Amazing Doctor! Dr Tsui (aka Dr Panesar) is always punctual. She is experienced and knowledgeable. She spends a significant amount of time with patients explaining information and answering questions. She listens to patients and involves them in decisions. She is patient, supportive and funny. She surrounds herself with the best staff. Recommend her to everyone.

Arrogant some receptionist Chi or so answered with an nasty attitude and oh what a spicy personality seems like she ate all the chili peppers on this planet .. I am glad they they did not had an availability cause dealing with such a front face every time I need to see a doctor would be a nightmare

I wish I could give zero stars. She is the WORST DOCTOR. Her three favorite words are “I don’t know”. She will not treat me or my husband when we go into the office. She will not communicate outside of the office. I have had to beg her for referrals. She doesn’t seem to know anything at all. Literally NOTHING!!! She is disrespectful, has no empathy and could care less about helping the patient. My past doctors and my sons doctor go above and beyond to help us and treat us. She treated me like trash at my last appt. and my husband was there to witness the situation. She even went as far as to make something up and lie during the appt. She should be fired and have her license taken away. We called our insurance yesterday and changed doctors. Doctors should help there patients and trust them as well. We know our bodies because we live with them 24/7. Dr. Panesar is a disgrace to medicine.

Terrible doctor. These glowing reviews must be from new patients. At first I was happy to be referred to her as well. She rushes you, doesn’t listen, will refuse to see you if you’re even one minute late. I called ahead to let them know and they said she won’t see me after 10 minutes late. Well that’s curious because I was ONE minute late and when I got there she HAD ALREADY LEFT! She refuses to sign prior auths even though she, herself or the specialist she sent me to wrote the prescription. I requested blood work to be done prior to a health program I was starting in which certain tests were supposed to be done before and after and she refused to order labs. Not just refused but said “no, that’s Dr. .....’s thing, not mine. She does that stuff. I do not.” And scoffed as though being a DO was quackery. And she was referring to the doctor in her office that referred me to her when she moved on from the office! I couldn’t believe it. I’m sorry, are you employed by big pharma? My previous doctor would help me find natural solutions before throwing meds at me. Apparently this doctor thinks anything natural or taking control of your own health is ridiculous. She’s pretty much a representation of everything that’s wrong with our medical system. Coming from two previous doctors in that office that eventually retired or moved on, who were both FABULOUS, the transition came as quite the shock. In addition, She refuses to do FMLA paperwork etc and if she does, you have to PAY a heafty fee for any paperwork she fills out for you. She leaves way earlier than the other doctors and doesn’t even work full time so getting in takes forever. Once she chastised me saying I wasn’t doing what I needed to by following up with my specialist so she didn’t want to hear about it! She had this scolding tone that took all of me not to confront. She wouldn’t even let me speak to tell her about the pain (a NEW SEVERE pain) I was experiencing, and I HAD seen my specialist several times & followed up with everything he had me do. I don’t even know where she got that idea. She’s a seriously vindictive person who thinks she’s superior over her patients. Once she judges you for something, the whole experience changes. If you want zero say over your health and you’d rather big pharma be what drives your health care and you don’t mind being talked to like a child or judged, this is the dr for you, just don’t be late because she does not genuinely care about her patients and will find any excuse to get out of there early.

Dr. H is FABULOUS, WONDERFUL, and very caring. She has been a wonderful dr. and so glad she's practicing again. We had her previously and when she came up to practicing again, we did not hesitate to switch over to her again. We love how much she cares for her patients.

Dr. Panesar and her staff are great! Paying a visit to the doctors office is among my least favorite things to do, but Dr. Panesar makes it a completely different experience. I can tell that she enjoys what she does and makes it as fun as one possibly can. I have absolutely no reservations in referring everyone I know to her for good medical care.
