I have severe dental anxiety, and because of that, I avoided the dentist for many years. From the very beginning, I was never made to feel ashamed or judged for how long it had been since I had received dental care. Instead, everyone has treated me with so much kindness, patience, and understanding.

The dentists are incredibly compassionate and take the time to make sure I feel comfortable. The entire staff is kind and welcoming, and even the waiting room has a calm, relaxing atmosphere that helps ease some of my anxiety.

They also worked with me on a payment plan, which made getting the dental care I needed much more manageable.

Another thing I really appreciate about Hi-Tech Dental is their commitment to giving back to the community through Dentistry From The Heart, where they provide an opportunity for people to receive a dental service at no cost. I think that says a lot about how much they genuinely care about their patients and the community.

I went to the dentist after a crown and post broke off, and I am extremely happy with the care I received. He has 25 years of experience, and it truly shows in the professionalism, precision, and high standards he brings to his work. He was meticulous throughout the entire process, taking photographs and x-rays, carefully checking the fit, and my bike, and making sure everything was right before cementing the crowns. He even remade one when he felt the result could be better. He also addressed some older dental work that had become loose, chipped, and had gaps invisible metal. What impressed me most was that he never seemed willing to settle for good enough. He took the time to get everything right, and I love feeling confident in the quality of the work. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dentist who is experienced, professional, meticulous, and truly takes pride in his work.

When I started my dental journey to completely redo my smile, I was specifically looking for an office with weekend availability. Hi-Tech Dental is open all day Saturday and Sunday, which is incredibly convenient for those of us who work during the week.

From my very first visit, I felt the warmth of this practice. The staff are friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. They care about each other, and that care extends to their patients. That means a lot when you’re making a significant investment in your dental health and, quite honestly, feeling uncomfortable with the entire process.

I know I can be a little difficult to work with at times, and I also come with a very energetic kid who has been known to throw a tantrum or two during a visit. Everyone here has been incredibly kind, patient, and accepting—and even willing to help when things get a little chaotic.

My initial treatment process didn’t go exactly as planned. Before I even had a chance to express my concerns, Dr. Liu and his staff came to me and told me they wanted to start the process over. They absolutely did not have to do that, especially since I hadn’t even raised a complaint yet. That genuinely meant a lot to me.

They took responsibility, listened to what I needed, and didn’t stop until everything fit, felt, and looked right. That level of care and commitment is something I won’t forget.

I truly count myself lucky to have found this practice. I will continue recommending Hi-Tech Dental anytime someone mentions needing anything from a minor procedure to major dental work. They have earned my trust and my recommendation.

The staff and the doctors at Hi-Tech Dental Care are amazing! They work hard to ensure that my wife, who has severe dementia gets the care she needs. She requires anesthesia and the doctor ensures that she is safe and well monitored. The team take extraordinary steps to get the scans and perform the necessary procedures. I've been going here for at least 7 years now. It began due my anxiety sitting in that chair, and the options available to manage it when procedures are necessary. The sedation is an excellent option for those who deal with this level of anxiety. You're not fully out, but you're relaxed enough to not be full of dread. And the staff, including the dentist are all excellent. Your comfort is definitely their utmost concern. I'd say the biggest benefit is being able to get treatment on the weekend. Highly recommend!

Lady doing teeth cleaning squeezed liquid meds , Some did get into my throat She said it didn't I was really sick after!!!!!!!!! she did stop when I was hysterically crying because I didn't know why they had a drill! . Not a fan of the dentist at all. Never have been, as a young kid , had a bad experience at a dentist and just never got over it as I grew older. As years go on, still struggled until I really needed work. Even then, it’s hard mentally for me.

I’ve finally have found a place that has taken the fear/anxiety away. Every person, not just the dentist, have been amazingly nice. I had some teeth pulled and wanted to be put to sleep but the local anesthesia was plenty to knock me out for almost the whole time. Woke up and the dentist make sure to ask if I’m ok every few seconds it seems. Makes you feel like they really care.

I still got a long way to go personally but I found a place that I can go to without fear. It’s taken me a long time to conquer the dental fear but Hi Tech has done that for me. 10 stars if I could.

Terrible. We needed an urgent filling repaired. We were going out of town in two days for a month-long trip to Asia, and I spent three hours researching a dentist that could take us the following day. I spoke to this office twice, to confirm that the dentist would be able to complete the repair same day. The front desk assured me there would be no issues.
When we arrived, we were told that we had to do X-Rays and a full exam even though we explained that we had one recently and just needed the tooth to be repaired. After waiting in the waiting room and then going through the lengthy process of X-Rays and general exams, we were informed that there was no one able to repair the tooth. As this was the sole reason, we choose to make an appointment and confirmed several times, including when we checked in this is highly unprofessional and feels like a huge scam. They knowingly took our money/insurance and refused to provide the service that they confirmed they could give. I would highly discourage anyone from using this practice.

Well, while they might be “Hi-Tech, they certainly are warm enough to make anyone feel comfortable. Dental anxiety is real. They went over what they saw, not compassionately just matter of factly attitude. I left feeling I had very little choice or hope to save my teeth. No one asked if I had any questions, they didn’t show me anything to help understand what they were doing, what short and long term affects my choices of diet and care would be. Frankly, I’m absolutely glad I got a second opinion opnion. Get one too, because you might get a better experience.

The doctor's hygienist and the majority of the staff were very knowledgeable about their craft. Unfortunately. The front desk receptionist Jennifer is also the patient's coordinator and she is also the same person expected to be knowledgeable enough to answer questions as she is also the same person that that provide patient's care options and options for pricing. Jennifer was short tempered, had a lack of empathy or customer service. The staff apologize to me and shared someone had broken in her house, and that was the reasoning behind her nasty behavior. They said that she would apologize when I came back to the office for my procedure. I needed pain meds, called and still Jennifer was being Jennifer! Im too old for such horrible treatment while in pain as if Respect isn't required. I found a new dentist that provided quality service and Gental Care!

I visited this office on a Saturday as a new patient because they were open and my regular dentist was not. They did not solve my issues. I did not get a true reason as to why I was having the problem that was going on with me. They only suggested that I go to one of their partnered dental firms on Monday and maybe they could help. Also they DID NOT send the prescriptions to my pharmacy ( pain meds and antibiotics). I asked them specifically for those meds. When I went to my pharmacy hours later, there was no confirmation that the prescriptions were sent to any locations of the pharmacies that I use

I’ve never had a worse experience from a healthcare provider. The front desk staff was incredibly rude, incompetent, and unprofessional towards me.

Be cautious about how this clinic handles your insurance — in my experience, certain front desk staff seem more focused on getting patients to pay out-of-pocket than on verifying valid coverage. I’ve had two disappointing visits here — not because of the dentists (who i genuinely like), but because of the front receptionist team.

First visit: I asked them to confirm my insurance coverage. The receptionist immediately told me what I’d owe without calling the insurer. When I said I had insurance and asked her to phone them to confirm, she acted like I was asking for something unreasonable. She eventually called — reluctantly — and told me they told her that there was no coverage. I was suspicious, but ultimately took her word to be true and paid out-of-pocket.

Today: I returned, this time absolutely certain I had coverage. Once again, they did not phone my insurance provider in advance, and when I arrived, I was told there was no coverage after they “checked online.” I called the insurance company myself, and within minutes confirmed I did have coverage, and had a rep on the phone ready to explain directly to the receptionist. Instead of speaking with the rep, the receptionist insisted on calling herself, then claimed it would take two hours to get a fax confirming that I did in fact have coverage.

At this point, I suggested they verify insurance before appointments to avoid this. Then, another receptionist from my previous visit ran out and started shouting at me in the lobby, verbally attacking me and accusing me of lying while I simply tried to speak with someone else.

The icing on the cake: After my experience, I asked the earlier receptionist (not the one who yelled at me) if I could speak to the dentist in private. Her response: “Yes, but that’ll be a $75 flat charge.” That pretty much says everything you need to know about how this clinic operates — more focused on billing than listening / customer care..

I left feeling disrespected, undervalued as a patient, and distrusting of the practice. It almost felt like they were trying to trick me into paying out of pocket because it’s easier for them to get paid that way than to deal with insurance — a troubling possibility, but that’s genuinely how it felt.

It’s really unfortunate. I genuinely like the dentists here — they’re friendly and competent — but the lazy, rude, and potentially deceptive behavior of certain receptionist staff was so far out of line that I’ve decided to go elsewhere. It’s a shame when the front office gets in the way of good care.

The first time I received treatment from Dr. Lou was when I had an abscessed tooth in November. I woke up one Sunday morning with a completely swollen face and could not wait until Monday to get treatment. That’s when I found Hi Tech dental. They not only are open on Sundays but they make all of their hardware themselves. Crown’s, implants, bridges, etc. not having to wait for another company to make your equipment and come back to put it in. I had that abscess removed, a new bridge and a crown replaced.
Dr. Lou did such an awesome job. I mean perfection. He took his time and was very mindful of my comfort. Always making sure I was good at all times. I highly recommend Hi Tech Dental and Dr. Lou himself. 😊

The lady I spoke with on the phone was super nice and communicated with me all day on what time I could come in. When I got there it felt like everyone was rushed. Now my appointment was at 3:30 and they close at 5 but that was the time slot they had available. I got x rays and everything done and they told me I have two cavity’s. My insurance covers cleaning, cavity filling and other things. They charged me $300, I am not one to argue nor write reviews but whoever the manager or company owner is should consider new employees. When I was getting the cleaning done the man who cleaned my teeth rushed through the entire thing. Cleaning takes an average of 30 minutes. He took 7 minutes to clean my entire mouth. He was so rushed and left my gums bleeding. As soon as I walked out the door so did he to go home. I understand you want to go home but when your job is to help someone’s mouth that is hurting or clean them then I feel like you should be gentle. Ridiculous.

I had an emergency tooth crack and am TERRIFIED of dentists as I've been ABSOLUTELY BRUTALIZED by them all my life and they have broken my jaw joints trying to crank my mouth open that's child sized! So I NEED sedated dentistry and when I found them and they work WEEKENDS my mind was blown! I decided while I was under sedation I asked to to have two other teeth that had needed to be pulled to do them as well, and bone grafts for future dentistry. I absolutely loved EVERYONE in the office and they worked hard and are my kinda people! It's usually SOOOO bland when u go to a dentist but this place made sure all the comforts to make u feel better while having a short wait were available. I dig it! And I'm writing this 6 hours post op and my wheels aren't ripped and bleeding and I'm not in as much pain as I truly thought I'd be in, so thanks to the whole team there🤠.
I forgot to add I had a severely stained tooth and when I woke up the Dr had cleaned it up as best he could 90% better so huge bonus I feel I don't have to hide my smile anymore, so huge TY!!

Wow! What an amazing dental office. They are all Heaven sent I am extremely grateful for them. I had immense pain in my upper right teeth and I knew I needed a root canal. They took me in and didn't make promises but made me as comfortable as possible. I decided on getting an extraction of my tooth and I was in tears of pain. The dental office was closing soon but due to their compassion and servicing hearts they decided to stay late and care for my well being. Had a bad tooth that started acting up over the weekend. By Sunday am in more pain and called them
Friendly staff and understood the pain I was in. Xrays and exam 75.00 dentist was very nice and explained the options I had at that moment.
Gave me an antibiotic for infection. Unfortunately the pricing I was quoted was out of my reach and they don't take my insurance. 3 plans given.. from $1100 up to $6500.

This is the best dental experience I’ve had ever in my life. I was referred by my talent agent and thought it would be the same old experience. NOT AT ALL. I got a deep cleaning where I was constantly asked if I was comfortable, was given a blanket, offered water, and had an amazing conversation with the doctor. Then I had a crown replaced the exact same visit as getting it removed. When they say Hi Tech they mean it. Didn’t have to do a mold for the crown as they have a camera technology which captures the sizing for the tooth and then they modify it as needed. They helped me apply and get approved for CareCredit which is always helpful when paying for dental work. This is a very clean and very qualified dental facility. Every single staff member was amazing. As I left they offered me flowers from their personal garden in a cute little glass vase. From the moment you arrive until the time you leave you are treated with kindness and respect. I will never go anywhere else and will refer everyone I know to this dental office!

I was in extreme pain prior to my first visit, my wife came across them on line and called them, the receptionist was able to get me in right away (same day) on a Sunday. Very short wait time, very friendly staff. The surgeon, she was top notch very carrying and understanding. After the extraction, I walked out virtually with no pain. As I'm writing this review, I have no pain and I'm very pleased.

***WARNING RED FLAG*** Don't get me wrong, the staff are super nice. Problem is they actually do not care unless you have money on a card or qualify for a predatory payment plan. They also do not take cash. As soon as they realize you don't have money on your credit card or you don't qualify for a predatory loan they no longer care about you as a patient. They will walk you out. Again, super nice staff but all they truly want is money. The front receptionist though was rather rude at the end because I AM IN PAIN and y'all want to charge $800 just for an extraction so of course I was flustered and in tears but they don't care if you don't have the money. They'll then say that you are being aggressive and they'll instantly just turn you away. It's all about the money here.

EDIT: Turns out this location is expensive in general. Found plenty other locations that will work on my tooth for far less. Please heed the warnings of the 1 star reviews! They only care about the money!

This provider is a proverbial "Diamond in the Rough" & "RATINGS GOLD!" Awakened one early Saturday morning with pain & tooth infection, after detecting some nominal swollenness Friday afternoon. Since virtually all dental practices are closed weekends, needed immediate care.

After doing some light "detective work," investigated
URGENT Care options on the Web and found them. Were somewhat acquainted with them by having driven past their Rainbow Blvd location in the past, but offhand couldn't remember their whereabouts.
Their easy-to-navigate website made it "oh so easy" to schedule an appointment & complete ALL required and necessary patient in-take & insurance information prior to arrival and their vigilant staff contacted me immediately to confirm same.

Upon arriving, was welcomed with "Red Carpet treatment" by receptionist, Jennifer, and directed to Pre-Exam area for vitals and X-Rays. Subsequently, was provided with very detailed and Comprehensive "patient-friendly" explanation and protocols to be expected for New-Patient Visits.

This included quite "easy-to-understand" financial obligations without the usually, confusing "mumbo jumbo legalese" which only a Philadelphia Lawyer could make sense of!

Because tooth extraction was necessary, the ever capable, nurse practitioners &
pre-op staff prepared me for localized surgery .

I was then amazed and so much impressed with the extraordinary level & degree of personal care, welfare and proficiency provided me, by one, Farah Divanbeigi, DDS.
Her "manner"and folksy demeanor kept me completely at ease and eliminated typical "white-collar syndrome!" She was as if an Angel dropped from the clouds.

I just cannot say enough about the overall quality of performance and patient satisfaction I received from this provider in a critical time of need.

I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment without hesitation or reservation.

I am reporting this clinic to the Dental Board Of Nevada for outrageous billing procedures, and holding me as their toothless hostage until they got the money for the procedure.

They wanted to charge me $852 to glue back my bridge in place while I was putting together the financing for dental implants. This literally involves one minute and a few drops of glue but they wanted to charge me this usurious amount of money because they didn't believe I would come back. That is what the dentist said. "If I put it back in, you could walk out of here and never come back."

Now here's the problem: Dr. Lu wanted to charge $852 BUT he did not say it was for cementing a bridge. He said it was for "crown replacements" of two teeth. I didn't want crown replacements and I am not getting these teeth crowned. I am getting them extracted and getting implants.

Now what's even worse is that he wanted to charge $852, PLUS CHARGE AGAIN for the SAME TEETH, thousands of dollars. When I tried to discuss this with the owner, she refused to deal with the issue at all.

This is why I'm going to the dental board. These people should not be practicing dentistry in the State of Nevada. They are looking for stupid people to fleece. If you have a brain in your head and you ask questions, they run like scared rabbits.

As a high school teacher that works all during the week, I love the they are only open Friday, Saturday and Sunday. My appointment was at 7:30 am Saturday morning. I also had another appointment to get to by 9:00 am so I told them that I had to be finished by 8:30. They totally accommodated me for my checkup & cleaning and even got me out 10 minutes early. Wonderful experience. The staff and 2 of the 3 dentists that worked on me were friendly, making you feel part of their family. The staff and dentists were extremely thorough, repeatedly using high-tech equipment, just like their name says. To make my first 2 appointments was also very easy. Called at 2:15 pm and had an appointment at 3:00 pm on a Saturday no doubt. The next day on Sunday had an appointment at 7:50 am and had a new crown by 10:20 am. Amazing to have a crown made on site and placed on without any down time or normal two week waiting time.

I request all person, whoever is planning to visit this clinic, please go to other dental clinic. This is not a good place. The doctor asked me to take out my teet without carefully looking into my teeth and related problems. When I refused to take out, she didn't even looked again. I was hoping, she would come again and express all my pain and problems, but she never came back.

She gave me some pain killer and that was all. Please try other option.

Very clean establishment however the customer service was absolutely trash. My husband and I bought our daughter in on black Friday as they were the only dentist open at the time. We had an appointment. As my daughter is being seen in the back with my husband by her side, a lady comes in for her 10a appointment. Right off the back you could see she had a tennis ball abscess on her bottom jaw. She was definitely in pain. She signed in and rang the bell for assistance but no one came to greet her. I felt bad so I began to speak and assure her that someone was coming. We talked about what bought us in and discovered that we’re both military spouses. 20 mins later my husband FaceTime me from the back to update me on our daughter. I then told him to let the staff know that their 10a appointment was here. It was another 20mins before they came to greet this lady. After another 20mins or so, they finally call this lady to the back. She wasn’t back there for 5 mins before she came back out almost in tears. They acted like they couldn’t find her insurance and were trying to charge her over $4000 for a root canal. They claimed she was being aggressive when she questioned how they were running the insurance they claimed she didn’t have, and refused to service her if she didn’t just want to pay cash. I jumped up and tried to mediate as I could see this lady’s frustration and the fact she has the same insurance we have and they filled out without incident. They were obviously taking advantage of her situation knowing how dire her case was (they are the only facility open and it’s the weekend meaning she would have to wait until Monday) and figured she would just pay out of pocket due to the immense pain she was in. The dentist that worked on my daughter was very nasty and disrespectful to me once my husband and I swapped places (he waited with our 2yr old in the waiting room and I went to the back with my oldest) but that’s another review I’ll be writing after this one. They don’t care about your health and well being, far from courteous and absolutely no respect for Military and their families. Beware if you must come to this place.

I had the most horrible toothache on the most dreaded day of all…Sunday at 2am! Ugh! I was scared of not finding a dental office open, but there they were, High Tech Dental Care to the rescue! Helpful and courteous…shockingly polite. After setting an appointment at 8am, Siri managed to send me on a wild goose chase of their office at a nearby mall and I wasn’t sure if I would be able to keep my appointment once I figured out the true location. But they kept it: They made me feel super comfortable in the waiting area, too. Then, Jenny, one of the nicest dentist assistants I’ve ever met brought me in for a check up and XRays. I was traveling and many states away from home and my regular dentist's office. I had to be seen on an emergency basis, and this office was able to accommodate my needs and on a Sunday. Went for an "emergency". I had a filling that fell out and was in quite a bit of pain. After undergoing a full set of xrays and a complete exam, my problem was addressed. I was given 3 treatment options and finally had the tooth extracted with sedation. I was to have prescriptions for pain and antibiotics sent to the pharmacy. I was unable to locate the prescriptions before the pharmacy closed and therefore had a very uncomfortable evening. My husband received a text at 9 PM after several calls to the office that the RX had been emailed to a pharmacy and it's location which closed at 8 PM. I will be seen in follow up today. I am about to go to the pharmacy which opened at 9 AM and hopefully will be ready,

I was so disappointed when I went because they ask me for $75 even though I had 2 insurances. I was told that because I hadn’t seen them in over 2 years (while Covid) I had to pay a non refundable $75 fee to see the Dr. & it couldn’t be applied to any dental work. It was a waste of time and money to go there. I went on the weekend, a Sunday, because I couldn't get in contact of my dentist after I had dental surgery. I needed to be seen for only this problem and nothing else yet they took full x-rays. I could barely open my mouth, but they kept insisting on the x-rays. When I was final seen, the dentist told what I already knew. I had an ulcer on my tongue, the one side of my face was warm and they didn't do anything for me. By taking time with each patient, it truly shows in the results and in the level of ease you have going to the dentist. I walked in today in pain specifically asking for a root canal. Only to find out AFTER being charged $75 that the dentist does not perform root canals. She stated that she is not a specialist. This visit was a total waste of time and money. I told them that I already have a referral, antibiotics and pain medication. This was also notated in the e-signed documents. I came in for an emergency DENTAL PROCEDURE, and got nothing but inconvenienced. She said she did an exam because "she doesn't know me". She didn't read the questionnaire that I filled out in the lobby? Low-tech dental Care robbed me on Christmas Day.

Read the reviews as all the negative comments are very accurate. I did not read the reviews and went do to severe dental pain. One botched procedure later and no help after procedure lead to a medical emg. to repaired properly. How they have a valid license is unimaginable. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here. Price gouging along with inferior dental work await otherwise.

I Absolutely Love Hi Tech Dental. They are very friendly and professional. I have a very small mouth and they took care of my crown, tooth pull, and fillings and now down to the deep cleaning. I had sedation for my tooth pull and crown. Was awesome I didn’t feel a thing 😂👍😇. I will keep going back to them. Thankyou so much for everything you do for me and Have a wonderful Thanksgiving. I am extremely irritated. I specifically asked if they accept my insurance. They waited until I arrived and was in the chair to disclose that they do not accept my insurance. Apparently I am not the only person they did this to because there was someone else that was yelling and upset about the same issue. What a complete big waste of time.

Never in my life have I ever been swindled by a doctors office. I called and explained my fiance hasn't slept due to broken tooth. I explained he needs it to be extracted. The receptionist said they can extract on the same day. I asked how much the total cost would be due to he doesn't have insurance he's paying cash. She said it would be $75 for consultation and x-rays and an additional $200 to preform tooth extraction. He sat in doctors office for 2hrs paid the $75 for xray and consultation. And than they tell him he has to pay $650 for the extraction. He asked to speak with supervisor for being misinformed on pricing. The nurse refused to get a supervisor and said that they don't have any supervisor in their office there's nothing they can do. They refused to give him a refund for consultation and x-rays even though their employee lied in order to swindle us into coming in. This is by far the worst business ever and I will be making a report to both the BBB AND SOCIAL MEDIA IMMEDIATELY. IF YOU HAVE A TOOTH EMERGENCY DO NOT GO HERE THEY WILL LIE TO YOU ABOUT THE PRICE AND TRY TO OVER CHARGE YOU UPON ARRIVAL.
