Well she just got a referral from them instead because they don't offer to put her to sleep for the extraction. But Boca Dental on Eastern and Russel does. I'm gonna get some pictures next time I'm there to remember what it looks like.

Hello, let me get right to it. The dentist himself was a little stand off-ish. But once I began talking to him, he started being a little more personable. He made me feel as though he was miles away in his thinking. And that I was just "patient number 200" This is Nelli's location. The one across the street from Walmart, and Thriftys' (probably spell that wrong oh, well) too tired to go back to it lol) However, last year when I went in for a filling my insurance told me my filling was covered. Because I always call my insurance a head of time. To make sure.. But, when i saw the dentist, he stated to me twice that it wasn't. So I said no, my insurace told me it was. I said, "Let's get them on the phone now.. Then he said no, no, I see now it says it's covered. Anyway, i won't be going back. Hope all who read this is healthy and safe. Peace

I was really nervous, Dr. is really calm and understanding. I stood over one hour with his assistant on the phone, she made sure that I understood the procedure so I could make my decision. She answered all my questions. I felt like family versus other place places where I was just a number and next. I love this place because the customer is treated like family. I've been in Vegas for over 20 years and have been through many dental offices, I consider Dr. Li to be among the best. Don't let his funny accent fool you this man takes his time and does a great job. As long as I'm in Vegas which may be the rest of my life he will be my dentist. Dental assistant Mary it's also very good as well as a very kind, professional and friendly front office staff. Thank you I care dental on Nellis for doing such a great job on my teeth. No long wait to have your phone calls answered like Absolute Dental which is one of the worst. You can trust Dr Li, he is a good man and a great dentist.

If I could give this zero stars I would. This dentist office is terrible! They couldn’t even take a simple impression of my mouth. They tried 8 times and still couldn’t get it right! Plus my 8 year old son went in on the same visit as me and had 2 teeth extracted and he was screaming that he could feel the whole thing and they just brushed it off like he was nothing! Horrible place don’t waste your time or money!
