegas. I had been looking for a Dentist , for a while. Brightside Family Dental was recommended. My appointment was on today. Already having a fear of going to any Dentist, I prayed that this experience would not fail me.
I want to say, from the time I walked in, it was absolutely amazing. I encountered nothing but friendly, smiling, Professional faces. Everyone was wonderful. I'd like to say a very grateful Thank You to, Lynn ,Chandra, and I'm proud to say my new Dentist, Dr. Christina Bui!! I also say Thank You to the young lady that answered my phone calls, with questions prior to this visit. I believe her name is Nicole. I am soo relieved and Thankful. Nothing but genuine teamwork, kindness, and compassion.
