Tried to book an appointment for my newborn as a new patient of course with this clinic and receptionist basically turned me away after I informed her that my newborn did not receive the HepB shot at birth. Per receptionist, doctor refuses to see new patients who did not get the HepB shot because they’re very “big on that”. Big yikes.

We love this office. We have been seeing Dr Kulic since my 15 year old was 3 days old. I have loved her since our very first visit!!!! The staff is just as amazing and caring. I wouldn’t have my kids go anywhere else!

Absolutely no compassion or genuine care from the pediatrician. My son is ONE he isn’t your usual teenager, so for them to be UPSET AND BOTHERED by my baby crying is absolutely disgusting. Forcibly grabbing and holding him down to check his teeth with no empathy for how scared my son was. They’re no longer accepting Medicaid/Anthem, which is GREAT because he’s never coming here again.

New to Henderson and needed a new Pediatrician. My daughter was sick and I needed one NOW. Other peds said I needed a "new patient" appt. First before they would even see me for a sick appt. Well that's not gonna work if my kid is sick NOW. When I called Henderson Pediatrics they were friendly and got me in the NEXT day! Dr. Macdonald was Awesome as well. She was very professional and friendly, took her time and asked me if I had any more questions instead of just rushing out like a lot of doctors do. Thankful I found them. Bonus, they gave my son a bag full of brand new books for free on our way out :-)

Warning to parents about Henderson Pediatrics!!!!! I've been going to this pediatric office for 24 YEARS!!!! The doctor I saw the entire 24 years recently retired early. Even though I primarily saw Dr. Levin (who was phenomenal and such a blessing all these years) I've also known his partner Dr.Kulic just as long and have seen her many times throughout the years.
My son was given a referral by this office at the age of 16 months for his pediatric neurologist for his autism diagnosis. They have all his records of starting ABA therapy, the fact that he's considered nonverbal, and everything else that's came along with his diagnosis. I've recently found out about a speech device that could potentially help him talk. It costs 5K-7k without insurance but my son has double coverage and it can be covered at 100%. I just need a letter from his pediatrician and an evaluation from a speech therapist to get it.
My son no longer gets vaccinated as I believe this was a huge factor in him having autism. Dr. Levin respected that. After he retired last month I called to get this letter for the speech device. I was told in order to get that letter I needed to bring him in for a well check and get him current on vaccines. I told them I'm not getting him vaccinated but will do the well check. Nope!!! Need vaccines to get the letter!!! I'm sorry but this is so wrong. You're literally going to punish my child for my beliefs and for protecting my him!!!! It's a easy as a swipe of a pen to get the process of his speech tablet going and they REFUSE!!! This office doesn't care about your child at all!!! The two remaining doctors, Dr.Kulic and Dr. Lee are mediocre at best!!! Thanks to a friend I found a new pediatrician and will be getting this letter on June 6. I highly recommend avoiding this office at all cost!!!!!

After our insurance changed, we scrambled to find a new pediatrician. From the my first frantic phone call, I knew this was different. The nurse who spoke to me was friendly and exceptionally helpful… and on a Friday at 4:30 nonetheless!

To say that was just a precursor to the phenomenal team they have working there would be an understatement. My son was immediately put at ease because the nurses were just so friendly!. Dr Levin goes above and beyond any expectation I previously had regarding pediatricians. Thorough. Friendly. Knowledgeable. Calming. He took detailed notes and asked pertinent questions!

To further illustrate how comfortable my shot adverse child was, he went on and got his THREE vaccinations that day (due the end of this year)… without issue. And didn’t even mention the shots afterwards. (I heard about the COVID shot for an entire week!)

I’ll end my mini dissertation with this… I couldn’t be happier. I trust Dr Levin and his team, value their opinions and look forward to having my son grow with him being his pediatrician for as long as humanly possible. Kudos to a team who cares. And wants to do the work that they are doing. And it shows.

We tried 5 pediatricians in the first 6 months of our first child, that was 6 years and a second child ago.

These guys are usually open 7 days a week and they always prioritize sick appointments. They can usually get your child seen in 30-60 minutes without prior notice. They have three doctors who all take all the patients so you can always be seen.

We switched pediatricians early on after our first was born over 9 years ago and are so grateful we found Dr. Levin and his staff. He is hands down the best doctor we've ever encountered. We love and appreciate him and his staff. Our insurance changed and even though we aren't covered there anymore we don't care - we still choose to take our kids here. We will never go to another pediatrician!

The staff members Ana and Amy are both super sweet and helpful. Dr Levin is incredibly knowledgeable and kind to both the parents and the children he sees. He provides excellent care and guidance to the patients and parents in his care. Highly recommended. Zero complaints. We’ve seen him over the past year with my little preemie baby and you won’t find a better pediatrician!

I could not agree more with all of the 5 star reviews. My children have been seeing Dr Levin and the staff at Henderson Pediatrics for over 10 years. We had a change in insurance for a while and went to another busy and large practice - so disappointing especially after having someone as kind, attentive, ethical, and knowledgeable as Dr Levin. It’s also important to acknowledge his amazing staff. When you see such little turnover in staff over the last 10 years, you know it’s a great place. Someone picks up the phone when you call - a real human - not an automated “press 1 for”… The office staff has helped me navigate referrals, sport physical forms, prescriptions, recommendations, etc. multiple times and have saved me time and money. I can’t speak highly enough about Henderson Pediatrics and being a pediatric health care provider myself, I think that’s something to be said.

Dr. Levin is absolutely wonderful with my son. The office is hard to get an appointment. They always have there phone switched to the answering service. I have been calling since Thursday every hour and I have been told they are at lunch. I have never heard of a 2- day lunch.

Dr. Levin has been our doctor since we brought our preemie daughter home. For 5 years, we've been able to get appointments when needed and he remembers her history and is great with her. She actually is cool about going because they have a prize choice at the end for behaving.

If you want to wait along time look no farther this is the place for you . Should you need to get your child a prescription then when they forget to call in the complete prescription you will need to call and remind them. One doctor is good and the other makes you feel like your just not worth her time

I love it here. Their hours are convenient, I haven't had a problem with any of the staff from the doctors to office to billing. They are all great! Non judgemental of all parental choices, they have advice for whatever you choose to do (feeding, toilet training, sleeping).

Staff is poorly trained and not courteous especially the grumpy phone operator in the morning with glasses. Not helpful at all to new customers inquiring...booooo !However, Dr. Lee & Dr. Levine are awesome doctors. At least they keep the ship afloat.

We love this place. When we moved here in January, we had originally gone to some other pediatricians by however we did not receive the personal care that Henderson Pediatrics provides. We always see a doctor, never a nurse, we can make same day appointments, weekend appointments, and the doctors really listen to you. Specifically, we see Dr Levin. He is an amazing doctor who is personable and very knowledgeable. My kids love him and trust him. However, it doesn't matter which doctor you choose because they are all fantastic. The nurses are also very personable and considerate. Additionally, the practice provides a sick and well side so that no matter your reason to be there, you can be accommodated. I am very happy with Henderson Pediatrics and will continue to put my children's health in their loving, capable hands.
