Excellent experience today as a last minute walk-in. I’ve never had any dental issues before, so I had a lot of anxiety about this sudden intense pain I was experiencing with my rear lower molar. Every single employee here was extremely compassionate, patient, kind, and explained everything I need to get done…. All in a way that was considerate of my anxiety and budget constraints.

The other dentists I visited prior to this office made me feel like another brick in the wall, if you will, like I was a cookie cutter human template. This office immediately convinced me that my mouth will be in very good hands with their vast, experienced staff.

One last thing – similar to most other dentists, Medicaid isn’t accepted here any longer. However, for self pay patients they offer some significant discounts through their membership plan. It’s a pretty reasonable fee, just $119, and gives discounts between 20-50% on ALL operations as a member.

I’ll be saving over $2500 on my tooth extraction, which was quoted at $4500 for non-members vs just $1900.

I have to say that Dr.Rula is absolutely 💯 the best dentist i have ever had. Being 51 years old, and had my fair experiences with many others, she hands down with out a doubt is the best and will be my one and only dentist. From beginning to end was a seamless process, no long waits and all done in house same day work. I have seen Dr. Rula for three 90-minute appointments. That sounds like a long time, but I had issues. An extraction, a bone graft, a 3 unit bridge, a cleaning, full mouth x-rays, and so forth. The front staff, both Chloe and Johanna, are welcoming and efficient. Dr. Rula and her very excellent, personable, and capable assistant, Sarah, are caring professionals, and made me feel that my choice to choose a new dentist was a good one. (Caveat: My brother is a dentist, so I am always on the look-out for excellent care.) Dr. Rula is that: excellent. When we knew I had very little bone width for an implant, we went for a 3 unit bridge. I was informed about each step of the procedure. The front office staff works immediately with insurance to alert the patient to costs. My bone graft healed perfectly, and I now have a bridge that is comfortable -- and beautiful. I feel I am in good hands at Green Valley Dental. When I got in a bind over a poor bonding agent for a temporary crown, Dr. Hoyle helped me. Very professional and capable. Much appreciated for the "emergency" excellent care. The whole staff works to accommodate the patient. A shout out to Tony today for his care during my appointment. There is not much more I could ask for.

I had an emergency appointment for a chip in my tooth and have never been here - not only did they immediately take me in for appointment and treat me with so much kindness - they helped me find a permanent solution same day and got a temporary veneer on me SAME DAY!!!!! I went in with a broken tooth and pain. Knowing I would need work done before I went in I was terrified. Dr Rula was outstanding and very calming. They walked me through everything and gave me the cost upfront no hidden charges. I couldn’t ask for better service or comfort. I have problems with the numbing agent (I need way more than the normal because my body just doesn’t numb easily) they were great about it. I actually had to come back the next day because I was in a ton of pain. I set up an appointment and Dr Rula called me back and had me come back right away. She discovered the pain was actually the tooth in front of the bad one. She drilled down some of my permanent denture and the pain went away.
I recommend them 100%. I have high anxiety when it comes to dental procedures my BP skyrockets and I get really shaky and anxious. Dr Rula made me feel comfortable and cared for and Sam was AWESOME also. These guys are great.

My 85 year old father had not been to the dentist in years. The entire staff was so kind to him and the doctor was able to replace his broken crown and deep clean his teeth in one appointment. I could not be happier with the entire experience.

I recently visited Dentists of Green Valley, and I cannot begin to say enough about the amazing experience. My 88-year-old mother woke up last weekend with pain in her jaw area. She moved into my home within the last year and has been battling other health issues and I haven’t been able to establish a Dentist for her yet. As one can imagine, hearing your elderly Mother is in pain and needs to see a Dentist can cause anxiety for any child or caregiver. Dentists of Green Valley is a newer dental office that opened in our community, I found their website through a simple google search and was able to make an appointment through their website for her to be seen the next day.

As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by their front office team member Cloey, who was so warm and friendly and guided us through an extremely easy check-in process. From there, we were greeted in the lobby by Dr. Matthew Hoyle. I can’t remember an office where a doctor came out to meet us first. From there, he did an intake asking about the pain she had been experiencing. At times, my mother has a tough time finding the right words to use or even has a challenging time hearing, and Dr. Hoyle was so patient and understanding. From there, dental assistant Sam came in to take her X-rays. My mother is a fall risk, so I was nervous and hovered a bit outside of the hall. While I’m sure hovering can be annoying, they completely understood. He was so patient in helping her to take a larger image while sitting in her walker. From there, Dr. Hoyle did a full exam, where he explained where the pain was coming from and how to resolve it. After that the office manager Joanna went over the cost with us thoroughly. My Mom received a comprehensive cleaning to get below her gum line and clean out the buildup that was there. He talked her through the entire process and would even stop and take small breaks based on her comfort level.

By the end of the visit, we were set up for our next appointment, and my mom could not praise Dr. Hoyle and Sam enough for their patience on our drive home. Thank you, Dentists of Green Valley, for taking such great care of my mother and for supporting her special needs as an elderly patient. I am so grateful we have you in our neighborhood.
