The check in and the nurse and doctor were good even if Ihad to wait 20 min in the room. Where the disconnect happened was when my prescription was called in. It was called in to the wrong place even after I confirmed the pharmacy before leaving the clinic. Then it took 3 calls and over 45 min at the pharmacy before it was fixed and sent to the right place.

For someone who rarely goes to the doctor unless it’s pretty urgent, well Vegas wanted to hit me with the sickness and I’m from Washington and they made it me feel right at home. I went to have an earwax plug removed; they charged me $180 but couldn't get it out because it was too hard. I was told to wait another five days and use a softening solution I bought at Walmart, then come back and pay another $180. I basically wasted my money and time it wasn't worth it. They were very polite, but I still lost my money and time.

The reception staff was amazing. Very personable and very helpful when needed. They offer free water for those waiting and the wait wasn't terrible. The nursing staff and xray tech were also very personable and thorough. The nurse practitioner needs to work on his bedside manor a lot. He is very short with his patients, doesn't explain whats going on, and very much seems like the patient is in the way.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Leslie and Maurice. From the moment I walked into urgent care, they were incredible. They were efficient, professional, compassionate, and genuinely caring.

I came in feeling sick, worried, and honestly a little scared, and the way Leslie and Maurice treated me brought me to tears. They didn’t just do their jobs, they made me feel heard, comforted, and cared for. They took the time to reassure me, explain things, and make sure I felt safe and supported.

It’s rare to encounter people in healthcare who make such a lasting impact, but Leslie and Maurice truly did that for me. Their kindness and compassion meant more than they probably realize. I left feeling not only cared for medically, but cared for as a person.

Facility was musty and smelled of urine. We are out of towners, but guess the location is not in the best part of town. Professionalism of front desk staff varied. The gal who handled me needs retraining. Her demeanor was unpleasant and she did the bare minimum when I asked a question. Never smiled. Continually tapped her head in a weird way. For any business dealing with the public, the first person encountered sets the tone. She did that alright but in a very negative way. Despite uploading my drivers license and saying my last name clearly, it was butchered on the paperwork .
However, Irlonda NP, who did the assessment and provided treatment was absolutely professional, kind, personable and clear in her communication. If I went straight to go with her, my experience and review would’ve been a lot different.

Lakia was friendly and very helpful made me feel at ease. Lesley immediately got me a wheelchair and was awesome the whole time, really took his time with my X-ray making sure not to cause more pain in my knee. Best X-ray tech I have ever had in 62 years. And will just summarize that my entire experience at this location on that day was not a pleasant one, the medical reptionist; she was african american she was very rude, never said hi, just said yes?! And then when asked about switching my pharmacy, her response "im already working with a new patient!" and then ignores me. I went here a few days ago and I didn’t like how my PA treated me. I felt it was rushed, eventhough it wasn’t busy when I came. I also felt she was rude and condescending to me when I explained my situation. I don’t have a lot of medical knowledge so when I started asking questions she made me feel I am stupid and idiot. I also felt she wasn’t empathetic enough to my concerns. This is the 2nd time I’ve dealt with her like that I am not coming back to this clinic because of that poor service from her.

Big difference this time. The staff I spoke to were great. Wait time was short. I didn't see a doctor but the nurse practitioner was very knowledgable.

Back in 2022. I went as a walk in, waited 2½ hours at home, waited 1½ hours in lobby and 1½ hours in exam room. Someone apologized saying they were busy, but they were not. Later the same peron came back and said there was a shift change happening. It was 2:15am and I didnt believe them and i had not seen the doctor so I left.
This was far from the first time this has happened. I'm a skinny guy and my reason for being there was pain so they immediately profile me as a drug seeker. I had not asked for so much as an aspirin while they left me to see if I would get irate or start jonesing for drugs. I don't want to go through this again but the swelling in my foot is twice what it was. They should call themselves (We Dont) Care Now.
I went to a different urgent care, where they took x rays of my foot and found I had broken it.

This is my go-to urgent care since they are always friendly and I can get in a virtual queue which lets me spend less time in the waiting room. I went to this center because of its great medical reputation, but unfortunately, I wasn't able to receive care due to a technical issue with their system. While I understand that system glitches happen, what was truly disappointing was the attitude of the person working at the front desk who was not wearing the black uniform.
While she took the time to explain everything in detail to English-speaking patients, she practically ignored me because I speak Spanish. When I approached her, she simply told me to wait, showing a complete lack of empathy and communication. She showed no willingness to help me until I insisted, and they eventually called someone else to assist me.
It is a shame that the medical team's excellent reputation is tarnished by such rude and unprofessional treatment at reception. Patient care should be equally compassionate and respectful for everyone, regardless of the language they speak.

Subsequently, I received messages from the clinic requesting that I attend their facilities. However, by that time, I had already made the decision to go to CareNow Urgent Care at Rainbow & Mardon, where I received exceptional care.

On Thursday, September 3, 2026, at approximately 10:45 PM, I walked into the clinic seeking medical attention for my 2-year-old son, who had sustained a head injury. When I approached the front desk, the staff member informed me that the provider does not specialize in pediatric patients. I understand that this is not a pediatrician’s office; however, I would have appreciated if my son could have at least been evaluated by the provider to determine whether further medical attention was necessary. The front desk staff member stated that she would speak with the provider regarding my son. Approximately 20 seconds later, she returned and simply stated, “Yeah, go to the ER.” I felt that the situation was dismissed without my son being evaluated or the provider speaking with me directly. When we arrived at the clinic, we had to ring the doorbell approximately three times before the door was unlocked. When the staff member eventually opened the door, she was on the phone providing medical advice to another patient regarding going to the ER for a possible eye injury. During our interaction, the staff member appeared extremely tired and gave me the impression that she did not want to add my son to the list of patients to be seen. I understand that it was late in the evening and that the clinic may have limitations regarding treating pediatric patients, but I believe the interaction could have been handled with more professionalism, compassion, and communication. As a parent seeking medical care for my 2-year-old, I was concerned about his head injury and was looking for guidance from a medical professional. I would have appreciated a more thorough explanation of why he could not be evaluated at the clinic and why the ER was being recommended, rather than being dismissed after only a brief conversation. I am submitting this complaint because I believe patients, especially parents seeking care for their young children, should feel heard, respected, and properly guided regarding their medical concerns.

I love the way you can make an appt online so you don’t have to sit there for hours around other sick 😷 people like me! Although it was last min they texted and said to come in. What bothered me most was when I asked the lady where else we could go. She told me, “Nothing else is open. We’re the only 24-hour location.”

That was not true.

There were other places open nearby. Instead of simply telling us their system was down or helping us find another option, she gave us incorrect information and turned us away.

I understand systems go down. I understand staffing issues happen. What I do not understand is the lack of empathy and the carelessness of telling someone seeking medical care that they have no other options when they actually do.

If someone comes to a 24-hour medical facility in the middle of the night, they are there for a reason. At the very least, help point them in the right direction instead of making them believe they have nowhere else to go.

That kind of misinformation in healthcare can be dangerous.

Girl at the front desk must've been having a bad morning because she had to work on a Saturday. Not very polite at all. I was the only person there at 7:30 a.m. Was asked to fill out a paper, which I did. Was told I didn't need to stand there. Was told she only wanted my insurance card, not my DL. Very snappy attitude. MA Had me pee in a cup for urine culture. PA made me do a self swab for vaginal culture. Ummmmm.....isn't that YOUR job? That's what YOU are paid to do! Was also told I could pay $180 for full payment or $18 for coinsurance. Weird!!!! Also, my labs go to QUEST and NOT LAB CORP. I hope I don't get screwed! If you're in the medical field, shouldn't YOU be doing the vaginal culture? All around weird experience.

🥰The staff was really friendly and welcoming, from the ladies at the front desk greeting you from the moment you walk in, to you getting waited on in the back. The process was quick and I loved that the lobby and back offices were clean. 🤔 You don’t see clean facilities much any more in Vegas. Ich war zum ersten mal hier und war begeistert wie nett und Hilfsbereit die Damen waren am Empfang und auch die Ärztinnen waren super freundlich und haben sich genau meine Beschwerden angehört. We were on vacation and my son and I got sick. So we went to CareNow. After a quick check-in, we were called right away. Both MA Lesley and Dr. Crystal were very nice and answered all our questions. I am writing this review on behalf of my parents regarding their visit on August 3.

My father had a small wound that was about a week old. We were concerned it might be infected, but it was not a life-threatening emergency that required an ER visit. My parents drove a considerable distance to this urgent care because it was one of the few clinics still open late.

Unfortunately, their experience at the front desk was very disappointing. When they arrived, they tried using the self-check-in tablet, but it wasn’t working. They went to the front desk for assistance and were immediately asked if they had made an online appointment. When they said no, the staff member told them the clinic did not accept walk-ins, handed them a list of emergency rooms, and said they needed to make an appointment online and come back the next day. My parents even asked if they could schedule an appointment for later that same evening, but they were told there was no availability.

I was on the phone with my mother during this interaction, so I decided to check the online scheduling myself. To my surprise, there were multiple appointments still available that same night, with the earliest only about 15–20 minutes away. I told my mother to ask if they could be seen if I booked one of those appointments. Before she could finish explaining, the staff member repeatedly interrupted her by saying, “Tomorrow. Online. No availability.” I scheduled the appointment anyway, and my parents were successfully checked in shortly afterward. My mother even mentioned that the staff member seemed surprised when they returned with a confirmed appointment.

What made this especially frustrating is that the clinic’s own online check-in page says, “If you’re unable to complete your check-in, please go into clinic.” That is exactly what my parents did after the tablet failed, yet instead of receiving help, they were repeatedly given incorrect information.

I also want to be fair with this review. Once my parents made it past the front desk, their experience completely changed. The doctor was kind, patient, understanding, and took the time to carefully evaluate my father’s wound and answer all of their questions. The medical care itself was excellent.

The only reason I cannot give a higher rating is because of the front desk experience, which nearly prevented my parents from receiving care at all. I hope management reviews this incident and provides additional training so future patients receive accurate information and respectful assistance when they come in seeking medical help.

I was with vomiting and diarrhea for like a week with a horrible stomachache and she was extremely rude . I never going to go back there again in my life. I brought my 4yr old autistic son here after he banged up his head and let me tell you i was beyond blessed comming here. Lakia at the front desk was extremely patient and super helpful in helping me get all signed in even after having issue with my insurance card. She was polite and ensured me everything was ok after seeing me struggle trying to calm my son down. Lesley and heather were both godsend angels in scrubs is the best way i can explain it. They both went above and beyond in helping me calm my son down and were super professional and gentle while trying to gather all the vitals and info they needed from my son who was fighting them the entire time. They were so friendly that my son who never lets anyone carry him let heather hold him and even gave her and lesley both hugs which shocked me. I cant thank this team enough or express enough appreciation for these beautiful souls that showed us the upmost love and care while in their hands.
