Unfortunately, I have to write this review. Dr Lagstein used to run his office reasonably well in 2019. I can honestly say he has high turnover. The employees there now do not care one ounce about patient continuum care. The office staff never follows up about referrals. The only thing they are trained to do is to make many appointments even before a referral visit for no reason but just to have you come in and so they can bill your insurance. So recently they made me find the referral doctors I needed. They refused to help me find the right ones. So then I find referral doctors and they supposedly faxed the referrals out but one practice wanted the referral corrected. The other day his secretary said we are no longer helping you and can't help you fix that referral. All the practice wanted was a doctors names taken off the referral and just the company name so they can place me with the correct doctor who would take my insurance. Not that hard, right? This year it is always a fight with this office staff to do simple things. Even with a sinus infection they didn't want to get the Dr to talk to me on a call. I had to use telehealth which actually was a much better experience than this office. His answering service also does not answer calls when you need your Dr after hours or just to leave a message. When the Dr goes out of town there is no Dr (like a substitute teacher) to take over either. This is the laziest staff I ever encountered, with lack of empathy towards patient continuum care ever. I feel sorry for anyone who has to go through this experience there. There is more evidence I could share and even more situations, but it would fill this up way too much. Their office interrupts continuum of care which ultimately interferes with achieving
healthy results and the patient doctor relationship.

The chain is only as strong as it's weakest link. I liked the doctor but most of the staff are extremely rude and incompetent. Takes calls over and over and over again for referrals and prescriptions. Dr. Lagstein should retire. Can't run a office because maybe he's too cheap to hire competent help. This place is a malpractice lawsuit away from being business. Don't go there!

The WORST office in town!!! Every prescription refill entails 3 trips across town to get it called in. EVERY SINGLE TIME!!!! The people in the office are not trustworthy and extremely incompetent. This has been going on for years. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! And the answering service puts you one hold for HOURS- no joke. On hold now for 50 minutes. I’m not sure how this guy stays open. Desperate for decent doctors in Las Vegas.

Dr. Lagstein is an amazing doctor and was the first person to actually believe me that I was having fainting spells! He put me on a heart monitor and found out my heart was actually stopping up to 3 seconds during my spells! He immediately took action and I now have a pacemaker. He believed me and saved my life! Grateful for him always!

Best doctor ever I used to go to Nevada heart, what a racquet that place is. They don't care about you at all. Dr lagstein get you right in for appointments and does testing and blood draws at the office too. He know and cares about his patients and listens to me. I am so thankful for him. If you are not getting the care you need. You need Dr Lagstein! Do not wait to change doctors.

Oh, he’s very courteous and concerned. I had to move my dad over from the cardiologist that he was at because they didn’t ever answer. They took him in the same day that I went for my appointment with no hesitation. They’re always quick to get you in if you aren’t feeling well, and are always very polite.

I've been a patient of Dr Lagstein for over 10 years and I absolutely love him.He is a very personal and very caring dr, who is very knowledgeable about whatever questions we bring to him.He once paid me a visit at the hospitol which I had surgery under another dr.But Dr Lagstein told me he'd stop by to check up on me and he kept his word.I am truly greatful to have him as my Dr.

By far, Dr. Lagstein was the best Doctor I have ever been to! Started out as my husbands cardiologist and then I began seeing him for general health! My husband had a lot of different health issues and Dr. Lagstein always addressed them all!
My husband passed away and I've moved away from Las Vegas, but, if I were still there, Dr. Lagstein would be my #1 choice!
