The service is good when you first arrive, but once you get inside and tell them you don't want any of the treatments they offer, everything changes—they make you wait because, naturally, they’re no longer interested in you! For me, this is one of the worst dental places I’ve ever visited; I wouldn't recommend them to anyone—they are absolutely terrible!

Had an issue with my insurance and bill discrepancy. Apparently, Cascade Valley Dental has codes that the insurance will not cover so that lets them put prices whatever they want to charge extra, for out-of-pocket Charge. I’m waiting for my insurance explanation when Cascade resubmit the cost on the bill.
I’ve been with Cascade Valley Dental since the 90s. They used to be privately owned now it’s corporate and one hand doesn’t know what the other hand is doing in the office. I think they lost a long time customer. Very unhappy. I believe they overcharged me for my crown work.

We have always been happy with the Dentists, Their assistants & Hygienists at Cascade. On July 7th, I lost a tooth and my fears of a visit to the dentist happened......However, Dr Stokes and Cheryl were the best, they put me at ease with the procedures available and I was well Informed of my options. All the time with my fears and questions they were pleasant and kind and I became relaxed, Had the initial 2hrs with no problems......no worries about my final visit in two weeks..... The reception team got me an appointment within a day, and the dentist was amazing—so caring and understanding of what I needed. Plus, I loved receiving a birthday email from them! I'm really disappointed 😞 with the billing right now. I will update this review if I can get a clear response from management. I went in for a consultation and was disclosed a price for services. I was told the amount my insurance would cover and the amount in which I would pay that my insurance did not cover. I agreed and paid over 630$ and completed the treatment. I left and was told everything was completed. Now, a week later, I'm receiving a 308$ bill stating I still owe them more money! Why was this not disclosed at the time of treatment or before I left the location? I feel deceived and lied to.

The staff here are helpful and have teamwork. I am very thankful to all of them who assisted me. I'm a new patient and I had the greatest experience ever in this Dental Clinic. I have a TMJD but they work around it they did a full xray and full exam and did tooth fillings at the same day with almost to no pain unlike my previous dental that doesn't have the tool to help patients like me. I almost have my cleaning done too if they are not closing yet though the hygienist there didn't recommend doing it too since my jaw might be tired from all the procedure they had done to me. Everyone is patient with me they gave my jaw some break between the fillings because my jaw hurt when I open it for so long and they have a rubber device that support it to stay open that helped a lot for me to not feel that I am being tortured. Overall I will recommend this clinic to anyone I know who is in need of new dentist.

I was supposed to have four of my wisdom teeth taken out for around $600 dollars. They then decide to call me 48 hours before my appointment and tell me it's now around $1600 dollars. I told them I would call my insurance company to address the concern, but after I called them back and told them I couldn't do it, not necessarily because of the cost but because they quoted me one cost and then tell me another cost 48 hours before my appointment, they tell my they can't guarantee they won't charge me $100 dollars for cancelling less than 48 hours in advance. When it was their fault, for not informing me of the change of cost earlier! My whole family has been going there for years but after this we will all be looking for other dentists. This is ridiculous.

Cascade dental staff were so efficient and professional that I thought they were a scam. I thought they were just out to use me to get more money from the insurance company and also to bill me for what the insurance co. wouldn't pay. On the other hand, I couldn't complain about their work. Excellent from the very beginning. I've been there about 10 times from having my teeth pulled to fitting and adjusting my dentures. Eventually, the office manager explained how the billing process went and they were not cheating me or the insurance company out of a dime. From the oral surgeon to the on-staff dentist, Cascade is the best. They do care and make you feel like a million dollars. Thank you, Cascade.

The ladies in the front greeted me the moment I walked in. Dr Ghobrial was very thorough and didn’t let any of my concerns go unheard. Both the back staff and doctor were very gentle with me and made me feel comfortable, especially with having traumatic dentist experiences before. By the end, I didn’t feel as nervous as I had going in. This is a team you can trust. I did see some negative reviews which did make me feel uneasy going in, but my experience was far from it. I did receive a bill in the mail, which confused me at first, but after going over it with the manager, I had read it wrong and turns out, nothing was owed.

Dentist ok..the billing and the other employee at front, unfortunately I dont have the names yet, cero customer service, cero professionalism cero respect.
Idk why they use the automatic service....they change your appointment and because the appointment was changed they want to charge $ 75.
I called 72 hrs before and still they charge you $ 75
When I ask to speak with someone above....well the manager is not there...they will call you they said.
No even talking to the manager yet that lady at front say .....well if you dont pay will be sent to collections.
if you dont cancel the appointment in 48 hs they charge you $ 75. Now if they change it you still have to pay $ 75 for the mistakes they do.
Unacceptable.....is not the first time...no long ago they sent me a bill.....even that I pay after the visit...cero balance ...after few weeks they sent me a bill, when I call they said ......oh because the insurance didnt covered so we sent you the bill. So even if my insurance didnt covered they should tell me before the procedure no after weeks...as I said CERO profesionalism..
They really dont care about fixing this issue, I saw reviews like a year ago or more, and same situation and still same problems so if they still doing it, is because they dont care about that.. I wish if I read those reviews before go there... customer satisfaction CERO. Is only about money someone should do something.
I will choose other dentist is plenty in the valley and this Cascade dental will loose moore customers.

The staff at Cascade dental is the best dental office I’ve ever been to , their friendly, helpful and courteous. My dentist, Dr. G in my book is one of the best dentist I’ve ever been to, the office manager I don’t know her name sorry , worked with me. I’m getting insurance through Cascade dental, for only 80 bucks a year to receive reduced prices if I need adjustment or any other help, i would have to to pay over $1,200 for my hard reline but was reduced over half. I will recommend this, Dentist Cascade dental to all my friends and family. The price I paid for my dentures was fair, reasonable and affordable, if you need dental implants or dentures or cleaning services or Tooth extraction go to Cascade dental

I had a temporary crown come off (Tue.), while I was visiting from out-of-town. Cascade Valley Dental saw me on short notice (Thu.), fit me with a new temp. crown, and fixed the bite while they were at it! Olga was super friendly & careful re: tooth sensitivity, and had me in & out in only 35 mins.! (They even gave me a reattachment kit, in case the new one were to come off before my regular dentist appt. back home in 8 days, when I get a permanent crown installed.) 😁

Dr. Weintraub did a complex root canal on a back moler and did a fantastic job. He did the procedure with minimal discomfort and I have no more pain from that tooth. First time i went the guy took care of me and did great fillings and inspected them... second time a different dentist acted like there was no time for me... charged me for fillings then i get home and i can still physically feel and see the cavity they were supposed to fix. This place is probably nice if you are already an established patient. If you're a new patient, they will try and force you into being a part of their dental savings plan. One receptionist was nice, she was shorter with curly hair and blonde highlights. The other one with glasses and dark hair was really mean. The way she spoke to me was very patronizing and condescending. She didn't explain the purpose of the dental savings plan other than to make the appointments cheaper. It doesn't make sense to me why we would have to sign up for something to get cheaper appointments and apparently there are no other strings attached? It sounds really fishy. Especially with the way it's pushed so hard to do that rather than paying for the appointment in full, which is what I was trying to do.
The patronizing woman also kept telling me over and over about how it's illegal to get a cleaning without seeing a doctor. Which is okay with me, I just wanted my teeth cleaned. There was some kind of confusion because she wouldn't stop talking about how illegal it is for a hygienist to see me without the doctor seeing me first. I understood that the doctor needed to see me first. She told me that the doctor had to take x-rays in order to see me or else "it's like wearing a blindfold" for the doctor to examine my mouth. Okay... I don't really want to see a doctor who is blind without an xray when you put it that way. So, I decided to leave.
I didn't realize the price they quoted me on the phone for a cleaning ($113) did not include the doctor's exam where he absolutely has to take an xray in order to examine your mouth, which costs another hundred and something dollars.
They knew I was a new patient since I filled out paperwork online and told them when I made the appointment. So I don't know why they didn't tell me "The cleaning is $113, but in order to get a cleaning as a new patient you need to see the doctor first and he absolutely has to take x-rays and it'll cost this much more."
It really feels like this place is trying to scam you out of your money and it really made me feel bad talking with that particular receptionist. Who, I might add, kept talking over the other receptionist even though I was directing my questions towards the nice, curly-haired receptionist.

Called to make an appointment as a new patient. I expected to have an exam with a plan on what to do moving forward. I was told I needed a longer appointment and they charged me 80 dollars to do nothing. What a waste of time and money. Is there a dentist in Las Vegas that does not rip you off?

Following an appointment for a filling on a specific tooth which had decay, I noticed once I got home that the tooth had not been filled. I contacted the office to find out what work was actually done and was advised that the dentist filled the incorrect tooth. The dentist was a substitute dentist and he took it upon himself to fill the tooth in front of the actual tooth. I was never informed throughout the entire appointment that a change had been made or what exactly he was doing. The front office was not informed either of the change in work that was being done. I am in the process of taking legal action against Cascade Valley Dental in regard to this dental malpractice and negligence on part of Dr. Goodrich.

Is this a joke they canceled my appointment. This is the fourth time it happened. I needed this cleaning before the end of the month because of my insurance. I will never go back to them and will not tell anyone to go there . They have a lot of turn over of employees and Dentist. It’s the worst office now.

I’ve been going to cascade for a few years now and I will continue to go for my years to come as long as my insurance allows. From the front desk to the back every employee seems open minded, and understanding. They’re also very kind and respectful which makes communication easy and effective.. not only with their patients but amongst each other as well. Special shout out to my dentist hygienist Amanda. I had my first appointment yesterday and it was a good experience. I had lost one of my two front teeth, and though I do need additional work done, they did not push me to get it all done like another dentist had. They took care of the problem at hand, explained everything they were doing during the process, and set me up with follow-up appointments to make sure I heal correctly. I found my lifetime dentist.

First appointment / consultation.

A few months back, I had a filling fall out. It hurt for a couple days & then the pain just stopped. Fast forward a few months. My tooth that was now missing a filling started to be really painful. Some days it was almost unbearable. I went to see an urgent dental in the beginning of the month. However it was end of day already so we weren’t able to do anything. She did however let me know that I needed to get an extraction on the filling less tooth. The problem was, they are closed like 3 or 4 days a week. Couple days after that visit, my toothache / gum ache was gone. Like completely gone. I then started to grind my teeth to see if it was really gone, or if I was just lucky. Turns out, I was just lucky for a few days. The pain returned, so I called my insurance company to inquire about my dental benefits. Once I understood, I was provided a list of in-network providers. I called a few & learned that the list I was provided, was a little outdated.

Anyways, I had been googling dentists in the area for the last few weeks. I finally (after a few weeks) stumbled across Access Health Dental. & they accepted my insurance!! I called instantly as there was a location less than 5 miles from my home. The best part is, I was able to get a SAME WEEK appointment. So stoked!!

The day before my appointment, I woke up to a missed call from the office. I was able to get an appointment an hour earlier. It really worked out for me. I arrived at my appointment on time & I really loved the atmosphere when I first walked in. It was Friday morning, & there was Aaliyah followed by Madonna playing on the speakers. Such a Friday vibe.

Checking in was very fast, as I pre-registered online. It didn’t take long at all for Dr to come to the exam area I was in. He was really thorough & really quick with the consultation & even provided me options. He understood that my filling-less tooth was top priority & even let me know some other things wrong with other teeth.

I did have to wait a bit to discuss the payment breakdowns & options I had. But it was alright. The treatment coordinator really took her time & broke down each procedure I would need & provided options for paying for the services I need. We were able to figure out the bare minimum I needed today. Not even ten minutes later, I’m lying in the chair getting my gums numb for the extraction.

Dr came back in & talked a little more about the options I had after the extraction. Tyra was so kind to come back, dumb down the information for me & provide a re estimate of my out of pocket for service that day. Once that was done, I had my tooth extracted & some other thing done in less than an hour!

From start to finish, this process was a breeze. The staff is extremely friendly. Dr Gelo is very efficient. I put off the dentist for over a decade. I’m completely satisfied with the experience I encountered today. I will for sure be back for all future dental needs. & I will certainly be referring everyone I know to see Dr Gelo!

I arrived a little before my 1 o'clock appointment thinking it'll be convenient for the dentist and I. I didn't get to the back til about 1:30. (When I make appointments with clients I never make them wait when they arrive). Especially when they're early for their meeting. I originally came here a couple years ago and loved this place. However last year Dr Santiago messed up on a root canal and then wanted me to pay to have it redone. Thankfully I found a much better place in Downtown Summerlin. Fast forward to today, I’ve had a cleaning with Eugene scheduled for about 6 months now, since he’s in high demand. Well by the time I finally got seen they tell me that Eugene is no longer at this location! And that someone called and told me already, which never happened, or I would not have driven 40 minutes for this cleaning. I will not be coming back to this awful place ever again.

I have been going here a year now. Tara at front office is amazing. She communicates to me about my copays, my treatment plan, scheduling, etc. it’s so comforting to see the same face at every appointment and for them to welcome you in by name. My teeth cleaning appointment was cancelled on 2 different occasions by the staff at Cascade. On both occasions, only a 10 minute notice of cancellation was provided due to the hygienist (2 different ones) having a family emergency. A new appointment was not even offered and when I expressed my concern of rearranging my schedule to accommodate my appointment as well as driving across town, the staff could have cared less. I immediately requested my dental records as I can’t continue to go to a place that puts their patients last. Very disappointed with their staff and it seems like the office manager needs to take a better look at how she is collectively overseeing the location and put patients first, not last.

I've beem coming here for the past year and i have to say upfront how amazing the staff is. Great office, great staff. Dr. Santuago is the best dentist I've ever had working on my teeth. Eugene cleans my teeth and he does an amazing jog. They're very gentle and explain everything that they're doing.

I rated 3 stars because of the billing situation. I understand that they are a business and need to make money. But doing procedures that I'm not even scheduled for just to make money is very unethical and immoral in my book. A 10 min procedure with no co-pay turned into 2 hours and $160. Oh and you always have to pay in full the day of... Really... No billing or financing? If you can't pay that day no procedure.

I talked to the regional manager who was also very nice, friendly, and professional. She refunded my $160 because they didn't explain to me the financing on that procedure (the 1 I wasn't schefuled for). I also forgot to mention that i didn't get a possible root canal because I didn't have the money ($560) to pay for it right now. THEY WERE FULLY AWARE THAT I WAS NOT GOING TO PAY FOR ANYTHING THAT DAY!!!

Do your research before choosing a dentist. If you don't care about money come here. If you do care about your money,
find a place that isn't going to rip you off.

Cascade Valley Dental is a breath of fresh air. I've been on the hunt for a good dentist for years now. And I'm pretty good at knowing rather quickly, if I am going to like a Dr./Dentist and his/her staff. That said, the search is over. Went to my first appointment today and have nothing but stellar things to say about their whole operation. The front of the house staff, the back of the house staff, and everybody in between !! Everyone I interacted with there was so nice and friendly I almost forgot I was at a dentists office. Extremely thorough, clear and concise in their explanations as to my treatment plan. This place has it all dialed in. I left there knowing exactly what is needed to fix my semi neglected teeth, and the costs involved. Oh, and the costs are quite reasonable as well. Its taken me 20 years to find a good dentist here in Vegas. And I thank God I finally found somewhere that I am comfortable going to and spending the time that's necessary to fix my issues.. Thanks everybody who made a wonderful first impression on me. See you next week.

Very slow dentist. Every appointment takes hours. Dentist always is seeing multiple patients at the same time so very impersonal experience. He does a very poor job communicating what’s going on. You spend a lot of time just sitting in the dental chair waiting for the dentist to come back from seeing other patients. This was the first time I had a dentist stop a root canal half way through and make me come back for another appointment to finish. Staff messed up multiple impressions which lead to more return appointments.
