He is the most caring and best Dr. He actually listens to your needs and talks to you like a human not down at you. He knows his job and does it well.
HE IS THE BEST PCP. I CANT RECOMMEND HIM ENOUGH. I've been seeing him for about 10 yrs now and trust him and won't see anyone else.
He has a nurse but takes the extra time with you to come get you himself and do all your stats that way you are not telling same issue twice and he can judge how you are feeling and how you are doing as he walks you back to the exam room. Wish more dr.s care as much as he does.

Dr.D. Grossman is compassionate and allows me the time to explain my medical situation. He is highly intelligent as well. As an older woman my medical profile is changing. He investigates my problems and this allows me to find out what the root problem is. I trust his judgement.

Dr grossman has no consideration for his patient he doesn’t check blood work doesn’t call back gas his staff doing his work and over dosed my mother on medication which he changed to a higher level of synthroid. When u talk to him he walks out of the room and your not finished asking his ?s. He doesn’t follow up on his patients don’t like his attitude.

Why would you send a MAIL ORDER prescription in for your long time 87 year old patient (my dad) in severe back pain? On a Friday. Refuse to change it or cancel and resubmit it to somewhere local. Absolutely absurd. Think twice about using this doctor.

I would give him no stars. He spent 10 minutes for a new patient and only checked my lungs. The front office called to inform me my prescription was ready for pickup only to find when I tried to fill it that it was back dated. Due to his office’s negligence, I was without medication for the weekend.

On my first visit to Dr. Grossman's office, I waited one hour and 15 minutes to see the doctor.
The staff was clueless, unhelpful, and uncaring.
They had no nurse to take my vitals and pertinent information. When the doctor finally took me in, he took my weight and blood pressure - with my hand dangling in the air.
The doctor was clueless because they had not gotten my medical records from my previous doctor; still, they made me wait without telling me that they don't have my medical records.
I am searching for a new doctor and will never go back to that office!
