We took our baby girl here when she was 5 days old as she was having trouble latching on one side after birth. Dr. Grimes was a wealth of information for us as new parents! We saw him before the pediatrician got us in and he gave us more advice than she did. He showed us how he knew exactly which side of her neck was tight! The adjustments for infants and toddlers are very gentle. Afterwards, she was able to latch better. Our daughter is now almost 2 and sees him once a month! He is gentle, kind, and friendly. They are helpful in getting scheduled and quick to respond over text as well. We will be bringing our next baby here right after he’s born!

TMI story-Long story short I got “scorpion’d” in contact sport. Went in after I couldn’t even sleep at night because my back bothered me. Had never been to a chiro before. He does X-rays amongst other test to really get a full grasp with bones and nervous system.
He asks me what happened in prepubescent years. Turns out a car accident from when I was a toddler caused my hips to rotate and one side to under develop. My spine then stacked up incorrectly.
I wish I would’ve come in sooner. After first adjustment I *tmi* now have regular bowels . All doctors had always told me it was normal to not poop everyday because it’s been like that my whole life. Turns out they were wrong.
Something else that dramatically changed for me was my menstrual cycle. Over years it had turned to a week long ordeal with some really heavy days. It went to a 3 day cycle, regular to light flow. 🤯. Menstrual cramps minimal now . No longer feels like my uterus is getting ready to be birthed. The migraines that I used have to hide in a dark room with minimal noise haven’t happened since I started getting adjusted. I used to have to take migraine medicine on the worst days and now it’s just gone.The sciatic pain has also been gone. I can lie down on my back with no lower back pain.
The quality of my sleep has improved so much because the lower back pain that would wake me up for years prior is gone.
If you’re iffy just do it. Your body will thank you. Side note Dr. Grimes is who others chirps get adjusted by. He is him- Himothy Grimes.

We have been seeing Dr Grimes for 3 years now. My son is very acitive in soccer and boxing. He was having pain in his neck, back, shoulders, and knees. The care and service I received at Grimes Chiropractic was nothing short of phenomenal. After waking up early in the morning in extreme pain, I was fortunate enough to be able to schedule two appointments the very next day. At the time, I had no idea what was physically going on with me.

After the initial consultation, which included X-rays and additional testing, I was finally given some direction and answers. Dr. Grimes and his amazing office staff immediately made me feel comfortable, safe, and confident that I was in good hands.

As I continued with my treatments and appointments, I quickly learned that Dr. Grimes is not only knowledgeable, but also genuinely caring and compassionate. Everything about our time at Grimes Family Chiropractic has been amazing. I started bringing my infant here when she was about 10 weeks old. If you are pregnant I HIGHLY recommend coming here. The difference between my first pregnancy and this pregnancy is insane. My first pregnancy had tons of struggles and made me question getting pregnant again. I’m 30 weeks pregnant and started seeing Dr grimes around 16ish weeks. I feel so great. My first pregnancy main struggles were back pain/ everywhere pain and headaches. One big thing I struggle with pregnant and not being pregnant is the headaches. I could look left too fast and have a headache for 3 days. Couldn’t lay down mid day because it was cause a headache. Every little thing caused a headache. I was recommend by a family member to see Dr. Grimes for a possible pulled muscle I had. We ended up doing a whole treatment plan for my pregnancy. The only thing is that insurance doesn’t take well with chiropractic services so I had to pay out of pocket with my insurance so I was a little hesitant. I decided to try the treatment plan to see if I liked it. Immediately the first week after 2 appointments my headaches were gone. I could finally lay down mid day without getting a headache. I can go without caffeine and not get a headache. I feel so mobile in my neck area now that it is 1000% worth paying for. I haven’t had a headache since about 17-18 weeks in pregnancy. It’s such a blessing. 30 weeks now and I have literally zero back pain. I didn’t even think that was possible. I can carry my toddler, sleep for about 6 hours straight totally uninterrupted, and getting up and down as I please. My last pregnancy cannot compare. I woke up every 20 minutes because it was too hard to move, could not bend over to pick anything up, could not function without caffine or Tylenol for my headaches, ETC. I could go on and on. Highly recommend Dr. Grimes. His staff is so friendly and are very kid friendly. I’ve brought my son to all my appointments and they are so so nice. If you are pregnant definitely come here!

Best chiropractor office we’ve ever been to. Every time we go see Dr. Grimes, it’s honestly a highlight of our day. We have a toddler, so sometimes we show up a bit stressed, wondering how it’s all going to go—but the team makes it incredibly easy on us.

Josie and Emma always take such great care of our baby, which makes a huge difference. The whole staff is warm, patient, and genuinely accommodating. They make the entire experience smooth and stress-free—we always leave feeling taken care of and much less stressed.

I've been seeing Dr. Grimes for two years now and have loved the care he provides! He helped me stay feeling great through my first pregnancy, and continues to treat me and my son. I had some sciatica symptoms and ligament pain during my pregnancy and he always alleviated any pain I had. I now have my parents seeing him as well and would refer him to anyone that asks.
Dr. Grimes is personable and is excellent at what he does. His office staff is kind and flexible - I never have a hard time getting ahold of them or rescheduling.
They do recommend patient care plans and give you exams to check your progress. It is an investment, but one I make room in the budget for.

Update: more recently I was in an automobile accident. Dr. Grimes was the first person I thought to call as pain and symptoms started setting in. He has helped with headaches and now nearly 5 months later I couldn’t imagine where I would be had I not started back with him.

First time seeing a chiro. Honestly it always freaked me out so I never went, but I was pleasantly surprised with this place. They did a very comprehensive assessment on day one, x-rays and about 4 other things (a green flag for me). Dr. Grimes was also incredible to work with, you can tell he really cares. The whole front desk staff was great too. I can’t speak for the coming sessions but so far I’ve been impressed enough to take time out of my life to write this review. If you want someone who cares, takes a very holistic approach and does proper assessments, this place is a good bet :)

I was quite surprised when I first heard Dr. Grimes talk about how chiropractic care could address bed wetting in kiddos. But the more he explained, and especially after reviewing the x-rays, it just made more and more sense. Due to health issues I’m use to always being in pain. I was one of those people that was scared of going to the chiro and was upfront that I was scared the first apt. But I did go in with sciatic pain and limping and by the end, I was able to walk out. Been going ever since religiously.

Dr. Grimes and Dr. Nebiker are both amazing. Dr. Grimes helped me so much throughout my pregnancy with all of my aches and pains that came along with it. I never knew that chiropractic care during pregnancy was a thing and i was a bit hesitant at first, but im so glad i came to them! Holy cow! This place has 5 stars for a reason. I am blown away by the knowledge and friendliness of this whole establishment. I have been to several chiropractors although I am only 24. I am very active and it is so nice going to a chiropractor who gives advice on how to maintain my lifestyle rather than being told to slow down. I have dealt with neck pain since I was a teenager and have visited chiropractors since I can remember. After 2-3 weeks of visits, I walked into this place to check in at the iPad and when I went to select what body part hurt today, I had the realization that I didn't hurt just standing there. That was so amazing for me to realize because it's the first time in forever that I didn't ache just standing/ sitting still. Dr. Grimes is incredible and truly cares about his patients and it's super clear. I've also never been to a chiro that does x-rays. Total game changer when it comes to treatment plans. They’re a pleasant and helpful group of ladies. He came as a recommendation from a friend as I have never considered chiropractic health. Clearly, I wasn’t educated enough. I am now. But it took a pinched nerve in my neck, excruciating pain, and days on pain killers to be enlightened. He could see the agony and after completing his initial consultation, he squeezed me in so I wouldn’t have to suffer through the weekend without any intervention. Grimes always answered my questions and was thorough with his answers. Never was there a time I wasn’t greeted with a smile and a fist bump. When I had some concerns with a diagnosis with my husband, he took the time to explain and help us make sense of some medical documents that another doctor was able to communicate. He didn’t have to do this. Lord knows the man is busy enough. I trust him completely. I’d send my child to him if ever necessary. And my husband will start his appointments next week. Grimes Chiropractic is amazing! I was at my wits end with back/neck pain, headaches and just not feeling like myself. During the consultation he didn't rush me, allowed me to talk and he listened!
