I’ve been going to Dr. Rillera for about 2 years now, and he is truly amazing! I’ve been to many different dentists over the years, but he is exceptional.

He is incredibly gentle with his hands. Previous dentists were so rough that I used to be genuinely nervous about even getting my teeth cleaned. With Dr. Rillera, I never have to worry because he is so gentle and careful that I never experience pain during my cleanings or treatments. He also takes his time and is extremely thorough with his care.

What really stood out to me was that he saved me from TWO unnecessary root canals. I had gone to two other dentists who both told me I needed root canals, even though I specifically told them I had no cold sensitivity or pain. Dr. Rillera actually took the time to do cold sensitivity tests and thoroughly evaluate my teeth. He told me that he didn’t think I needed root canals and recommended fillings instead. It has now been 2 years, and I’ve had absolutely no issues with either tooth. That really showed me how honest and trustworthy he is.

Bridget, his assistant, is also such a sweetheart! She always greets me with a smile and is just as gentle and caring. I truly love all the staff there.

I’ve even started bringing my whole family here because I trust Dr. Rillera so much. If you’re looking for a dentist who is gentle, thorough, honest, and genuinely cares about his patients, I highly recommend him and his entire team!

I would give this more than 5 stars if I could. When calling and making my appointment they were sensitive to my needs as well as my health. This office is warm and welcoming even though I’ve had anxiety in the past with dental procedures. They were respectful and caring. I’ve found my Forever Dentist! I visited today for the first time, for an exam and cleaning. The team was kind and professional. Jessica sends personalized reminder emails in advance of your appointment. Bridget was friendly, and patient while taking my x-rays (which I hate lol). Dr. Rillera explained everything thoroughly and did NOT try to upsell. They all made me feel valued as a patient, and were so fun to chat with that I could’ve hung out with them all day. Dr. Rillera is very pleasant and thorough with his dental care. He takes the time to explain the situation and all the options. He is also very skilled at his craft. I had major cosmetic work completed on all my front teeth. When he did my crowns, he was always mindful of how I was feeling during the entire procedure. I was extremely satisfied with the crowns and my brand new smile! Dr. Rillera also has modern technology at his office where they can design and make crowns on the same day in their office. Dr. Rillera is kind, knowledgeable, patient with excellent bedside manner. I came to Dr. Rillera for a second opinion because my insurance sent me to another large practice, where I asked for a teeth cleaning where they wanted to charge me 2k (for a “deep” cleaning) after insurance coverage and another 8k to take out my wisdom teeth.

I saw Dr. Rillera for a consult where he was honest and caring, and also told me I didn’t need to spend 10k and advised against taking out my wisdom teeth, and a “deeper” clean was sufficient without breaking the bank. Dr. Rillera isn’t part of my insurance network, and my out of pocket costs were much cheaper than my in network providers.

Because of Dr. Rillera’s honesty, my teeth feel great, my pocket book feels more full, as I pay him out of pocket instead of opting into my insurance coverage at work. Now my whole family uses Dr. Rillera, because I trust him.

My previous crown (from a different dentist) had broken and I decided to have Dr. Rillera replace a new one. It came out perfect, I was even able to see the high tech he uses to make the crown. Dr. Rillera is a very professional and compassionate doctor. He came in on his day off to repair an implant that had loosened! I have never had a doctor care about his patients and go this extra mile for me before. His prices are reasonable, which is very important to those of us that don't have dental insurance.

His receptionist, Gladys, and dental hygienist, Bridgette, are the best as well... His medical experience while serving in the military is noteworthy. Best dental care I’ve ever had!
I missed my dental appointment in the Phil when I had to come here for a visit. Eventually, I’ve had pain problem with my tooth and I am pleased that Dr. Marlowe Rillera provided me with great dental attention, care and service in answer to that. He is informative and i like his honesty and straightforwardness making me understand what the concerns are. The tooth extraction was not at all discomforting because of Dr. Rillera’s gentleness and professionalism.

My mother had a serious tooth infection last week. Her lower right jaw was very swollen and we were worried that it would only get worse if not treated right away. Fortunately, Dr. Rillera had an opening that afternoon. He treated my mother for the infection and extracted the tooth. He was genuinely caring and a follow up appointment was made for the following week. My mother has Medicare, but our payment plan wasn't discussed that day. Dr. Rillera's priority was for my mother's infection to properly heal while minimizing any pain.

The following day, it was clear that my mother was already recovering. Her lower jaw was much less swollen and my mother was relieved that it only took one visit for it to be treated.

Dr. Rillera was very professional and caring toward his patients. His staff was also very welcoming. We found that he is qualified to do a variety of dental procedures due to all the residencies and fellowships that followed his completion of graduate school. We knew right away that we were in good hands.

From start to finish my appointment was a great experience. I did not have to wait long, they took me back quickly. The staff was very personable and professional and made me feel at ease, I usually hate going to dentist's appointment, but they made me feel very comfortable.

Dr. Rillera was very kind and extremely thorough, I did not feel rushed like I normally feel at other doctor's appointments. He explained to me that I had cavity and that I also needed an implant, usually for something like this they have to send me to another dentist, but I was thrilled to find out Dr. Rillera could do everything.
