Everything about this clinic is great! The front desk staff are always kind and patient. One of the ladies with eyeglasses even remembers my son from when he was a tiny newborn to now—a playful 18-month-old. The medical assistants are quick, gentle, and efficient when giving vaccines. The clinic is always clean, and I really appreciate that sick and well visits have separate entrances and waiting areas. It makes a big difference!
Dr. Rafferty is truly the BEST pediatrician. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, calm, kind, patient, and gentle with our son—and just as importantly, he’s been a source of constant reassurance for my husband and me. As anxious first-time parents, we often question whether we’re doing things “right,” and Dr. Rafferty always meets us with understanding and support. As a nurse practitioner myself, I genuinely aspire to be the kind of compassionate and confident provider that he is.

Dr Rafferty is the best pediatrician ever. Vegas needs Dr Rafferty. Our 2 kids have been going to them ever since. Very attentive. Super clean facility. Amazing office and medical team. Valerie, Patty, Donna, Yuriko. These 4 are simply great with it comes to helping and assisting. Our kids are always in good hands with them.. Super caring, efficient and organized. Wouldn’t take our kids anywhere else. Easy appointment. Ever since we’ve been coming here. We’ve been recommending them to our family and friends. Dr. Rafferty is the best pediatrician in Las Vegas! He takes the time to listen and knows my children by name. We found him after being the rounding pediatrician when my son was born and we never looked back. He is now the doctor to both of my children and it has been the best experience with a doctor. Absolutely love Dr. Rafferty and his team! I have had a few incidents with my daughters requiring a nurse to call me back, and they are quick to return my calls and/or schedule appointments to get us in last minute. They are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They never leave a question unanswered and provide resources if needed. Definitely recommended for anyone with little ones.

Dr. Rafferty was like a breath of fresh air. I went to a previous pediatrician in this same group the day before for an issue and the interaction with Dr. Rafferty was like night and day compared to that interaction. Dr. Rafferty was thorough and kind. He was genuine. I am a RN and I have worked with many different physicians and I must say that he is top notch. My faith in the medical profession was waning, but after this visit I became more hopeful that there are still great doctors out there. Give him a visit. You won’t be disappointed.

He is truly a godsend! He really goes above and beyond for my daughter! He has been with her through thick and thin and has always made us feel safe and listened to at every visit no matter how silly the questions. He’s very knowledgeable and personable even to my one year old who’s just learning to talk. She feels comfortable in his office even when we have to come for a sick visit. Claudia is also THE BEST NURSE I have ever met! She remembers my daughter and greets her at every appointment. If I could give Dr. Rafferty and Claudia an award I would because they very much deserve it.
