I am never going back!! I went in for a routine check up and it was recommended that I get all of my silver filling removed and replaced with white fillings. I had half of my mouth done 1 day and the other half the following day. There was one tooth that was extra sensitive and I explained that to the doctor while he was working on me. He just kept giving me numbing shots and never fixed it. We finally got one side done but that sensitive tooth just didn’t feel right. I went back the next day and it fell out right there in the office. Incredible pain trying to fix it. The assistant showed compassion for me but the doctor did not seem to care. He just kept giving me more shots. At this point I was crying until it was finished and all the way home. My teeth still feel resistive and all my back teeth feel jagged like they didn’t smooth out the fillings.My teeth still feel sensitive and I have a feeling I’m going to need someone to repair their work. It feels like temporary work. Worst dental experience ever!!

My first experience with was great! 4 weeks later I could not get the floss between #2 &3, I called to see if someone could see me to find out why. That's where it started, she said they did not have a Dr. in the office that day? I saw the patients in the office because I walked in. In the state of Nevada Hygienist can see patients for cleaning only, with recent exams, "Googled it". I don't know who the front office person was but, no problems solving skills. So, I asked for a copy of my x-rays and found someone that could see me as a walk-in consultation. I had decay between 2 & 3, the old amalgam fell in because the decay was not supporting the amalgam and blocked me for flossing, I thought there was something going up there I ask them to the to check it again, said good? All I know is I saw the tooth decay on the x-ray. I know things happen but, your font office should be able to take care their patients. Not sure If I am going back because of the front office.

Went there a few years ago and had a miserable experience. Expect to wait hours to see anyone even with an appointment, the three times i went there it was 2 hours or more after my appointment time to be seen and then rushed through my issues then talk to the money lady. Even now years later after paying thousands of dollars for rushed half-assed work , they're still sending me a bill for thirty dollars for no reason. The first work they wanted to do was root canals on both sides of my mouth on the same day and only after asking how will I eat did they see it as a bad idea. Save your time and money and go anywhere else. Update 6-3-26 i call the number provided by "owner" the first record message you hear is that the call is being recorded. I told the person that answered after that I am also recording and wanted to discuss like they have asked and was told they don't want to be recorded and hung up on me.

Worst patient care I have every experience with a dentist office. Front desk people very kind and friendly. Everyone else include office Mgr (Lupe), hygienist, dental assistant and dentist, the lab too. Have no since of urgency especially when the mistake is on them. They have a o well it happened deal with it attitude. Went for a partial in Dec 25 it is now March 26 still no new partial. The end of February they said it was ready wrong the lab made a full set of dentures.It's embarrassing going to work missing several teeth including one in the front, and they don't care.

I had a good experience at Gentle Dental. Past experience has me very skeptical with a new dentist office. So far, I have only experienced a cleaning and prior to that a full examination, including x-rays. The person who did my initial x-rays was a bit offputting, however we got through it with ease and grace. The hygienist was extremely thoughtful and patient. The hygienist had super great, soothing energy and offered the best cleaning experience I’ve ever had!!

Went to Gentle Dental, and was able to obtain appointment quickly.
Staff was friendly and professional and helpful. The dentist I signed up for was not the dentist I saw, however, dentist was through, and professional. Happy with experience, and returning for work to be done. Price was given and significantly less expensive than previous dentist quoted.

Crown was delivered earlier than exepected, and placed on tooth quickly. Crown looks great, great color match. Very pleased with Gentle Dental staff. Highly recommended for any dental need.

I’m giving 2 stars because the people on the phone and front of house are incredibly nice, but they are significantly overpriced here. Additionally, after getting a second opinion, much of the dental work I was quoted on has been deemed unnecessary, besides their already provided filling work.

This was my first visit here after a great recommendation. Have to say I wasn't disappointed, from walking in the front door, there was a positive vibe and great energy, the staff were very efficient in collecting my information and calling the provider to get my benefits. Even although they were busy I was told my room was ready and was seen in 6 minutes. From my initial consultation to the hygienist every one was professional and courteous. After getting my list of treatment, it was explained very clearly all my $ OOP costs and what my Insurance pays were and everything was clearly broken down. For what I needed to have done, the price was incredible, so much so I had my deep cleaning right there and then and the staff were very accommodating. I cant fault whatsoever and highly recommend Gentle Dental is you Go-To place for all your dental work. Definitely 10 out of 10 from me.

Absolutely love this location for Gentle Dental. My husband has been a patient for just over two-years now and I recently switched over this past year for myself. They take our insurance and have always been thorough in explaining what is going on both with our dental work and billing. Everyone we have interacted with has always been very pleasant and reassuring, which is a massive relief as someone with high anxiety about dental work.

We had to go up to the Summerlin location for my husband's root canal and what a difference that was. The office staff demeanor here is FAR more welcoming.

At almost 50 years old, I’ve had my fair share of dental visits. All of my exams have ALWAYS included a cleaning. In fact, I’ve never not gotten a cleaning during my visit - well, today was a first.

My wife and I went in for new patient exams and we were there for almost 2 hours.(after they called us because they had cancellations and we went early). They had 1 person go back and forth between us??? Then they poked in my gums and said I needed to have $1500 worth of scaling done.

Another girl came in to go over pricing with me and I asked to wait until they finished so I could see if there were any other issues like cavities. She said no, you’re done, this is everything. The dentist himself was only in my mouth for less than 1 minute!?!?!?

Never again, we will not be back, I should have read the reviews before booking.

Coming here was my wrong decision.I went in for a cleaning and it took almost 3 hours for one side of my teeth to be cleaned. I wasted my time getting my gums checked and an estimate of $600. I finally got my cleaning done and had an injection of local anesthesia in my mouth. My mouth is still numb after half a day. I have had braces and had my wisdom teeth removed before but nothing has ever made me feel this bad. I will not be going back. After reading many reviews, I found out that I was not the only one who get my gums hurt.

I had an amazing and highly professional experience getting my wisdom teeth extracted here. I had three teeth removed, and from the moment they put me to sleep to the moment I walked out, it felt like a blink of an eye—with absolutely no pain. They prescribed ibuprofen, but I didn’t even need to use it. I highly recommend this place for wisdom tooth extractions—the dental staff and doctors are exceptional. 10/10!

This was my first visit to the dentist in a very long time, and im really glad I went with Gentle Dentle. I called on a Friday, and they were able to schedule me for Monday, which i thought was very fast! I've always been very anxious when it came to seeing the dentist because of the bad experiences I've had in the past. However, i felt so much more at ease once I spoke to Dental Assistant Nancy. I have been coming here for years and they always do an amazing job. From the moment you walk in the door, the receptionists are so friendly and welcoming. Beth, my former Hygienists always does such a fantastic job on my cleanings and she is not only professional and a wonderful personality . I had to walk out and leave, the orthodontist is never, and I mean never on time. I have been going here for 4 years because I had a contract with this location.
20 minutes after I left I get a call “are you coming back? It would have been nice if you told us you were leaving” and hung up .no apology, no explanation, nothing.
Yeah well I didn’t feel like waiting 5 minutes for the staff to finish talking to make my exit known. You guys expect the utmost patience yet can’t even provide efficient service.
12pm and 11am are very different appointment times, time is precious and valuable, and some of us have clients of our own we have to be there for.
How you treat people’s time, matters.
Some of us have to work and be places on time, if my appt is at 11am and it’s 11:55am and I’m still in the chair waiting for you, and all you have to do is look at my retainer, what is the excuse? Why are you asking me “do you have somewhere to be?” Is that going to dictate if the orthodontist has her visit with me on time? If I’m busy or not? I’ve worked with this location since the beginning, even using my own PTO to make sure I can fit their orthodontists schedule, but she can’t see me on time or even advise me of how much of a delay I can expect. It’s arrogant behavior. I’m not coming back here, there are plenty of highly rated dentists who have weekend appts. I have had several negative appt experiences with this location but don’t care to even go into detail anymore. It is what it is.

Will never return. All were nice EXCEPT the alleged gum disease girl. She is a flat out hustler for business with a very arrogant & untruthful personality. Obviously trying to drum up business to keep her job. Wouldn't let her near my mouth. Very off-putting attitude & frankly "full of it".

Would not recommend. Constantly called 14 times in one week AFTER I booked the appointment. Told them I just wanted a cleaning, they refused without an exam as well. Then of course after the exam, claimed I have gum disease and have to get some special cleaning and I cannot get a regular cleaning. I only booked because my regular dentist was having issues with scheduling and they are booked months out. I’ll go back to them and just wait.

EDIT TO ADD: My mouth still hurts a day later. Whatever she did to my mouth has made it 10x worse than when I went in and I have never had anyone dig in my gums like that woman. I will NOT be calling to discuss. There isn't anything that could be said that would make me want to come back.

As a overall I was not pleased with this place! My appointment was incorrect twice,I then had to drive across town to rancho and I live in green valley and then they fouled up my prescriptions ! Please get it together

I had invisaligns at the Gentle Dental Green Valley location. I have had a great experience. The staff is wonderful, especially Dr. Choi. She is passionate about my teeth through the entire process. She is so kind and generous with her commitment to my smile and the health of my teeth. I want to shout out how much I recommend her as my orthodontist!! She has been dedicated to her work and spending all the time needed to meet my goals with my teeth. Thank you Dr. Choi, you have helped me so much. I rarely write reviews but her service is outstanding so I'm making the effort to say thank you!

Amazing staff from the dentist to the assistants and receptionists!! The dentist Mr Nguyen is amazing he’s very good with educating patients and giving you knowledge throughout the whole treatment.The Henderson location I highly recommend what a great team from the top to the bottom!!

The front desk ladies are very friendly upon arrival, and the dentist is very informative. I truly appreciate them taking the time on reviewing my teeth and letting me know of the conditions I have. The only thing I can say is the ladies upon taking you in don’t really introduce themselves. Todays visit the lady that took me in, told me she just started working there was really outgoing and friendly, she did check on me to make sure I was doing okay and that they will see me soon, the hygienist, as well popped in and said they haven’t forgotten me. They don’t take long to see you but they do check in to let you know you’ll be seen soon. I will definitely recommend this place
