I had such an amazing experience. They were very welcoming, got me in fast, and i got my glasses faster than any other eye doctor I’ve ever been to. I had no problem with my insurance and they were vey helpful and my glasses are perfect!

APPT: June 25, 2026 @ 8:40am for my eye exam. I have an issue with my secondary insurance where the staffs couldn't properly locate where to bill. So I called the insurance company, was on hold, and finally was able to talk to them. And I let the insurance representative talk to the clinic receptionist. They couldn't understand each other, and accdg. to the insurance rep, the lady was RUDE, saying she was not allowed to finish her explanation, so the receptionist just gave me my phone back after talking to the insurance rep. I asked this I guess Latina lady with long hair, for her name, and she refused to give me her name. After 3 or 4 times asking for her name, she gave me the name "ANGELA" (I don't know if that is really her name) and I asked her to write it down. As for the eye doctor, I am satisfied his professionalism.

We,will see?? I have been going to this office for a few years now. Every visit has been excellent.
The office is old and cozy feeling, and everyone from the doctor to the receptionist is welcoming, professional and will make you feel like family.
Appointments are easy to make and readily available. It is not difficult to communicate with them and they will return your calls quickly. There are no extensively long wait times on the day of the appointment, either.
Your glasses or contacts are ready and available within a week, in most cases. When I broke the same pair (twice), they were able to replace them the same day with frames in the office for an extremely reasonable price.
If you would like top notch care and personalized service, I would highly recommend this place.

Dr. Rhett Dadej had a difficult time getting the prescription for my lenses correct and pushed the narrative that it was somehow my fault, as if I were the optician.

I had to request a second pair of lenses since the first pair was lacking the photochromic/transition effect. The revised second pair ended up having the photochromic/transition effect but lacked everything else I had requested initially. The lenses were poorly cut, lacked blue light filtering, and only the right lens had the proper prescription placed on it.

This was, of course, all dismissed by a very defensive Dr. Rhett Dadej, who disregarded all the issues I brought up and instead absurdly insisted it was all a mistake on my part for not making it clear what I wanted, despite the opposite being true; in fact, the only thing wrong with the first pair was the lack of the photochromic/transition effect.

Upon reading other reviews across multiple sites, I was unsurprised to learn that this is a recurring theme with Dr. Rhett Dadej. He has a tendency to dismiss customer concerns and issues when they arise and place the blame on the customer.

The rest of the staff was wonderful—5 stars to all the ladies who attended to me during each and every visit and helped with my refund.

Don't let anyone try to gaslight you into thinking a mistake on their part is a mistake on yours, especially not when your money is involved.

I havw been coming to Eye Care Services for 7 years. Every appointment has been quick and painless ;) Everyone is alway friendly and I enjoy the selection of frames. It's hard to decide sometimes! But I always find something that I love.

Recently had my appointment there. I haven't had a new pair of glasses in years and finally had time for myself to purchase a new pair. It was a quick appointment and was out far quicker then expected, roughly 20 minutes. The workers there were very kind and my selection of glasses was far larger then what I was used to. Will be more then happy to see them again in a few years. Have already recommended the location to co-workers since I was happy with my service.

Since I moved here seven years ago I have been going to this office. We have never had an issue and my glasses have always been correct. My kids also get glasses here and have never had an issue. We have had a variety of insurances over the time and have always been excepted. Great staff understanding and willing to work with you to make sure that everything is correct. I’ve never had an issue though so I’ve never had to have anything corrected. Everything is always right before I leave. Very happy with this office.

2 years ago this would have a 5 star review. But never in my life have I had an eye doctor sit in my face and tell me there is no medical need to have my glasses tinted. If had looked into my medical history he would know there was. And he walked away from while I was explaining why I needed my glasses tinted and he ARGUED WITH ME ABOUT MY VISION! I Personally think he is a bigot. No one should be treated like that when you are spending your money. How can you tell someone how they see from their eyes… it’s ok that he couldn’t do what I asked. But how he spoke to me was unprofessional and unacceptable. What 1 eye doctor won’t do another one will.

There is no personal attention or care at this clinic. You are treated as a number. The most polite person was the eye doctor but even he could not take the time to go over my eye test results. They are interested in your cash only. Charged me $231 for glasses I found later are only $129. FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE. You will not be treated well here.

I made appointments for myself and my two daughters, and I had to change one of the appointments. 3:30, 4, and 4:30. I cancelled/moved the 3:30 appt. Well, I clearly told them and had confirmed by the receptionist which appointment we were changing, and then when my husband got them over there, he was told that they had missed the appointment, that they had the 3:30 appointment, which was my appointment that I had moved. So based on that, we walked and will be going somewhere else. There are a million optometrists, and there is no reason to go to one who makes a mistake and is not willing to admit it or do anything to correct it.

Extremely unorganized front office and not staffed appropriately. If the receptionist wasn’t sitting on the phone, it might help.

They reply to my and say everything is different due to pandemic. They need Quit hiding poor customer service on the pandemic. They will be reported to my insurance and I will NOT be back. They are quick to sale overpriced frames but when the cheap frames break, they just want to sell you another expensive frame. I will post negative reviews all over social media and the Internet.

Eye doctor was super nice and great. However I am super unimpressed by this office staff. I was told one price when I made the appointment and was lied to. Ended up saying $116 more than what I was told that was covered. They really need to get it together!!!!

Unfortunately, they are one of the only two places in Las Vegas, NV that will accept my insurance for making glasses. Yes, it is Medicaid. That's right - I am poor. They clearly are not used to icky nasty poor people in their pretty office. They condescended to make my glasses and to accept my insurance for them though. When my glasses came over a week later, I put them on and immediately was seeing double and more blurry than my actual vision! I said, this cannot be right. He took them, zipped to the back, zipped back out front and said, yes, they are correct. We went to another shop. They checked them. THE PRESCRIPTION WAS INCORRECT. THEY MADE MY GLASSES INCORRECTLY AND LIED TO ME ABOUT IT. We called and told them. They insisted the lenses were correct by the PRESCRIPTION WE GAVE THEM (if they're wrong - it's still my fault) yet I still have the original prescription, which they PHOTOCOPIED, and the glasses are NOT to that prescription. But I had to get another shop to tell me the truth about that. They reluctantly said I could bring them back, but I have been insulted sufficiently this week, thank you.

Just a side note - that Medicaid policy from Silver Summit that supposedly buys glasses - does not. Plan on paying full price for your glasses somewhere.

My girlfriend went here to get her glasses. She's gone here in the past, as did her sister. In the past they've both had their face measured for properly fitted glasses. She just got glasses from them, they didn't measure her face and gave her glasses that don't fit her and hurt her to wear, she called to see about getting a refund or have them fitted and they told her they don't measure the face and that you get the display glasses, which were both lies. The display glasses fit her perfectly and the glasses She received hurt her to wear, and the fact that her sister went there and had her face measured there. Don't go here unless youre prepared to have ill-fitted glasses and people who won't help you fix it. I mean come on, why would you spend money on glasses that don't fit you, you need them to see, they least they could do is make sure they fit properly.
