This has been the most experience with getting glasses I’ve ever had. The staff is absolutely amazing and so accommodating helping me pick the right frames and so kind helping me figure out my instance to get the very best deal possible. I will only be coming here from now on for all of my families glasses needs. Thank goodness they are right around the corner from us!! Couldn’t love this place more. 10/10 this place felt like a caring small business but with the selection of a giant well selected warehouse of frames. Complete and total joke.Tracy the customer service rep.was and is totally unprofessional. Place was completely empty when my daughter and I entered to find glasses,Tracy told her co worker 2x I'm going to go to lunch once these people leave...like we were an inconvenience...rude!Then when it came time to talk insurance and prices I was told I had to pay for the first pair before Tracy could tell me the prices of the other glasses. BIZARRE!Then wanted us to fill out hippa paperwork...for what to buy glasses?Then when told the prices which took 3x longer than any establishment we went to that day to get and was literally 150.00 - 200.00 more than anyone.Need some training up at this store and especially Tracy.My daughter and I planned a morning after her eye appointment to find the glasses she wanted.We went to lenscrafters(great customer service)price within 5 minutes,vision center(good service)Walmart (great customer service and price within 5 min.Target which had (great prices and Great customer service )and where we spent our 600.00 dollars.And that leaves Eyeglass world...where I had one of the most bizarre interactions ever trying to buy something in my life.Couldnt tell prices,had to do this and do that...Three people to put information into computer and then saying you have to buy first then you can tell me the other pair price.Once I said I don't think so ..You tell me the price then I decide what I'm buying.Price was then 200 more than anyone else..I think Tracy was hungry and wanted her lunch. I had such a great experience at Eyeglass World in Henderson! The team at Eyeglass World made everything so easy. The doctor there really takes his time to make sure your prescription is on point and goes into detail about your eye's health! He is very patient and also recommended contacts best for my astigmatism that I love! Tracey and Janise were so professional, patient, and made picking frames actually fun. They helped me find the perfect pair, explained my lens options, and broke down pricing so I understood everything. You can really tell they care about their customers. This place is corrupt. Female optometrist walks in 30 minutes late and no apology, setting everyone’s appointments back an hour on a Saturday. No regard for peoples time. I reschedule my appointment and get Kevin Wogalter who is great. But upon leaving they gave me an eyeglass prescription instead of the contact lens script I was seen for. Now they are dodging 1-800 contacts when they called to verify the prescription. The whole reason I don’t order from them to begin with is their complete incompetence. Then I deal with smart mouth people on the phone who don’t offer a viable solution. Will be filing complaint with the Nevada state board of optometry and BBB.

Tracey saved the day, not once, not twice, but three separate times. There was an employee in this store that criticized my choices of glasses and lens treatments....then when getting them fitted, belittled me for choosing them. I had to bring one pair back for factory reasons, and this same employee decided that the factory defect was my fault. TRACEY stepped in and handled the situation pleasantly and without criticizing me for my selections. The first and second experiences were so uncomfortable, if this unnamed employee was there again, I was going to take my glasses to a different store to get them fitted. Luckily, TRACEY was there, and got the fitting correct on the first try. I will definitely be calling to make sure TRACEY is still working at the S. Eastern location next year, otherwise I will not be coming back. That unnamed employee is a bad fit for this company and career....be careful!!!

Highly recommend this Eyeglass World! In town from Montana. Lost my glasses. Went in to get a new prescription and glasses. Ended up buying 4 pair of glasses 1 Versace, 1 Oakley a pair of Raybans and 1 pair or Rayban Meta.

Came to this location to get my eyeglasses screwed back but as soon as the male technician with long black hair asked if I got my eyeglasses and I told him no, I knew he wasn’t willing to assist. He said the screw wouldn’t screw back and he couldn’t get it out either and there is nothing he can do and suggested to bring it where I bought it and perhaps they can fix it since it’s their item. I immediately went next door to LensCrafters and they were able to fix my eyeglasses in less than 2 mins. The friendly young lady even asked if I was willing to wait for few more minutes until she’s done with her customer she can change both sides with new screws. What an exceptional service. Please have your technician with poor customer service and rather go back to scrolling up and down with his phone get proper customer service training with the best, LensCrafters!

I purchased new replacement RX lenses for my frames. There is a $20 extra charge for bringing your own frames. The lenses were ordered and available within a week.

I returned to have the lenses installed in my frames, but the frames were broken in the process. Leo and Ivan offered to install the RX lenses in another frame I provided or complementary from their inventory.

I concluded my business at this facility with a full refund, no new RX lenses, broken frames, and a week's loss of time.

My regrets, I can't offer a favorable recommendation as a customer.

This is the most prejudiced place I have ever visited. I really want to take my 1 star back and make it negative five stars.
My husband and I both tried to make an appointment over the phone. I called first and was told the system was down, so they took my number and said they would call me back. My husband called later and was told the same thing, but he actually received a callback. I am still waiting on mine.
I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went to the location anyway. When I walked in, there was no greeting or acknowledgment—staff were either looking at a monitor screen or their cell phones. My husband walked in behind me after parking the car, and he was immediately greeted with several hellos.
At that point, I was done. We looked around briefly and decided to go somewhere else. We ended up getting a better deal after sharing my experience about this location.

Well my Ma accidentally bent my dad's eyes glasses and the lens popped out. We went in and stated problem and showed the glasses to the Associate named Leo. He was very sympathetic, courteous, and professional. He said he would take a look at them and within 5 minutes he said okay got them all fixed up. He even offered us a case and I said no thanks we got one. I then said how much we owe ya and he said nothing you're good to go. Now he could have charged us something and we would have paid it but he didn't. Thats shows integrity, honesty and my Ma and I are completely grateful. I was born and raised here in Vegas so customer service is very important to me because that is one of the main focus points this town was built upon. Really enjoyed our experience at Eye Glass World. I went with my wife so she could find a new pair of glasses. I used an old frame, I wasn't told frame may or may not hold up. Frame broke, went back and "supposedly". I was told, I could get a new frame for free. Well.. I didn't hear the employee express that. A few days later I spoke with Mgr., she replied in a "FROSTY TONE", "we can give you a new frame, but we can only use your old prescription, not the new one".

I was not at my best when I parked in front of eyeglass world. My ATM card was acting up (translates to minimal cash on hand)…. However, my glasses keep slipping down my nose and I sat on them a week ago. Naturally the resulting shape was not one that matched my human head. I can’t even try to fix the tiny screws because… yup… I can’t see without my glasses. I got my really cute glasses on line (from China) bc they ARE so cute but customer service across the planet is painful. KAREN was so friendly and helpful. She never ever asked where I got my super cute glasses. She managed to adjust my very worn glasses to a fit that is better than new. She was kind and helped me find paper towels when my Stanley cup exploded all over. Ivan and the team are fantastic. I've been a customer for over a year, and their efficiency and customer service are excellent. I recently visited without an appointment and saw Dr. Wogalter, who provided me with a new prescription and from Eyeglass World I bought two pairs of great glasses. Since I have a large dome(big back behavior), Ivan explained that their sunglasses can be used as regular prescription glasses(which fit my noggin better). They had a great deal, and I got two pairs of Ray-Bans at an excellent price. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

I'm stunned! I had no idea what consummate professionals these people are. I did not know that it takes education and training to fit people properly with glasses.
I've been wearing glasses for over 40 years, and this is the first time I've been fitted properly with progressive lenses.
I mentioned to my technician that with my old glasses. I kept having to take them on and off to see. She told me that if my glasses were fitted correctly that I should not have to keep removing my glasses. And she was right.
Now that I have my new glasses from Eyeglass World, properly diagnosed with a prescription, and correctly fitted, I don't have to take my glasses on and off to see, I can see clearly and properly at all distances.

We called in advance asking if they cover our ins. I was assured they did. Made the appointments for 3 days later. We get there and fill out the paperwork. Sit there and wait past our slotted times. Exceptional quality service! I called and spoke with Karen. Explained my horrible experience with the Eye Doc at St. Rose. She got me in to see Dr. Keith asap!

Come to find out, The Eye Doc under diagnosed me which caused me to not see clearly especially after paying a lot of $$$ with them and wouldn’t refund my money.

I'm giving a rating of 4 for the Eyeglass world located at Silverado Ranch in Las Vegas, NV. To give a 5 star rating for me means absolute perfection and hardly anything or anyone, including myself, ever comes close. This is only for glasses as I didn't see an optometrist here, but came in with a current prescription from an optometrist located elsewhere. I was not pressured/suggested to get a new eye exam done which, unless absolutely needed, I appreciate.

My experience thus far has been a positive one. I was finally able to find the size, shape, and style frames I've long been looking for. If you're like me and have a "petite" face or prefer smaller frames, eyeglass world seems to have more options than many other brick and mortar stores. Ugh, I detest this big bug eye frame style that is all the trend right now! It doesn't suit everyone! I had a failed attempt at a Lenscrafter's spending $400+ dollars to find out the lenses were giving me headaches and that as the trial period had just ended. Those of us whom wear contacts may not make the connection as fast. I would ask Eyeglass world to extend their trial period as well.

So, I needed a new pair and was reeling not wanting to have the same problem happen again, but I'm happy to report that the lenses seem to be working good for me. Yay! I do wish the glasses protective cases that come with the eyeglasses were a different quality. The ones I received are clear plastic containers that don't make me feel like they'll protect or last the way my previous metal hard cases have. I feel I must purchase different cases as a result and that's more expense. This company still does some in house work on the lenses from what I was told. I only really interacted with Karen. She has been kind, patient, and personable with us at each encounter. She went out of her way to order a different colorway for me to try on and tried to reassure me through my nervousness from my past experience. She did all of the number crunching with and without insurance to determine which pricing would be best.

If you happen to be on the cusp of needing progressive or bifocal lenses, but are not ready to make the leap just yet, this place doesn't seem to pressure one way or the other in my experience. Other places like Visionworks and Target seem more inclined to get you into them as soon as possible. I'm not an expert on the correct strategy for this issue. Just reporting. Eyemed insurance doesn't make it well known that Eyeglass world is in their network of providers, at least for some plans. I found out through Eyeglass world's website, not through Eyemed, which is strange, but there you have it! I hope this helps someone out there. Sorry, for being long-winded. Good luck!

The doctor is excellent, but after that it is a mess in customer service. Either they are not trained or not making enough money.

1. First associate put in my order incorrectly.
2. Second associate breaks my frames while cleaning them.
3. Third associate never corrected the order of my lenses.
4. And the story continues.
5. Update: Associate Ivan, corrected the situation. See him to get your glasses.

Don’t bother and order your glasses online. I think this is just the norm in business practice. They don’t care, they get annoyed by your questions. And one mistake after another.

Dr Kenny, Monica and Ali are so awesome. I had 2 prescriptions from 2 other docs that were blurry. I wear progressive glasses and have terrible vision with astigmatism. I made a schedule for this location , and unfortunately I got stock on the traffic from 215 and Eastern and I got a few min late .
As soon I came in a man approached me and said What can I help you? I told him I have an appointment. He answered well let me check because the doctor is lunch …???

1 year into a office job that requires me to look at a computer screen for 40 hrs a week got my eyes becoming sensitive to light when sitting at my desk with the office lights and brightness of the computer- thought I decided to check my eyes out just to see if I may need something for work. I'm so glad Eyeglass World covers my insurance! The staff at this location are all very friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable about what their doing. The Dr was able to provide me great insights onto my eyes. Im blessed to mostly have healthy eyes but found out that even with glasses, words looked even more clearer and better. Like wow! And i thought i already had great vision. Customer service especially by Tiya is amazing! She's very thorough on explaining my options as to what frame i would like and even breaking down the financials as to whether or not if I should go through insurance or take advantage of the current promotions.
