Since Nov 2025, dealing with heal pain..had diag of planter fascitis. Could no longer do stretches due to pain. Had 2 Dr give injection..no good. My primary took x-ray..heal spurs.. to make the rest of the story shorter I went to this doctor Dr Park... You had a good talk off and a good game plan however I needed an MRI to find out how much damage I have done since November due to the misdiagnosis of heel spurs... I go to him on a Thursday.. no order for an MRI has been sent over yet Friday he's off I call the office Monday. The staff says I'm sorry but he's busy so he can't sign off on it... I called the office Tuesday and he says well we're busy and I got short with the staff... So now I'm thinking how would my follow-up care be if I had surgery!!!.. shaking my head so I gave him until the end of that week to send over the MRI order.... It is now the next week and I still have not gotten an MRI order so I'm done with this doctor... Where is his office manager!?!?.. don't waste your time he just has a good talk off... He doesn't respect your time... Nor your pain... So I booked another appointment with another doctor.... With another practice let's hope I'm lucky this time.... Don't waste your time

If you are looking for any kind of customer service, this is not the place to get it. My insurance company made an appointment for me to see this Dr over 3 weeks ago. I was not happy that it took 3 weeks to get an appointment as my issue had gotten progressively worse. My appointment was supposed to be yesterday late afternoon. At around 10 a.m., I get a message from them telling me that my insurance didn't have the right network for Dr. Parke but I could come to the appointment anyway and pay cash! WTH!!! If there was an insurance issue, you'd think they would have addressed it when my INSURANCE COMPANY made the appointment. But NO, they waited until the day of the appointment! When I spoke to the person at the Dr. office, she was rude and could not answer any questions! I don't care how good this Dr may be, his staff needs to get their act together! Customer and patient services matter and this Dr would do well to understand that. If I could give no stars I would as they do not even deserve 1 star. I now have another appointment with a new Dr, but with another long wait (4 weeks)!!!

Best podiatrist around. My son has had multiple ingrown toenails and Dr. Parke has done an amazing job taking care of them. He has a very caring bedside manner. Would highly recommend.

He has treated me for multiple foot problems from a fractured toe to plantar fasciitis. I had a previous dr that gave a cortisone shot in my heel and it made me cry for days, I was in so much pain. Dr Parke did it and while yes the shot hurts at the time, I didn’t have issues afterwards and no painful crying days. The painful shot lasted about 4 months. Dr Parke’s shot lasted a little over a year. So much better, I recommend him hands down!

My son had a really bad ingrown nail. We had an amazing experience start to finish with Dr. Parke and his office. Wait is never long, front desk is quick and polite. Copay was not bad at all either. Dr. Parke himself has the best bedside manner. He made sure my son’s toe was completely numb and took it out right there on our first appointment. We followed all his after-care instructions and it healed perfectly. Highly recommend!

You absolutely need to go to Dr. Parke. I had the worst ingrown toenail, and waited way too long to get it out. Dr. Parke and his staff were beyond patient and kind with me. I’m a baby when it comes to needles, so Dr. Parke asked me if I wanted one of the MAs to come hold my hand when he was going to numb me up, and it was just so nice that he was so caring. (He put numbing spray on me first so I barely felt it, but the MAs were great, too!) I cannot recommend him enough. He takes your concerns seriously and is just so SO kind.

Once in a millennium, you stumble upon a gem like him. Great bedside manner and personality to match! My husband tore off his big toenail one day and I called the office and he took him in with no hassle at all. That's shocking enough, as usually in emergency situations I have encountered I get the, "go to the ER, or Urgent Care" routine.It is a miracle when you find doctor's like him.

Dr. Conan Parke single handedly cured a bone infection (osteomyelitis) in my calcaneous after more than a year of failed attempts by so many other so called specialists!

He truly cares about his patients and is authentic in his approach. I've been under the care of many doctors in my 60+ years and he is by far the best ever!

Dr. Parke deserves more than a 5 star review! I have lived in Vegas for almost 15 years and doctors with amazing bed side manner doesnt come very often. He takes the time to really LISTEN to you and what is going on. He is very sympathetic to what is causing you discomfort and tries his best to alleviate pain. He never makes you feel like you are just another case in his file. Im so glad to find a great doctor and reccomend him to all my friends!

I had a callous on the bottom of each foot. I had 2 appointments with Doctor
Parke about 2 weeks apart. He took x-rays. He put a drop of medication on each callous. Each time I went. He said bring your sneakers and I will see what the problem is and pad the sneaker. He never bothered to even look at the sneakers. 4/26/19 and 5/17/19 were the dates of my 2 visits. I'm a walker and a cancer survivor. Which I explained to him. That is how I stay healthy, I will never use Dr. Conan R. Parke again. The office mailed me 3 statements each one has a different total. I'm 78 years old.

Dr. Parke is most amazing doctor I have ever mate. He is not only a great doctor but also a wonderful human being. I was so nervous and scared of the procedure, but he put me to ease, he spoke to me, he was very polite and patients with me. He explained and gave suggestions, he listened to what I had to say. Excellent Physician does not say enough. Dr. Parke is compassionate and takes the time to get to know the needs of all his patients. He has done wound and foot care on my husband. For me, he has repaired my Plantar Fascitis, ingrown toe nails, and done steroid injections. He is one of the best physicians we have been in the Las Vegas area. He is definitely the best podiatrist. Dr. Parke was highly recommended by our podiatrist in the Phoenix area when we relocated to Las Vegas. What a find, and we are most appreciative of his excellent care. Dr. park is an example of what you hope all doctors would be like when you are vulnerable and at your worst. Just as personable, thoughtful, and as down to earth as a person can get. Our entire family highly recommends!! My father was rushed to the hospital 3 days before Christmas (2016) due to a foot injury. Dr. Parke was so wonderful and patient with my father. Dr. Parke took ample time to speak openly about all of the options available, from medicinal to surgical treatment. He also came back after his shift was over to make sure my Mom also understood what was going on. He scheduled my father's surgery immediately, despite the delay it caused with his own holiday travel plans. My father has since seen him a few times for after-care and Dr. Parks has continued to be extraordinarily fantastic!
