Everyone who worked at this office was sooooooooo kind and speedy. From the intake receptionist, to the aides and Practioner. We arrived with a cut finger injury at 1:50 pm and was walked back to the exam room immediately.

Finger was repaired with care and I also got a tetanus vaccine and was out before 3 pm.

I was really appreciative of the help and care of my injury. Thank you!

I honestly was a little hesitant about coming back in because of 2 not so great visits..I came this time about an hour before closing time and the receptionist was super sweet and got me checked in quickly. The nurse greeted me with a smile and was so nice to me and my boys. She actually told me don't be surprised if it was broken when I first got injured! Dr. Hui was so quick with ordering an x-ray for me and found that I broke my ankle not even 10 minutes after my x-ray was done! She even sent the images off to a radiologist just to double check, and it was confirmed. These ladies were on it, and I'm so grateful they found the problem rather than just trying to put a band-aid on it just to get me in and out quick! Keep up the amaaaaazing work!!!!👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

I had a wonderful experience at this clinic. Huge thanks to NP Linton and nurse Crain for their kind, professional, and compassionate care.

I came in with a sudden case of acute hives, and after receiving an injection, I started noticing improvement within about four hours. By the time I woke up the next morning, my hives had completely disappeared. The treatment worked so well that I didn't even need to see a dermatologist afterward.

I was also incredibly impressed by how thoughtful the staff were. Since it was already after 6 p.m. and most pharmacies had closed, the nurse took the time to send my prescription to the nearest 24-hour pharmacy so I could get my medication without delay.

What really stood out was the follow-up care. The clinic called me the next day to check on my condition and make sure my symptoms were improving. That level of genuine care and attention made me feel truly valued as a patient.

Thank you again to NP Linton and nurse Crain for making such a stressful situation so much easier. I truly appreciate your excellent care and highly recommend this clinic!

Medical Assistant Paulo was professional, knowledgeable, and made us feel comfortable throughout our visit. He clearly knew what he was doing, and we truly felt well taken care of.

I usually dislike going to quick cares as I don’t have a good time there but today was different. I had an amazing experience thanks to Kevin & David! Kevin had a great attitude & was very helpful & attentive to my baby & I. He didn’t let us open or close any doors, he even gave my son stickers to play with when he heard he was in distress. He made our time there feel like a breeze! David was also spectacular! He answered all of my questions, made me feel heard. He took it upon himself to print me out a list of items that I could get to help me out at home. David also got me a referral that will help me with figure out where the root is to my problem. Very disappointed with my service at this location. The doctor and medical assistant where very kind and welcoming especially being a last minute appointment. The front reception was very rude and poor costumer service. From the phone call she said you’ve 10 minutes to get here or we can’t take you. Which I understand they’re closing but I mentioned I was already 2 minutes away she was already trying to deny my boyfriend service bc she simply didn’t want to. Keep in mind nobody in the office and we showed up 20 minutes to closing. Then we get here and she was very short and overall rude. We filled out everything very quickly still receiving attitude and faces. Unfortunately myself or my boyfriend will not go to this location due to the poor quality of service this reception provided us. The Medical Assistant was phenomenal!
However, The Nurse Practitioner entered the room and immediately announced her intention to prescribe medication to my daughter. She did not introduce herself or practice proper hand hygiene—such as washing her hands or using sanitizer. I had to ask for her name, insist she clean her hands, and inquire about the medication she intended to prescribe. This is basic professionalism. Display some manners, professionalism, and proper hygiene. This is not the first time we have experienced this. Some of these providers don’t care.
Improve your standards. Also, they said her diagnosis was teething syndrome. She had a runny nose and a temperature of 105 at urgent care. I am not an MD or NP, I don’t think teething causes a fever that high. And on her discharge paperwork, it said her temperature was 100.5, which is not true.

Every person in there seemed to have a chip on their shoulder or issue dealing with people. I had my wife on the line, As she couldn't be there with me and the guy says with an attitude, "we're not doing this with you on the phone."

Who says that? I wasn't having a conversation, she was there in case I needed help answering questions. But he could have just asked me to put the phone away, I would have gladly done so.

They said they needed to order X-rays, out of curiosity I asked how much would that cost. He asked what my insurance was and I said Medicaid, he said it won't cost you anything. But I was still curious and I asked how much it cost the insurance. He said he didn't know but made it a point to say "don't worry tax payers are paying for it", as if that was an issue. I get people have thier opinions on those issues, but that was uncalled for. I feel they were treating poorly because I was using Medicaid. Honestly, the X-rays seemed unnecessary for what i came in for but must of been something they can tack onto my insurance since I'm not paying for it anyway. This was very upsetting to say the least and will never be back.

I came in not feeling well, and from the moment I walked through the door, the front desk staff was kind, courteous, and welcoming. When you’re sick, that first interaction matters more than people realize — and they set the tone perfectly.

The medical assistant was attentive, pleasant, and genuinely caring. I never felt rushed or brushed off. She made sure I was comfortable and listened to what was going on.

Be warned that even if you’re in network and 100% covered by insurance, CareNow will charge you a deductible that they can’t provide any backup on how they got to, wait for your claim to get processed by insurance, then (allegedly) refund you. Haven’t got a refund yet. This is not brought up when scheduling an appointment, only when you’re there to check in needing care. I would steer clear of this place, lack transparency and business integrity. Total cash grab.

So I wanted to at least give two stars to the front desk staff and medical assistant. They did a good job & They were really nice to me. But this review is for-the PA who I visited for a severe, three-week-long pressure tension headache and nausea paying the $180 self-pay fee (no insurance yet). The PA was polite, but the consultation felt rushed. I felt that for a persistent issue of three weeks, the assessment was too brief and lacked a detailed plan or explanation I expected given the out-of-pocket cost. This clinic might be good for very acute, simple issues, not for ongoing symptoms. I felt like even though that PA is not my PCP you should still fully investigate my symptoms.

The PA just recommended me to continue taking the same over the counter meds even though I told her they are not working for me. I realized afterward that the high caffeine content in my over the counter medication was likely the cause to the tension and worsening the cycle, yet the PA failed to analyze this as a factor. She vaguely mentioned "many factors," I was left to diagnose the main trigger myself. For an ongoing issue, I expected a more detailed review for the price paid.

Just imagine being in my shoes. Just fyi after reading the rest of the comments for this location, I am not the only one who had this issue. This location might have a lot of good reviews but think twice before going over here.

No one ever wants to visit a clinic, if bad health conditions are involved. This time changed my day and gave me back a little of my personal batterie back. The staff at this specific location, was not only courteous and professional, they were kind hearted, warm, patient and empathetic. Plus, no crazy wait times and the space was neat and calm. Such a rewarding experience that makes you forget for a little bit the reason why you are in there. Thank you all guys.
