We've taken our son to Dr. Jerry Henry several times over the past year for recurring ingrown toenails, and I can't say enough good things about him. Every single visit has been a positive experience.

Dr. Henry is not only very knowledgeable, but he's also one of the friendliest doctors we've met. He's always smiling, has a great sense of humor, and immediately puts you at ease. He takes the time to talk with you, answers questions without making you feel rushed, and explains everything in a way that's easy to understand.

As a parent, it's reassuring to find a doctor who is both skilled and genuinely pleasant to be around. Our son has always felt comfortable with him, which says a lot.

I was honestly surprised to see some of the negative reviews because they don't reflect our experience at all. We've consistently been treated with kindness, professionalism, and respect. Based on our experiences, I would absolutely recommend Dr. Henry to anyone looking for an excellent podiatrist.

Dr Henry was the best! I had an ingrown toenail and it become so painful and uncomfortable. His office was able to get me in within 3 days of calling and were nice and efficient. He was very informative and so nice!!! The issue resolved and my toe feels brand new! Thank you Dr Henry!!!

Been to see Dr Henry 3 or 4 times now and have always found him to be caring and attentive. Tells you what the problem is, takes care of it, and gives advice how to manage/prevent the issue. Really surprised by negative reviews. I would highly recommend Dr Henry.

After having my baby, I struggled with painful hangnails for a couple of months. I kept hoping they would go away on their own, and when I tried to fix them myself, I only made things worse. Dr. Henry took care of the problem quickly and professionally. He’s a great doctor highly recommend! I didn’t feel any pain at all.

I feel the need to leave a review based on all the negative ones recently. Dr. Henry has performed 4 separate surgerys on my feet in a matter of 15 years. He's the only one I trust with my feet. I cannot begin to tell you how satisfied I am and how I'm out of pain. He's very black and white with his sense of humor and I love that. You always know where you stand with him, he doesn't sugarcoat things. I have known several people who have seen him as well and he did an amazing job on their Bunions and Taylor Bunions. He's also done corrective surgery on one of my closest friends. I cannot begin to say how much I appreciate and trust him. As a matter of fact we'll be seeing him in 2 weeks for my husband's visit. Thank you Mr Henry for taking care of us over the years 💗

Horrible dr. He acted like we were wasting his time. My husband had bad callsus on his feet with cracks and they were hurting him. We went to dr Henry to remove the callus and get his feet in better shape. Dr. Henry was quick and said it was my husband's fault because he didn't take care of his feet, which is true, but that no reason to be condescending and making him feel like bad. Dr Henry said he has worse feet to take care of. Plus he barely removed any callus. I had to redo his feet myself and they came out smooth and didn't hurt him. I'm going to do them from now on because dr Henry did a horrible job and was very condescending and acted like he didn't have time to do them.

Visiting this office is like taking a time machine back into the 1950s, from the decor to the walls filled with thousands of paper files. They have no automated systems for maintaining client records or communicating with clients or managing appointments.

I had an urgent issue and emailed him over the weekend, then followed up with a voicemail, heard nothing, and finally called again two days later, at which point the receptionist told me (without so much as a hint of an apology) that his entire staff had walked out and he had to find new people. Come to think of it, the first time I visited his staff did in fact not look that happy.

Do yourself a favor and find a different podiatrist.

Just like the others, I experienced a rushing of this doctor as soon as he came into the room, and it was very noticeable. I gave him the benefit of a doubt the first time, but the second time wasn't any different. I am a healthcare worker and stunned to find out in our discussion about the benefit of routine exercise with people suffering from arthritis. He said in his 30 years practice that he had never heard the benefits of exercise for arthritis. I didn't want to argue with him and left. I highly recommend the Dr to take his time when seeing patients as well as brush up on his knowledge, or maybe proof me that I'm wrong.

I was very disappointed with Amanda’s lack of empathy and unprofessional behavior during my recent visit. My elderly mother, who is 74 years old, forgot her insurance card, and Amanda’s refusal to help us, despite having a copy of her insurance and not a physical card . She made the situation unnecessarily difficult. Instead of providing assistance, she was unhelpful , rude and dismissive, asked us to reschedule the visit which is not the kind of service we expected.

As soon as he entered the room to treat my Wife he was in a big rush to leave. He said he had other patients to see!! I never experienced such a rushed appointment like this with a doctor in my life! Will never go back to experience him again!

This rating is solely for the receptionist, Amanda. She is rude, curt, condescending and would work better NOT dealing with patients. She told me there's no office manager and refused for us to speak to the doctor. I gave her countless opportunities to at least be kind and yet she failed them all. Horrible representation of this office.

If I could give him zero stars I would. PLEASE do not go see this man for toenail fungus. I went to him as my second opinion and he told me I did not have it after I told him I was already under the care of another podiatrist. He said that my first doctor was lying. He did not examine me, take a culture of my nails, or listen. It was one if the wist experiences I have ever had with a doctor and I just want to save someone else from going through and dealing with what I have.

Had a strange growth on toe next to my big toe that was so painful I could hardly rest at night. Went to pcp and the practitioner thought it was something that was infected so he lanced it not once but twice with no anesthesia. He thought it would be quick with surgical blade and minimal pain. It hurt even worst afterwards. I called back to get follow up visit and was told it would be another month out before I could see a podiatrist with them. I went online and googled for a podiatrist by reading reviews and chose Dr Henry. Heather was friendly , scheduled me for the next day. Dr. Henry was very sympathetic to the issue told me what it was and did X-rays which was not done. Had to wait for the other procedure done heal some and he gave me an ointment to use. He scheduled me for in and out surgery in the office and wrapped the area after putting medication on it. He gave me sample tube of it and bandage wraps. Got the first good night sleep in months. Did a follow up visit and it’s been fine every since, Later found out two of my colleagues also went to him and great reviews. Many thanks to him and Heather!

Den of thieves, wife had whole procedure of removing Ingrown toenail and had the nerve kill so it will never happen again, 1 year later it's growing again, unfortunately my wife lost her insurance and came back to see doctor to why is it happening again, he would not even come out and see her cause her insurance situation and wanted to charge for whole procedure again. Simply criminal!!

Heather, the receptionist/ secretary is a sweet and wonderful person. She seema to take on everything othwr than the actual doctor stuff, and she treats her patients almost as if they were her family. She made my visit here one of the best doctor visits ever. Great. I went to another DPM for almost a year, and to an orthopedic surgeon. Still having pain/swelling. Went to Dr. Henry and he diagnosed and fixed the issue. Soon I'll be walking around like I used to do.
