I have never been to an Urgent care so clean and professional, organized, prompt and friendly! Dr. John is exceptional and very knowledgeable. I took my son to get treated for a burn and all of the staff was so friendly and nice. There is also a lot convenient close parking spaces. You have to be buzzed in the door, so press the button at the right of the door.

I absolutely love how I can check in on line it saves a ton of time and waiting there when your not feeling good and it's user friendly the staff here are super nice and efficient Dr Brian Bounds was very nice as well came in with back ,neck and thumb issues and together we broke it down what was happening of if it gets worse come back and make appt with my primary but he gave me confidence that I would be ok however reiterating the fact that I should see my primary doctor too as well I was in and out of there within 40 minutes I'd say if that I it was so wonderful and I've been here before and it is you're in and out you know depending on the issue I got x-rays and what was cool I got to see the X-rays I mean it's just it was really nice very comfortable clean efficient and I would recommend this to anybody this place to anybody it's a few urgent cares that I can be in and out with efficiency and good attitudes and cleanliness then then some of the other ones I've been to so kudos to you guys over there on Sloan and Charleston keep going to ride your going and thanks I'll be your patient forever Pamela root

I walked in 1st to an empty urgent care center. The receptionist confirmed there was no wait, BUT I hadn't filled out anything online. They make u fill it up on their iPad which is exactly like the one online which u can complete at home before driving out to the center. I complete mine 1st. The 2nd family who walked in as a walk-in also completed there's after me. A 3rd family who had already completed their paperwork online walked in afterwards. They get called in 1st. So be it. That's how the procedure is. BUT..... the other walk-in family gets called before me! I was 2nd on the board to be called and had filled out my forms 1st. They were in no way distressed. So make it make sense!

Anyway, I was called in soon after and was really happy w/ how quick my visit was including Xray!

The staff were all very nice and personable.

Dr. Katherine Alconcel has very good bedside manners which is a plus!

My son and I had a great experience when I had to take him in to get a physical for this year‘s football, volleyball and basketball season. The staff was very helpful, clear and fast. Everyone was so anxious to help it was truly a breath of fresh air. Levi, Cass and Rosalyn were great. They lost my results and never called me. Then wanted me to come back In and do it all over because I never got a call from them in the first place like they said they would after they sent out the lab results they were supposed to call after a few business days and I waited 2 weeks for them to tell me that they lost the results and for me to come back. Also when I left the clinic the day of my appointment they never even went over anything with me. This clinic is ridiculous. And when I asked to speak with the manager they said they had no manager there and wouldn't let me. I've never experienced this in 39 years of life. Even denying me of speaking to a manager which probably wouldn't have helped me anyways because their staff and professionalism is ridiculous and atrocious.

I went to get care. The right side of my face is swollen like a golf ball is in my cheek. The person at the front desk was curt. She questioned whether or not I actually had a dental issue vs a medical issue. She stated that if it is dental, you will be responsible for the full price of the visit because your insurance doesn't cover dental. While in pain, I assured her that it was not a dental issue and I had an earache and possible infection. She then chose to charge me $250 to see the doctor. I said my instacare visit co-pay is $50.00. She stated I needed to pay the $250 in order to proceed with the visit. When I saw the doctor, he wouldn't even look in my ear because I told him that I had seen an oral surgeon first, but he didn't find anything in my mouth that was causing this. Long story short, another clinic confirmed my inner ear infection that got worse while I was trying to get care. Now I will be seeing an ENT for follow up. I received my EOB from my insurance company that confirmed my visit should have been $50. So now I am stuck trying to get my $200 back from CareNow who did not actually provide care. The act by the front desk clerk was clearly extorsion on her part. She is not a doctor and she impeded someone who was suffering from being treated with kindness and care. Like the name says "CareNow". Well they did not live up to their name for me. Use this provider at your own risk.

EXCELLENT SERVICE! I went in for a brutal pinched nerve. I had trouble with the sign in tablet and the front desk young lady helped me. I was seen quickly and DR Rogando was INCREDIBLE!!! This place used to be really great to go to easy access to it right down the street from my house however they have a new nurse practitioner there. He’s a male I’m not sure what his issue is, but he’s very rude to African-American women. My daughter went two weeks ago. I went yesterday. He’s very indirect. He’s rude. He walks out the room. Absolutely the worst place you could go. A homeless women urinated in a chair and on the floor staff tried dismissing her but she refused she rolled her wheel chair through the urine all the way to the back room #2. They put a wet floor sign near the urine and while I set there with my son for over 45 mins front desk staff was so busy talking and in their phones that people came and sat near in the very next urine soaked sit with urine flowing in between the tiles and they didn’t say a word it was other patients that were telling people not to sit there. Once we got called I immediately asked for office manager and was told she was not here I asked for the doctor who was sitting at the desk, reported to her the bio in the lobby her reply was “oh yes we know sorry, we are busy, we will do it” with out a care in the world. While the bio is drying they are still sitting there letting people walk in it. The wait is the same as if you were in the ER. The staff wears the same gloves from room to room. I had to tell the tech to change her gloves and wipe off the equipment before she touched my son. Absolutely ridiculous and disgusting this place.

Great experience here. Daughter came in with a twisted ankle and the whole process was under 2 hours, x ray included. Jocelyn was wonderful, made my daughter feel comfortable, we felt listened to. The staff did not act in an urgent manner when my child had life-threatening heat exhaustion. When I brought this up to a staff member and explained my daughter was about to pass out, I was told “ma’am, there’s other patients being seen as well.” Like most other kids taken to urgent care probably have a cough or the sniffles, my daughter could’ve had a heatstroke!! I told them I needed a medical evaluation asap so I can know whether or not to transfer my child to the ER. Extremely slow to act and did not have empathy for my child. Urgent care is supposed to act…urgently!!! And they couldn’t do any kind of lab work on my child. They just looked at her and said she didn’t appear to be dehydrated. Should’ve gone straight to the ER!

Terrible front end service. My family has used this urgent care for 4 years for health and for physicals. This last time I took my daughter for a urgent care visit, They asked us to pay $285 upfront. Any other time I've come here it's only been co-pays. The lady says something about not meeting our deductible for the year .... It's literally the beginning of the year. Left went across the street to umc urgent care paid 20$ co pay. Don't waste your time here if you have insurance. They were not even trying to explain the reason. Honestly I don't think they know what they are doing or just didn't want to do they're job and call the insurance.

I went in for a finger injury where the tip was clearly drooping and I also had numbness. Instead of doing an X-ray or properly evaluating for a possible tendon injury (mallet finger), they gave me a steroid injection and sent me home without a splint.

My pain actually got worse after the visit, and I left without a clear diagnosis or proper treatment. From what I’ve learned since, this type of injury usually requires immobilization and imaging to avoid permanent damage.

I’m very disappointed with the level of care. I came in for help and left feeling like my condition wasn’t taken seriously.

We walked in with my grandparents for a cold, and there was a mix-up with the charts at the front desk. However, the staff was incredibly helpful and patient, quickly resolving the issue and getting them checked in without any added stress.

Once we were called back by Alejandra, the medical assistant, we were truly amazed by the level of kindness and care she showed—especially toward my grandpa. She made us feel comfortable, heard, and genuinely cared for.

El doctor Michael R Cane, nos juzgo por usar mascaras. Fuimos un sábado y no abia mucha gente. Y la recepcionista ni nos atendia asta q yo me levante a preguntar. Como no avia gente nos pasaron rápido, gracias a Dios por eso. Y la enfermera muy amable y tomo todos signos vitales, con ella todo bien ella tenía mascara puesta.
El doctor llego tardísimo, no se porq? Y lo primerito q hizo fue darnos un cermon de porq teníamos máscara puesta???? Y nos dio un cermon y casi regañando nos y dando órdenes. Nunca dejen a sus hijos solos con ningun doctor!!!

This was in March - I don't understand this provider, I like the new facility very nice and clean, I pray it stays like this always. The provider doctor Michael R Cane not cool. As soon as he walked in he was judging us about why we were wearing masks??? And ordering us to take it off and he kept lecturing us!!!! Not cool!!!! I wanted to leave and my daughter didn't felt safe me leaving her in the room, while I went to the bathroom. I had to call my husband for him to relieve me.
When the provider checked my daughter s lungs he raised the shirt, which in other situations, I have not had a provider raise the shirt to check the back to check lungs / breathing. This provider was very judgemental.
Then, provider came with the saliva results and said, it was the flu.
Then the discharge nurse said,negative flu??? I don't think these ppl know what they are doing.

Last month in February - I dont know the provider s name but he was "complementing or saying how beautiful my daughter s were" ??? We also didn't feel comfortable with those comments.

I been dealing with this health insurance for quite a while. I can't believe my husband doesn't have the option to waive or cancel his health insurance.
I work too, but I use to have all 4 of us under my health insurance which is Excellent! Compared to my husband's.
My children keep telling they want to go back to their previous provider for 15 yrs. I guess ill be adding them back during open enrollment, its gonna kill my paycheck,and its sad to say, but many of us are just working to keep and pay our health insurance.

My experience was great!! Staff were friendly and very quick with making sure I got the care I needed. The Provider was thoughtful and asked if I had questions after he explained what was wrong. Highly recommend visiting over other urgent care clinics.
