Dr Jacobs is the absolute best around. Not your “cookie cutter” type of doctor. His office and personnel are OUTSTANDING. I’m so happy that I found him. He makes every visit wonderful. He is so informative and has a great sense of humor. His receptionist, Jessica, well she is off the chart AMAZING! His PA is also the absolute very best!

I cannot agree with the negative reviews because Dr. Jacobs is outstanding. I am terrified of medical appointments but he made me feel at home. He joked with me and seemed more like an old friend. I didn't catch her name, but his receptionist was awesome too. Very friendly and had soothing conversation. I plan on making Dr. Jacobs my primary physician.

Dr Jacobs is the best! He is the most caring, patient, kind, funny, knowledgeable doctor I've ever had. He answers ALL your concerns and will spend as much time with you as you need. He truly makes you feel like you are the only patient in his practice. He's been my husband and my doctor for years...love and trust him!

I have to say I was pretty astounded at the personal time taken to go over details and how quickly phone calls were answered by the doctor himself for a relatively urgent matter. He truly cares about his patients and he takes the time to go over details and explain things without any sense of urgency. His team is amazing and thoughtful like Dr Jacobs.

My husband had an appointment for the first time today. We were there for two hours with him as he explained everything. My husband and I were super happy when he left. Also he has a book out that is called Pearls for Primary Care. You can order it on Amazon! Also the office staff was great.

Dr. Jacobs has been my GP for six years. The care is one-to-one. He talks you through things and he really explains conditions, treatments and his thought process. His office is pleasant, quiet and reminiscent of a professor's office - not a cold lab or a high volume clinic. This is a type of personalized, 'concierge' medicine that is so difficult to find.

The staff is courteous, professional, and prompt. Wait times are reasonable. Their office referred me to specialists when needed, and advised me on health concerns within their realm. I couldn't have asked for a better doctor's office.

I waited weeks for the appointment. I arrived early and eager for my appointment. 40-minutes of waiting later, the front office person says aloud the doctor would like to finish his lunch. I requested all my personal information and left. I cannot and will not support anyone so unprofessional. I cannot believe the doctor would provide me great care if he and his staff do not respect me, my time or the appointment they set.

WOW!!!! What a great doctor!! Definitely a no nonsense doctor who actually takes the time to listen. He may be stern at first but that's because he cares. I can reach him at anytime of the day including weekends and his one and only nurse is absolutely wonderful, she runs the entire office all by herself with a smile on her face. This is how an office should be ran. Best Doctor in Las Vegas!

I totally agree with the first review this man should NOT be practicing medicine at all. I was veryyyyyy sick and needed care. He wouldn't listen to me and my concerns about my health all he did was scream, yell and try to talk to me like a child. Rude is to kind of a word for this man. This man is sick and needs anger management classes. He also had an intern student working with him and when she tried to defuse the situation he screamed at her..!!! I reported him and his practice to my insurance company and told them not to honor his claim and remove him from our network. Buyer beware....DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR. ..
