Saw Dr Greenbaum for a sports medicine issue. He was unable to diagnose the problem, but he's not the only one puzzled by the issue. I inquired about vicosupplementation injections in my knee, which I get about once a year. I've had multiple different brands of injected and only one brand works for me - GelOne. I explained this to Greenbaum and, being new to the practice, he asked whoever is responsible for such matters. I was told that the office does not and will not order the GelOne brand. I guess I'm supposed to use what they want rather than what actually works for me. I found a more agreeable practice.

RESPONSE TO OWNER REPLY: My insurance covers the treatment and has covered it for years, and it remains readily available. I wasn't looking for a 'recommended treatment'. I know what I needed. The ONLY issue is that your employee told Dr Greenbaum that she would not order the GelOne. You may speak to Dr Greenbaum about it, seeing as you made some assumptions and don't believe my truth. I was there. You were not. Dr Greenbaum was. Check with him. He told me he couldn't push back to that woman because, at the time, he was too new to the practice, but that perhaps in time he might convince her to order the medication that I need, rather than what's convenient for her. No matter, I got the treatment from a more agreeable practice - Desert Orthopaedics.

Xray technician could be a lil more friendly. He was frustrated when he was informed by myself that he was abt to xray the wrong knee. But everything else was exceptionally great service. I luv'd the nurse practitioner Jen. She was great, knowledgeable, very friendly, made me feel very comfortable, explained to me my medical issues & knew exactly how to h1elp me. I can't say enough good things about everyone at Crovettis. My husband and I see Chris Robey for our chiropractic needs. Was unaware I was seeing the PA until exam, but that's ok. She was very pleasant, and thorough with reviewing X-rays and imaging. She listened to my story re injury, and current problem. She then did a physical exam of my hip and the problem area and was able to visually see the problem which wasn't quite obvious on imaging . She then went for a quick consult with Dr Crovetti, who looked at images and was able to see my problem area. All I knew was an egg sized protrusion was evident and causing pain at 3 months after my fall. He feels I have a hematoma ( and showed her on imaging) and she came back to exam room and told me Dr. Crovettis' diagnosis. Very thorough and professional. Thank you!

It's been almost a year and a half since Dr. Pandit replaced my left hip joint at Crovetti's. I'm pleased to report that I've been doing excellent! Two weeks ago I completed a 5 mile round trip solo hike to the top of a pinnacle overlooking Pierce ferry at the Grand Canyon's entrance to Lake Mead. A truly magnificent day with incredible views. Two years ago, this 74 year old would have never imagined it possible, as my left leg had atrophied so severely.
A great surgeon, followed by a serious diet and a
structured exercise regimen, made it all possible! You can do it too – just believe!

Update - Another six months have passed, and my hip joint continues to strengthen. On April 13th I completed a round-trip hike to the base of the thumb of Mount Mitten in Dolan Springs AZ. This is a very gnarly hike that I had previously made in 2012. Everything went well - a truly exhilarating experience! Thanks again to Crovetti orthopedics – The complete left hip replacement has been an amazing blessing!

Complete waste of my time coming here. I scheduled an appointment, gave them all of my information including insurance over the phone, and then show up on time for my appointment. They immediately say they have to check with the doctor to see if they can still see me (Dr Greenbaum) because I didn’t complete the pre paperwork - which they didn’t send! They sent me texts with links to confirm my appointment only. There is not prompt or guidance, even after clicking the link, to do this. They call me back over and say the doctor can’t see me because he can’t be behind - because of their error! I took time off work to get here, and needed an evaluation for surgery and had difficulty getting here in my condition. And they turn me away for being on time. Mind you the person that checked in before me on the list was an hour late. Complete waste of my time. Find somewhere better to get care

Had total knee replacement. Im a food server on my feet for 8 hours and I was able to return to work in 6 weeks. From start to finish the experience couldn't have been better. The experience was… interesting in a good way. It was not like any thing I have done with a chiropractor before.

Dr. Robey and his assistant Justin were very friendly and thorough in listening and explaining their process.

They were very professional, almost too professional but I got used to it. I tried to lighten it up a little and they seemed to follow along.

I have appointments scheduled out for the next few weeks. I do feel better right now so that is great. I expect over the next few weeks I will begin feeling a lot better.

Friend had knee replacement, before she was fully coherent after surgery they tried to make her walk and dropped her. Didn’t try to help her again then put her in St Rose to do nothing for her. This is not the way you treat people. I wouldn’t feel safe going to these people.

I visited Briannon at Crovetti today. They did my left knee replacement a few years ago. I went because it feels like knives in both knees when I stand up from a chair for the past 2 months. I went there because everything was GREAT during and after my knee replacement. My only reason for going there was for help. She didnt want anything to do with me and she projected that!!!!! She blamed me for not following protocol because I did my own rehab and my knee felt great for years!! She blamed my back and that my knees werent strong enough. She obviously had already predetermined in her mind that I was coming to blame them ,and after a few minutes suggested rehab. SEVERE pain in both knees really?? Well you did your job Briannon and I bolted your office solely because of your attitude. I guess since I didnt follow your protocol you really conveyed that you werent interested in helping me. Words cannot describe how fortunate we are in Las Vegas to have Dr. Michelin. He performed reverse shoulder surgery on my husband, and after four weeks, my husband is doing amazing. Dr Crovetti runs an awesome crew at the summerlin location. He is down to earth, polite and professional. Addison is great to work with and is timely in her responses. Brianna is a knowledgeable PA that takes her time to listen to your concerns and doesn’t rush you out of the office like your another number. Jennifer is awesome, she is kind, fast and efficient, which is what you want when she’s sticking a big needle in your hip. I have had steroid injections elsewhere and it was a painful process that took an hour under x ray. Jennifer is a pro, she gets it done quick and painless. Live in summerlin . Only pre op appt was on a Thursday at 3:40in Henderson . The care taker for 93 year old mother in law was bit late hence getting to appt.. at 3:56, tried calling 3 times prior to appt time. No answer left messages I was running late. After several minster of begging please surgery is Monday I was told would have to return next day. And at that point was 20 mins late bper receptionist. Fine. Office was empty. Returned only to be rushed thru ekg while questioned and told to be still and not speak, really. It was so rushed I felt frazzled. Asking where to go for blood tests I was told an appointment v had been made in summerlin quest office. Had to laugh. I felt as though I was an uninvited guest. My heart went out to the older folks who seemed lost. The staff as always was very kind and friendly. With the exception of front desk receptionist and Jenn. Not to cause issues I stayed quiet until my daughter with whom I went stated that perhaps they're able to treat people as an inconvience because patients don't speak up . I did call and said what happened next day I received numerous calls and apologies.I have recommended Dr crovetti to numerous co workers and they were so grateful, as they felt so at ease and cared about.. some too stated issues with same staff which is why I am writing this review. I will continue recommending crovetti orthopedist center, as I believe perhaps it's staff that is not concerned with patients and I don't have to feel uncomfortable and can say something. The pre-op and surgery and the care in the aftercare were beyond expectations. Alex checked in to make sure I was doing the exercises and suggested what I should keep doing. Marcella was wonderful. When my wife and I went for my followup appointment we waited in the waiting room about 15 minutes and then Jessica called us to a room. She seemed surprised the paper stitches were still on and mentioned I would feel much better now after she remove them. Then we sat for one and a half hours. No one said anything to us during this time. I decided my time was as valuable as anyone else's and we left. No one has called us or reached out in any other way. I asked my wife to call the office hoping to hear why this happened but nothing. All we heard was i would have been next in line to be seen.

Nurse Jen was my nurse back in 2022. For my pre-op on my Arthroscopic Knee surgery. I remember how much I liked her back then. Now fast-forward to 2025, I’m having an MUA from my left shoulder and she still there. I was so happy to see her again and she remembered me from three years ago.

Getting your knees replaced can be life changing - it was for me. As a businessman of 40 years, I was really impressed with how Dr. Crovetti runs his practice. EVERY staff member was great to deal with. But beyond that, the aftercare in their private recovery suites was amazing. You can tell that the protocols are designed with patient comfort in mind. I had friends who had the same procedure from from other facilities and I was reluctant to brag about how good my aftercare was relative to what they described their aftercare to be. Their is a difference and I am so glad I picked Crovetti Orthopaedics.

Lots of paperwork up front. Waited a half hour past appt time to be called in. Once in, staff was fantastic. Intake and X-rays very quick and professional. Was seen by Dr Michelin's PA, Briannon, who did a thorough assessment and we determined the best current course would be Physical therapy, for which she gave me a referral. Will definitely go back if further care is warranted.

Being in the healthcare business for over 40 years and having to see an orthopedic doctor for the first time was quite a wonderful and rewarding experience. From getting an appointment within a few days of calling to the check in process to being seen by a wonderful provider who truly cared about my concerns. Surgery date 07/25/2025, Before I was referred to CROVETTI ORTHOPAEDICS SPORTS MEDICINE for my hip issues all the activities that I enjoyed had come to a sudden halt, home projects, golf, weight training, bicycling and shopping with my family, When I got my appointment with Dr. Crovetti, what a life changer during my visit with him it was like the pain was already scared, he reviewed what would happen during and after the surgery.
