Dr. Cash and his staff are absolutely amazing If you are in pain, this is definitely the place to go. You can meet with the doctor get x-rays, Pain Management, braces, and surgery if needed all in the same place with all of the same staff, they are extremely knowledgeable, personable, and professional.
Walk in the door hurting and confused and leave with a plan to get your quality of life back

I went to Doctor Cash for a second opinion. I wasn't even aware that I could have a lesser invasive surgery to help with my back injury. Doctor Cash explained everything in great detail. Dr. Cash's staff has been amazing at expediting everything that needs to be done before my procedure. He listened to me he gave me the sense of care, concern, knowledge and realistic expectations even if it wasn't what I would want to hear. My procedure is coming up it has not been done as of yet but the way I was treated and informed I am confident in my decision to choose Dr. Cash for my surgical procedure. Thank you for listening to me and understanding the daily challenges I have had since this injury and the negative progression it has done to my body. I have done everything my doctor's recommended to avoid surgery from PT to chiro I have even lost 40+ pounds to do anything to make surgery a last option or no option. My pain Doctor is amazing he has helped as long as he could with injections and educating me on my injury and managing it as long as possible without having to do surgery. Unfortunately I am now faced with no other option but surgery and again I would like to thank Dr. Cash for at least giving me options and explaining them to me so they make sense. I will update my review once my surgery is done. I can't thank you enough Dr. Cash.

Let's get it straight. Yes, Pun intended. Going to customize a tee shirt and hat with this slogan and Doctor Andrew Cash name. My Spine surgery was perfected by Doctor Cash. I'm sure I was his worst patient, nervous, anxiety changing operation date's. Okay scared then and extremely satisfied now. I'm also grateful of the services of Doctor Cash staff. Dr. Cash is an amazing doctor. I'm young and only because of that no surgeon would touch my back despite major issues and the inability to walk without a walker. Dr Cash performed a fusion in my lumbar spine and changed my life. He took care of everything before and after surgery, including many hospital visits. I would recommend him to anyone in need of an orthopedic surgeon, though know that he will tell it to you straight and not perform unnecessary procedures. If other options are available, he will have you try those first. I hold Dr Cash in very high esteem and am lucky to have him as my doctor.

After five sessions with a chiropractor and one pain management session and no relief, I decided to go to a specialist, and found Dr. Cash. He was quick to diagnose and provide treatment. It has been 9 years and I have absolutely no regrets. His procedure has helped a great deal. His staff is very helpful and my wait time is usually 10-15 minutes.
