Fast almost no wait. This was almost the most expensive dr note I ever obtained. When I say almost that’s because I had a throat infection since Friday. I saw this position on Monday that whole time I was bedridden could move the works. They tested me for three items and I came back negative for all of them. The physician then told me I could just get over-the-counter throw lozenges and try to send me on my way. I told them this was unacceptable because I just paid $180 to get treatment so I can go back to work and the physician try to fight me on whether or not I should be given medication he ended up giving me a steroid to help me fight the infection and wouldn’t you know it? I’m feeling a lot better with the steroid, but if I had not argued with him I would not have received it and just left empty-handed still sick and in pain. This is the last resort physician they would never be my first choice ever again.

I broke my toes on my left foot got x rays the doctor looked at my foot for 5 seconds and told me 1 toe was broke never waiting for the imagery to be reviewed by a image specialist then lied to me telling me he was prescribing me pain medication and not naproxen when I asked him what he called it he used a different name and I just got a cvs notification for wouldn’t you know it….naproxen an anti inflammatory.

They wanted me to pay the copay of my primary insurance and when my secondary insurance paid they would "reimbursement" me. When I complained about it, the office manager started telling me they would lower my copay for my primary copay by "x" amount. Money I would never see again. No doctors ever do this.

I had a horrible experience at this location. First off there were no doctors on duty at all. I had a nurse practitioner and they did not read my history or ask any relevant questions. They made false assumptions the show that they clearly do not understand the fundamentals of physiology. It took 2 seconds of googling to find conflicting information to their assertions. They also tried to diagnose me even though they are not a physician. I don't understand how this is even remotely legal. I'm going to be contacting agencies with my lawyer and I will figure out the legality of this clinic and how they practice. Not a single doctor in this building. Making false assertions and not following the proper protocol for a diagnosis.

I saw some bad reviews on yelp but that wasn’t my experience. I was able to make appointment and fill out paperwork online so I had to do was pay my copay when I checked in. I was in within 10 minutes of my appointment. I was out all together in 35-40 minutes. I will definitely use in the future.

Amelia Coleman NP was very friendly ,professional and listen to what I have been going through the last two weeks. During her examination she explained everything what she seen and went over my care plan and prescription she was going to order. Please tell Joslyn Jensen I said thank you very much for her patience, thoroughness, and care when I went in due to a dyshidrotic eczema flare up that might have become infected. I didn't tell her thank you while she was in the room. I thought I was told she would come back in, but she did not, and I just want her to know I really appreciated her care!

On another note, The online check-in to set up the appointment at CareNow was easy. I went in for a 7 PM appointment on a Friday (same-day appointment) and there was no wait. The waiting room was empty, I was called back within 2 minutes, the NP came into the room so quickly my vitals had to be taken afterwards, which I am not complaining about. I was in and out in 20 minutes.
The NP (Joslyn Jensen) seemed very knowledgeable of my issue and even sent in a referral to a dermatologist they work with, which she said CAN get you an appointment within 3-5 days rather than much longer like it usually takes to see a dermatologist.

On 8/22/26 I went to this CareNow Urgent Care for a high fever, aching body, and slightly inflamed tonsils. When I was admitted, during the intake, I clearly stated that I was diagnosed with a “caine” allergy by an Allergist (MD). I was tested for Covid and Flus A and B (negative, thankfully). No strep was detected and they didn’t know what to think, except maybe tonsillitis. I agreed and stated that penicillin by injection works very well for me. The tech mentioned “Ceftriaxone”. I asked what it was but didn’t get a straight answer.

Feeling so sick, I went with it anyway. Got home and the next day was feeling better… until last when some of the symptoms associated with caine allergy started showing. When I checked the Patient Clinical Summary, I noticed that the ingredients on the Ceftriaxone had 1.8mL of lidocaine as a diluent.

The staff were friendly overall, and it’s a nice clean place. If it hadn’t been for this potentially dangerous misstep, I would have likely given them 5*.

The office was slammed but it didnt feel like it was. Others registered online so they came in when it was their appointment. We're visiting from out of town Dallas Texas! Went swimming two days ago got water stuck in my ear that would not come out it was driving me crazy! I had Dr. Steven Xiao as my provider and it was the smoothest interaction I have ever had at a care now. I’m not the biggest fan of going to get help at doctor’s offices but I recently needed stitches and when another place sent me away with just gauze and tape, I came here. Despite being called an urgent care, there’s Nothing that seems to be urgent about this place. The check-in process was easy, but I had already pre-checked in before I left the house and was given a check-in time Of 11:42 AM. After sitting in the waiting room by myself for who knows how long with an excruciating migraine, I was then finally moved to an exam room by the nurse. She took my vitals and told me that the doctor would be in to see me shortly. The room was freezing, which prompted me to ask for a blanket so I could try to seek some relief by lying down on the bed. By almost 2 o’clock and having still not seen the doctor, I decided I would rather just suffer at home than in an ice box. When I walked to the lobby, I told the front desk that I was just going to check out and she just said OK I will let the doctor know. I wish I could say this is my first not great experience with this location, but it’s not. If you’re in any sort of discomfort, this is not the place that you wanna go so you can sit around for hours.

This would have been a 5-star review if not for one issue. During my visit, NP Jocelyn Jensen and I discussed prescribing a specific medication in addition to my antibiotic. We talked about why it was needed and the best time to take it, and I left the appointment with the understanding that both prescriptions would be sent to my pharmacy.

When I picked up my medication, only the antibiotic had been prescribed. I contacted CareNow and was told that only the antibiotic would be ordered. I explained that the additional medication had been discussed in detail during my visit, but I was simply told it would not be prescribed.

What was most frustrating was that time was spent discussing the medication, including when and how to take it, only for it to never be ordered without any explanation or follow-up. Better communication would have made all the difference.

As a concerned parent i would have thought the provider would be a bit much more understanding and patient .
instead, the remarks he would make about how my child is of age to let me know that he’s in pain or can’t breath. I would also tell him the history of how my son has recent nose bleeds he just claimed that if my son has no issues or ain’t saying anything he should be ok. I like this clinic I like the location and the staff. I was expecting to see a doctor though. , instead of a nurse practitioner
I think practitioners need to realize that part of their Hippocratic Oath is to listen to their patients , and also understand that the Internet has given patients access to gallons of information , and maybe I don’t agree completely with the practitioner , Studies and theories and information and practices are always changing some of the medical science being used today has dated back to the 1950s shown in science and medical journals

Didn’t test for covid or meningitis when we wanted them to. Strep was negative . She had fever of 102 for a week. Stiff neck, tired hot and cold all for a week. Dr was very dismissive .

Worst experience ever. This is the reason I don’t go to doctors until things are bad. To have the provider tell you they have seen worse swelling and dismiss your pain as something they can’t help you with is what most patients fear. I will never go back there after going there for years. Very disappointed.

Did the online stuff, got a text saying come in I'm next, walked in, kiosk thing did online check in, no hassle, no extra waiting or filling out paperwork u did online, quick and easy. Nice and fast doctors and tests.

I had a very frustrating experience at this urgent care clinic while assisting my grandmother with her appointment, and I will not be returning.

My grandmother is elderly, her primary language is Spanish, and she relies on family members to help her navigate medical appointments, insurance paperwork, and technology. If I was having difficulty with the tablet and insurance questions, there is no way she would have been able to figure it out on her own.

Upon arrival, I was directed to complete information on a tablet. During the process, I encountered an issue and tried to show the staff member what was happening. Instead of taking a moment to look at the screen, she immediately dismissed my concern and told me, “You don’t need to worry about that number.”

As it turned out, that number absolutely did matter. My grandmother has Medicare as her primary insurance and SCAN as her secondary insurance. Had the staff member taken even a few seconds to look at what I was trying to show her, she likely would have recognized the issue immediately. Instead, she appeared to assume that I understood how Medicare and secondary insurance billing work. My grandmother didn’t even know the distinction herself, which is exactly why I was there helping her.

This may also explain why, during a previous visit, another staff member incorrectly told us that the clinic didn’t accept her insurance at all. When patients are given incorrect information about insurance coverage, it creates confusion, delays care, and can potentially lead to billing problems.

I then explained that the tablet wasn’t loading properly on my end. Rather than helping resolve the issue, I was told that next time I could fill everything out at home. I responded that based on this experience, next time I simply wouldn’t come back. That wasn’t intended to be rude—it was an honest statement about my experience as a customer.

The staff member then accused me of being rude, pulled the tablet away from me, and told me that if I didn’t like it there, there were other urgent care clinics I could go to.

I found that response incredibly unprofessional. Healthcare facilities should be focused on helping patients, especially elderly patients, those who may not be comfortable with technology, and those whose primary language is not English. Instead of listening to a legitimate concern and spending a few seconds to understand the issue, I was dismissed, blamed for asking questions, and effectively told to take my grandmother elsewhere.

What should have been a simple interaction turned into an unnecessarily negative experience because of poor customer service and a lack of willingness to help. Patients and their families deserve better.

Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this clinic and will be seeking care elsewhere in the future.

I had such a good visit with the team at Care Now. I cut my thumb pretty bad and had to have a few stitches put in. The check in at the front desk was fast and easy with Azsia. I was a little nervous but the medical assistants Celeste and Rey were great. Celeste was so nice and professional but she was also so down to earth and made me feel really comfortable. My provider was the PA Steven Xiao. I really liked him he was also was very professional and he walked me through everything he was doing. He was fast and he did a great job on the stitches. I know having to go to a quick care is never on your list of things to do but I would definitely recommend this Care Now for any health care you may need.
