I have been to other CareNow in other Las Vegas locations but the Front desk staff specifically in this Centennial location has got to be the RUDEST and Most UNCARING medical staff along with being led by their UNCARING Provider when it comes to your time even if it's not that busy ...This has got to be one of the LAZIEST and on top of it THE MOST UNCARING Urgent Care ! I watched them putts around, socialize, spend more times on their personal cell phones, than to take care of their patients in a prompt & efficient manner. They Do Not pay attention to the scheduled monitor and will disregard that you are next on that time slot. They will even laugh in your face & be rude about it ! You could be waiting for hours because they really Do Not Care about your time or even acknowledge that you are on the schedule . They do not care about the Community that they are treating that is trusting them to receive the healthcare they need. I would rather go to INTERMOUNTAIN Urgent Care or the Other Urgent Cares near Centennial. The one in CareNow Urgent Care in CENTENNIAL is the Worst! Who is running this place ? It's definitely gone downhill! Not worth my time or my hard earned money to be treated like a Farm animal instead of a Human! People do not forget how you treat them..

Called ahead to make sure they could do a preoperative clearance as I don’t have a PCP in Vegas. They said it was fine as long as I had my blood results already. Came in with an appointment and filled out all the forms for them to say that they can’t provide clearances if I don’t have a PCP, then tried to push me into doing other tests from the clearance that were not necessary. Generose Manalac was awful. She took all of five minutes to examine me, had a terrible attitude, and sent me to the ER when my issue was not life-threatening. When I got to the ER, I explained what Manalac told me to the doctor there, who agreed that her advice made no sense.

I ended up spending $500 at the ER just for them to tell me they couldn't help me because my issue wasn't an emergency. All of this happened because Manalac gave me incredibly poor medical advice.

The only positive was that everyone else, especially the lovely people at the front desk, was kind and helpful. However, I will not be going back, nor will I recommend this place to anyone because of Manalac. This is just unacceptable.

The front desk are super nice and welcoming. But when you go back to see the doctor or PA the PA was not empathetic or concerned about my care. She in fact was very cold and standoffish… So that my hand was throbbing and she could have wrapped it or something for support till it healed but no she had this nasty attitude towards me. The PA claimed she was going to call me and give me an update on my X-rays, however, she didn’t call me or send an update. So disappointing in her lack of communication about my care. Unfortunately, I will never be back to be seen by that PA. Mind you she was not even a real doctor. That is why she cared little about my wellbeing. Low level of care!! Go somewhere else. I don’t recommend that Urgent Care facility.

When I arrived, the receptionist and medical assistant were both excellent. They were kind, professional and made me feel comfortable. Unfortunately, my experience with the physician completely overshadowed the excellent care they provided. I came in with an urgent medical concern expecting to be treated with dignity and respect. When the examination began, I tried to explain my medical history and why I was concerned. He wasn’t interested in listening. I told him what I believed could be causing the problem, showed him the information I was referring to and he laughed. Instead of having a conversation with me, he dismissed my concerns. When it came time for the examination, he simply instructed me to undress while remaining in the room, offering no privacy whatsoever. He took only a quick glance at the affected area, told me what he was going to prescribe and said that if it didn’t improve, I could come back in three days. The entire visit felt rushed, dismissive and lacking even the most basic level of compassion. I left the clinic uncomfortable with the care I had received and decided to trust my instincts by going to the emergency room. I’m thankful I did. The emergency physician determined that a much more aggressive treatment plan was necessary and referred me to the appropriate specialist for evaluation of THE VERY CONDITION I TRIED TO DISCUSS DURING MY VISIT TO THIS CLINIC THE SAME CONDITION THE PHYSICIAN LAUGHED AT AND DISMISSED. No patient should ever be laughed at for asking questions or trying to advocate for their own health. I left this clinic feeling humiliated, unheard and without confidence in the care I received. I cannot recommend this physician and I sincerely hope no one else has the experience that I did.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at CareNow and would strongly advise others to be very cautious before receiving care here.

After waiting about an hour, I felt rushed during my visit with Dr. Manalack and left without a clear understanding of what I was being tested for or what I would be charged. She didn't seem to care nor knew what best way to approach my medial situation. I was told there would be an additional $35 charge for testing, and because I wanted to be safe, I agreed. What was not made clear to me was that I would later be charged $145 for additional tests that I do not believe were properly explained or authorized.

I spent the next four weeks calling repeatedly to get clarification and try to resolve the charge. Each time, I was given the runaround, told the same thing, or told that a manager or staff member would get back to me. After a month, I was finally told I would not be receiving a refund.

This experience left me feeling misled and taken advantage of. Patients deserve transparency, especially when it comes to medical testing and billing. Please make sure you ask exactly what tests are being performed, what each one costs, and what you are agreeing to before moving forward. I thought I had been given full transparency, but unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

I will never come back and advise others to be cautious about care given from CareNow.

The experience here (CAREnow 6440 Centennial Center Blvd) was exceptional. We have used others in the past but these folks were the only ones open over a weekend. I have seen the emergency room at Centennial - closest to where we live. They were well parked up when we passed... so we kept on going over to CAREnow. I needed to get the toes looked at as soon as possible. The staff were excellent. Pleasant to deal with, helpful in any way they could be, efficient, with a calming personality to boot! The entire episode - paperwork, wait time, seeing the medics, maybe an hour and a half.

Unfortunately, being advised to get to a specialist as soon as we could in wound care (diabetic hematoma of the toes) I found the time difference of appointments I could get the giant killer. I went to Advanced @ Centennial because I could get to them 4 days earlier, had been there before, and knew the folks there. The big decider was the next day availability versus waiting till Friday, nothing more.

I find NO fault with CAREnow (well, they COULD serve Coffee & snacks on a weekend) and give them KUDOS for being available on the weekends ... as many more should be.  I am an Alzheimer's patient and unlike many we have encountered here, they managed to keep me focused and calm, and showed commendable "bedside manners" at all times. DO NOT HESITATE to avail yourself of their services if you need them. And remember - THEY HAVE LOCATIONS THAT ARE OPEN ON WEEKENDS.

I've had asthma all my life and when The seasons change you know I get an attack. I haven't gone through it for years and years of my life. I know the procedure. I'll give you a breathing treatment. They might give you a steroid injection and they'll give you you know. Send Joe this place. Didn't seem to do any of that. I had an excellent experience at CareNow Urgent Care on Centennial Center Boulevard. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, efficient, and genuinely caring. The check-in process was smooth, and I was seen in a timely manner. [My only note on check in is that the receptionist suggested I could go to another location that had zero wait time. That is not the best solution since patients could go into that location from the time I would leave this location to go to the next location. ]

After a fall that injured my hand, the medical team took my concerns seriously, performed the necessary evaluation and imaging, and clearly explained the findings. This site has some of the friendliest urgent care staff I've ever met. The provider also answered all my questions, helped fix my issue, and even gave me reading material to prevent it from happening again.

I went in with what I suspected to be a bacterial gut infection (C Diff). The attending doctor was a PA, and questioned my facts and proceeded to tell me it was viral and go home and take Imodium. Worse thing to do for C Diff. No thanks to Urgent Care or Skye Canyon ER I tested for C Diff. This place and Skye Canyon is worthless. They’re terrible!! I will never go back.

Great experience today! I went online to set an appointment but missed the email confirming the time. I just called in and the person at the front desk easily rescheduled me for 11:30. I went in finished the check-in and registration process and only waited about less than 10 minutes to be taken back once I was back and vitals were done I waited less than 10 minutes for a provider who was super helpful who checked me out and explained everything to me. I am now on my way home. It was such an easy and pleasant process which is so important when you're not feeling well. Thanks to the staff for making my visit a great one!

Sarah was extremely helpful in assisting with my billing dispute that has been going on since September 2025.
She quickly contacted the manager and professionally represented the situation. The manager Tracie G. was able to see the issue and write a ticket to billing helping the concern of overpayment along to finally have this taken care of.

Bad experience going for a drug screening! Got there before 9am! Appointment was for 9:30am. Filled out all my registration forms. And this worker named Tre came out and said I was already late for my check in. This was ridiculous, took off just for this appointment and get rejected and to reschedule. This was unacceptable! Especially I was the only patient waiting. It’s not like the where super busy. He acts like he was in charge and no patient service attitude. Will not recommend this place to family or friends! I came here from Hawaii and never expected people to act like this and not be professional about their job!

I waited for 3 hours to be seen for 2 minutes by a Dr who had absolutely no bedside manner. No one checked in on me to let me know it would still be some time, although I knew the facility was busy and seeing patients, a little bedside manner goes a long way. Nurses were fantastic but what was supposed to be the convenience of “quick” and/or “urgent” was definitely not.

Great experience from start to finish. I was able to complete my check-in online and received a text when it was time to start heading in. I absolutely love this feature because it allowed me to keep my sick child comfortable at home/in the car instead of sitting in a waiting room the entire time.

Once we arrived, we were called back in about 15 minutes and were in and out in roughly 45 minutes total. The process was smooth, efficient, and much less stressful as a parent. Really appreciated the convenience and care from the staff.

I’m a 100 percent disabled veteran and the atmosphere is wonderful especially when you’re not feeling well. The best ever! The staff is sooo friendly and professional! I will continue to go here because going to the VA fast track is very slow compared to Care Now and plus they are not open on the weekends (Just regular ER)….
