Came for an exam a few weeks ago and was very surprised with the service I received. I didn’t wait at all. My appointment was exactly on time. I wish I could remember names, but I was seen by two people one of them being their nurse practitioner but the one that Took me back and started asking me questions and concerns about why I was there was very knowledgeable And made me feel very comfortable. They really helped me get the benefits that I needed from my primary care.

This is by far one of the worst clinics in Las Vegas. They seem more focused on overcharging and profiting however they can than actually providing proper care.

I requested a refill for my high blood pressure medication, and they told me I needed to repeat blood work, claiming my insurance required it. On top of that, I was never given the correct dose of lisinopril. I continued experiencing high blood pressure, and instead of adjusting my prescription properly, the doctor told me to just take two pills—which didn’t help at all.

I recently had surgery, and both my surgeon and hospital doctor were shocked. They questioned why I wasn’t simply prescribed the correct dosage in the first place.

Additionally, they constantly push unnecessary phone follow-ups that feel like they’re only done to bill your insurance.

This clinic used to be good two years ago, but now the quality of care has gone downhill. I will not be returning.

They greeted me warmly and created a comfortable environment right away. Everyone I interacted with was professional, friendly, and full of positive energy. My honest rate, this place is horrible service. They over charge you every consultations and very unprofessional. I will not come back here again, not for my health. Pam is ok but the place where she practices which is this location is horrible, you are responsible for everything; penny they overcharge you! My star is 0. I will be switching to a different Doctor :)

Called to get assistance for medication that was prescribed to me, they will say they sent me a email. When I asked for help to ensure that I got them email the front desk hung up on me. They won’t help me, or even try to provide assistance to help solve the problem… I will be switching to another doctor.

I've been going there for about 5 years now and I'm so thankful for finding the best family doctor and medical office staff I have ever had. They make a person feel like an important person that matters. They are always thorough and accurate and they consistently pay attention to details. I definitely recommend them to everyone of any age. Faith Medical Clinic knows their expertise in medical practice. By working together they get everything necessary ( Referrals, prior authorization, blood tests, prescriptions, and a lot more) done accurately for me. I haven't had to call the insurance company about any inaccuracies or questions regarding eligibility for surgery, in office procedures, or diagnostic testing This makes my yearly check ups and routine testing something that I don't have to dread and/or think about all year long either. I know they've got my best physical and mental health in mind and on track. Also, my thoughts can be on something else, like the beach or a picnic-hike up in the mountains. If you need an exceptional, kind, and caring Primary Care Clinic, definitely go to Faith Medical Clinic.

Worst clinic ever. All I needed was a refill for my medication, which I’ve had for three months. The doctor had already told me I was set, and I even had a follow-up appointment just last week. But now that I actually need the refill, the front desk tells me I have to schedule another appointment—just to charge me again. This is clearly how they operate: finding any excuse to bill you unnecessarily. When you question them, they backtrack like, ‘Oh, that’s true, sorry about that!’ Totally unprofessional and fake. If they require an appointment for every single refill, that’s a scam. This place shouldn’t even be open.”

I was sent to this clinic by the VA for a C&P exam. Don’t let the size of their office fool you! Great things come in small packages! Staff were kind, thorough, efficient and highly professional. Particularly, the medical scribe who listened carefully and took down all my symptoms as I spoke. Definitely 5 ⭐️ care !

Before I got there I called and asked about the TB test they said they do TB test and the time they're open until the time they close when I got there at 11:52 she told me that she stopped doing TB tests at 11:00 they took me in anyway first of all the lady at the front desk is very rude I did not feel welcome and when you go back to get your TB test read they do not give you a copy they say you have to get it from your company then my company wanted to charge me $40 to get a copy cuz now it's their property I will never go there again for a TB test

Followed our doctor to this office. It is quite a drive from our house but when you find an outstanding doctor you do whatever it takes. A great doctor is extremely hard to find. Needless to say, we are so happy we decided to come along to her new office. I called to try and get my sister and mother in law in for an initial visit and we had an appointment for the next morning 8am. We are able to do phone appointments for easy visits and medication refills. Out doctor will call back within minutes of us reaching out to the office either by text or call. Would give more stars if possible.

Called yesterday after getting their number from the DMV's website. I told them I needed a CDL medical evaluation. They said yes and asked for my Humana number. Then I got an appointment for today. When I got there at my appointment time they informed me that I needed to call Medicare and make them my primary care provider!!!!! What????? That is ridiculous!!! And it is something they should have told me yesterday so I wouldn't waste my damn time!! What a joke to play on someone!!! Believe me THEY SUCK BIG TIME !!!!!!!!?

De la peor experiencia que he tenido ,lleve mi niña por un problema de acné y me cobraron 100 dolares aparte la recepcionista se hizo pasar por la doctora solo le dijo abra la boca y ya, le tomaron una muestra de sangre donde le hicieron una práctica in adecuada y se le inflamó el brazo ,la mano le quedó entumecida junto con los dedos, la.persona q la atendió que estoy segura no era una doctora ,nos dijo vengan para que una muchacha que hace limpieza. De piel aquí mismo la valore y le haga su limpieza, era fin de semana no pudimos llevarla a ver porque tuvo esa reacción tan rara por sacarle solo sangre lo cual mi hija de 15 años me.dijo que le había dolido mucho , se me hizo raro porq eso no duele cuando es algo bien hecho, y con buena especia, llegamos el lunes y fuera de eso la misma que se hizo pasar por doctora nos atendió muy mal , aún así pasamos con la muchacha q supuestamente le iba hacer el tratamiento para su piel , nos hablo bien y todo q se lo iba hacer , nos puso una cita en la tarde pero cuando llegamos a la casa nos dijo que ella no la iba ayudar con el tratamiento de la piel que buscaremos otro lado, me siento estafada me siento que esa mujer que nos atendió la recepcionista ni creo q fuera enfermera me vio la cara

We were hoping to get a good experience out of this clinic but got the complete opposite! Insanely upset, very unprofessional, despite the promotion heard on radio! I scheduled a multivitamin injection for my husband on Saturday at 10:30AM only for us to arrive to be told that the person who does the job left! They rescheduled us for Tuesday at 4:30PM because we were told by the front desk that they have a slot opened at that time before they close at 5PM. They called me in the afternoon on Tuesday to confirm the appointment in which I responded yes. Tell me why they called me again around 2:50PM to cancel the appointment on us! Mind you my husband has been working graveyard shifts completely 12 hours outside in labor, rejected a job on Saturday to go to the appointment, and asked for permission to leave early on Tuesday!!! Just for the clinic to cancel over & over again !? Highly unprofessional! I got so infuriated, they then proceeded to tell me that it takes time to prep everything & whatsoever & that’s why they have to cancel on me not only that but that they don’t do that type of treatment on Saturday’s ? But yet scheduled me for Saturday the first time ?? Make it make sense. It is your job to prep beforehand & attend the patient YOU scheduled! They also said that the person making the appointments for me & who confirmed to me the first time on Tuesday was ONLY A STUDENT AND NOT A WORKER ?? There has to be a lack of communication in that clinic the way we were treated.

Nos reprogramaron para el martes a las 4:30PM porque en la recepción nos dijeron que tenían un espacio abierto a esa hora antes de que cerraran a las 5PM. Me llamaron en la tarde del martes para confirmar la cita en la que respondí que sí. ¡Dime por qué me volvieron a llamar alrededor de las 2:50 p. m. para cancelar la cita con nosotros! Tenga en cuenta que mi esposo ha estado trabajando en turnos de noche completamente 12 horas afuera, rechazó un trabajo el sábado para ir a la cita y pidió permiso para salir temprano el martes. ¿¡Solo para que la clínica cancele una y otra vez!? Muy poco profesional! Me enfurecí tanto que procedieron a decirme que lleva tiempo preparar todo y lo que sea, y que es por eso que tienen que cancelarme no solo eso, sino que no hacen ese tipo de tratamiento los sábados. Pero aún me programó para el sábado la primera vez ?? Haz que tenga sentido. ¡Es su trabajo prepararse de antemano y atender al paciente que USTED programó! ¿También dijeron que la persona que me hizo las citas y que me confirmó la primera vez el martes era SOLO UN ESTUDIANTE Y NO UN TRABAJADOR? Tiene que haber una falta de comunicación en esa clínica por la forma en que nos trataron.

This is BY FAR the best medical office I’ve ever been too! I was looking for a new primary doctor and stumbled upon this place due to them accepting new patients at the time. The office staff are knowledgeable and so personable! They quickly answered all of my questions with respect to insurance, scheduled an appointment that was within the week, and after one phone call literally- they have remembered my name and greet me every time I call or come back in!

From assistants to practitioners, the medical staff there are so professional and really care about you as a patient. I had to get blood work done (typically I have to get stuck with a special needle 5-6 times before nurses get it right). The nurse there got it right the first time and it was virtually painless.

Jhouleen is the best in the world! She took the time to listen and get to know my personal and family medical history. She was so thorough and addressed all my needs from physical to mental health without making feel rushed or “just another number”. And whatever needs I had outside of her scope, she quickly submitted referrals to the necessary specialists. I also love that Jhouleen focuses on short term and long term health! They are going to help you be well now and make sure that they dive into preventative care to ensure your health for years to come. I will never EVER go to another doctors office in my life! And you shouldn’t either.

The staff at Faith medical make you feel like they are truly here to help. From the minute you walk in the door the spotlight is on you. The front desk is thorough and doesn't rush you, I went right in to a room. The practitioner (Jhouleen) took her time to listen to me and is sending me for testing right away to get to the bottom of my issues! The MA who brought me back was there every step of the way which made me feel comfortable and taken care of..
I love that this clinic has many services to offer other than just the medical visit I came in for. They were very reasonably priced because I do not have insurance. On my way out I scheduled my Botox treatment and look forward to coming back.
I will recommend this office to my parents because they deserve the care I received here.
I am a real patient reviewing because you don't find many medical offices like this one anymore.
