I have been dealing with pain for a year and 4 months & wow one visit and I am able to walk so much better. Wow! Looking forward to my next few visits! Amazing staff and friendly PT techs! I am very impressed with the amount of knowledge and professionalism that was extended by Dr Joe and his colleagues.

i don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt like I should share my experience. From the moment I walked in, I never felt welcomed. The women at the front desk consistently had unfriendly attitudes. There was rarely a greeting or even a simple “good morning.” Instead, I was met with eye rolls and an overall unpleasant atmosphere that made me dread coming to my appointments. i want to give credit where it’s due because not everyone here was the problem. Mark, the physical therapist, was always kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable. John also stood out because he actually took the time to help me and gave one of the best massages I received during therapy. They genuinely seemed to care about their patients. Unfortunately, the rest of my experience didn’t reflect that same level of care. the only 2 therapist assistants that were there spent time on their iPhones instead of paying attention or making sure exercises were being done correctly. Many of my appointments felt rushed and lasted around 30 minutes, leaving me feeling like I wasn’t getting the quality treatment I needed.
As someone recovering from an injury, physical therapy is supposed to be a place where you feel supported and cared for. Instead, I often left feeling like just another number. The few staff members who truly cared were the only reason my experience wasn’t completely negative. i sincerely hope this office improves its customer service and professionalism because patients deserve to feel welcomed, respected, and properly cared for. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this location.

Today I had an evaluation by Dr Joe. What a very nice experience. He literally was concerned about my shoulder surgery and was very attentive to my concerns. Very nice staff works there Ashley the physical therapist very knowledgeable and patient with me. Overall probably one of the best physical therapy companies that have ever had the pleasure of being a patient with. Thank you very much dynamic Spine on Sahara.

35 minutes into my scheduled appointment time, I was still waiting for the PT to see me. I think he was simply having lunch in his office. Since I had to get back to work in less than an hour, I decided to leave and cancel my appointment. They then charged me a $75 cancellation fee, even though they were the ones running late. They also charged me 3% extra for using my card to make the payment. So, all I can say is avoid these unprofessional ripoff artist, because if their care is as good as their customer service, then it will not be worth the $225 (plus 3%) to see them.

EDIT: The owner just replied and said he disagrees with the claims that were made? Really? About what part? How about this, I'm going to build a quick website (I'm a programmer) and post what you charged and show time stamps of when I left from text messages I sent my manager saying that I was about to leave your facility. I'll come back tomorrow and provide a link to that site for everyone to see and show that you provide bad service and then lie about it.

I've been to many PT establishments throughout LV Valley over a decade. DS&SR is far superior in patient care, follow-up, equipment, easy access. I've been a patient here since they opened. Won't go anywhere else since then.
