Dr. Faro has been our pediatrician since both of my kids were born👍🏼 so we’ve been seeing him for over 9 years now! My kids are currently 6 and 9, and every visit has been a great experience. We were just at the office today, and everything was still wonderful just like always.☺️
Appointments are easy to book, the office is spotless, the staff is friendly and the nurse is super sweet. Wait times are short which I really appreciate as a busy parent.👍🏼
Dr. Faro is always kind, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. He takes the time to listen and answer all my questions thoroughly. He has a great way with kids👍🏼My kids love him and actually look forward to seeing him!❤️

Came to an appointment admittedly 5 minutes late to an empty office. I waited patiently with a 1.5 month old in the empty front room absent of even a receptionist. I hear them joking and laughing and playing in the back room as 25+ minutes go past. Finally I open the window and call to the people playing in the back and a lady comes to front and says “everyone is on lunch and I can come back in two hours”. Then she proceeds to lie to my face and tell me they just checked 10 minutes ago to see if anyone was in the lobby. Such a shame, I liked this place until this happened. I’ll be pulling all 3 of my children and finding a new doctor. I took off work and everything so my son could get his shots.

Dr. Faro and Nurse is excellent. Only negative comment i have is the current receptionist they have is not very friendly and seems always in a bad mood, never said hi or anything. They used yo have a very friendly receptionist not sure what happened to her. But they need to have a better or more friendly receptionist than the current one.

I saw dr faro for years, until they made me mad about the wait. Prior to the last appointment I was liked out on I raised concerns about my daughter which I have before that to he kept telling me kids are kids. Moved to Pahrump and got a new pediatrician who listened and ran blood work on my daughter who has a bleeding disorder. Seriously don’t recommend this dr office at all! Glad my daughter found her new dr because she getting her diagnosis she’s had 2 emergency surgeries!

All four of my kids were patients of Dr Faro.
They are all grown up now - my youngest being 17. I’ve been taking my kids to Dr Faro for over 20 years! If he wasn’t just pediatric, the whole family would have been under his care 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻💙

This review is long overdue! We have been with Dr.Faro since my son was first born and he is now almost 5yrs old. He has always listened to us when the anxiety of being first time parents arised and on top of it all, my son loves him! It’s not a common for children to like to see their Pediatrician, but my son does. I love that it’s so personal and not corporate. When calling the office, you go through a short auto message system but have never had any issues getting in for sick visit appointments. We love the front desk receptionist, she is so kind and patient. And we love Dr.Faro, thank you ALL for being so great with my son. Amazing Pediatric Office!!

We love this Dr! Been coming since our daughter was 3 months old and will continue permanently.. now our son comes as well! He is so patient and kind to our kids. The staff is great with only one lady who’s kind of snotty. But we have only run into her once when the regular scheduling lady was off. Other than that we love this office and have even recommended friends who completely agree! Would definitely recommend to anyone who’s looking for the best care for your little ones

Took my son with a g tube and special needs to dr faros office today . other pediatricians have had no patience for my sons issues gotten flustered and been rude dr faro was patient listened to my concerned and even gave him a referall to ent due to an issue i was concerned about that other drs ignored . he validated my concerns was very polite and personable and over a good dr ! The office staff and nurse was great i didnt wait at all they called me right back and i was there less than an hour for shots and a well baby + discussing some issues . i recommend his office highly

Wait time was quick, doctor seems to be nice. However my issue is how they treat breastfeeding. I had to wait 20 extra minutes because they didnt want to come && take care of everything while I was feeding my son YET i was fine with them finishing up while he was eating considering they didnt need to look at his mouth or anything.

Dr. Faro is awesome! He's fun loving, highly knowledgeable, and knows how to ease a parent's mind when concerns come up. His medical assistants are also so sweet, caring, and highly skilled with vaccinations and any questions I have about medications. The front office medical staff is always courteous and so very helpful with billing, amd any issues I have with my insurance, they're right there to assist me in fixing it. Thank you so much. I have two kids now going to Dr. Faro and I couldn't be happier.

My children have been without a permanent pediatrician since our last one (Dr. Andrea Plummer) moved out of state. We were so glad to have finally found a pediatrician we can trust and our children could grow with. The front office staff is friendly and accommodating, they follow through with referrals and lab requests.

Dr. Faro is not pushy with immunizations, he listened to all my concerns about my children and did not speak to or treat me any less because I refused to vaccinate my youngest son. One time my son was sick and they were already booked, but the staff made a way to squeeze us in (as new a patient) and we were able to see Dr. Faro. He was concerned about the length of time my child had been coughing and prescribed the necessary medication to get him well again.

Wait time is less than 30 minutes (I have been to offices where the wait times were much longer than that). The office itself could use a little updating, but I would prefer a good staff and a caring doctor with an outdated office over a fancy one with horrible care.

Dr Faro is amazing. His office staff is always friendly and helpful. When my granddaughter was 4 months old he sent us immediately to the hospital and she was diagnosed with cancer.It was his immediate response that sent her on a road to recovery and remission and now she is cancer free 9 years later.

IMPORTANT FOR BABY BOYS!!!!!!!
I don't know how faro is with children.
But I beg you to please, never ever bring a newborn or infant here!!!!!! Please if you value the well being of your baby please find another doctor.

This doctor has absolutely no knowledge of plagiocephaly or torticollis & 8 months after my son was born he is suffering because doctor faro failed to diagnose my son when he has been under Dr faros care since he was born. He also delayed treatment.

I am the one who diagnosed my son, a first time young mother never really been around babies diagnosed my son but yet a licensed professional failed to do so for months until I brought up what I thought my son had & he said "Oh yes I can see it" turns out I was correct.
He said he would get a referral for a physical therapist & to wait for a call from them. I waited 15 days to hear from him or the PT & I never did so obviously I went in there & he brushed it off blaming my insurance but later that day I get a call from the physical therapist & told them what happened they said they got the referral THAT DAY & never did before! & they had a 6 weeks waiting period! He lied straight to my face when with this diagnosis you are on very limited time for treatment.

If Dr faro would've listened to me when my son was 2 months old?
My son would be perfectly fine right now.
He costed my family 1,000$ because he didn't catch what my son had & put a huge delay in treatment.
ALSO!!!!!!!! My new pediatrician had to pull my son's foreskin back because it started growing back over!
That's yet again ANOTHER thing that he FAILED TO NOTICE!!!

If you care about your newborn or infant please find a more intelligent caring doctor.
Please, don't spend nights hugging your child crying because you trusted this doctor like I did.
