We just moved to the area, and my husband booked an appointment to establish care with a primary pediatrician since we’re new here. We were seen by a nurse, not even an actual doctor, who basically asked what we were even there for.

We explained we just wanted a general checkup to make sure our baby is doing well and mentioned that back in California we were doing physical therapy because she wasn’t walking yet. She didn't measure her, didn't weigh her, and didn't even touch her. She just looked at her from across the room and went, Oh okay, but is she crawling? Make sure to brush her teeth,and that was it. She claimed a PT clinic would reach out to us, which never happened, thankfully our baby is walking now, entirely thanks to us as parents.

Second, we signed up for a gym, and the daycare there asked for her immunization records, only to find out she’s behind on shots. This clinic never once brought it up or checked, which makes total sense given the lack of care we received.

Third, the waiting room is filthy. The toys are disgusting, and don't even get me started on the carpet. Our baby played for literally five minutes and came away covered in black grime, her clothes, her shoes, and her skin. I can’t even imagine the bacteria and germs floating around there.

Just because it’s a space for kids doesn't mean it shouldn't be sanitized; it’s a pediatric clinic, for goodness' sake. I know the healthcare system can be rough, but the bare minimum should be keeping things clean and doing right by the kids.

We were at St Rose pediatrics prior and had so many awful experiences. This place is wonderful. The well and sick areas are actually separated. They have coffee and mood lighting. They clearly put care into the decor and have soft nursing rocking chairs in each patient room. The NP was so patient and made sure to answer every question we had. Well informed research based care as well.

St Rose was like "dont try eggs or peanuts before six months." Which is the opposite of the research. Inspirada was like ,"you've tried eggs and peanuts already. Great!". The nurses are so nice and sweet and informed.

St Rose nurses are insanely rude... Just such a 180 on care. Please put your money here vs. St Rose!

This is the best pediatric we’ve ever been to. The sounds, colors, textures and equipment tailor to the comfort and bliss of the family and children. The doctors and nurses are patient, soft spoken while still being assertive, and well paced. They dont rush. They answer all questions and offer extra information. I couldn't recommend Inspirada Pediatrics more!!! They are extremely diligent and thorough with their care. We took our newborn son here for his first appointment, and they walked us through all of our questions with so much detail and support and grace as first-time parents. Dr. Chuck is so easy to converse with and made us feel that much at ease through all of some of the follow-up pieces that we needed having brought our son into the world.

The facility is beautifully clean. It's so fun. The rooms are spotless and super fun.

Everything there is a well-oiled machine. I have not had to wait more than like one or two minutes to get called back for appointments. And overall, the staff is so extremely friendly that it's just a joy to walk in and have an experience every time, and I know our son is in phenomenal care.

Inspirada pediatrics is honestly the best pediatric office you can go to! All the providers are amazing! Dr Chuck, Dr Chase and Allie are knowledgeable, kind and so patient with any question you have.
It’s not hard to get emergency appointments too because have blocked out time in their schedule for emergencies.
The front desk staff is top notch too because every time I call they are so helpful! Recently I’ve been needing them to help me fill out forms for day care and their turn around time is so fast! They’re just running the office so efficiently. I’m constantly impressed!

Our family is incredibly grateful for the team at Inspirada Pediatrics. They quite literally helped protect our newborn daughter, Shiloh.

We had brought Shiloh in for a routine visit, and the team quickly recognized that something wasn’t right. They immediately checked her bilirubin levels and didn’t hesitate to send us straight to the emergency room. Because of their attentiveness and urgency, our daughter received the care she needed right away. As new parents, that level of vigilance and professionalism means everything.

A special thank you to Beverly, the nurse who cared for us with such kindness and compassion. In a stressful moment, she was calm, reassuring, and truly caring. You could tell she genuinely cared about our daughter and about us as parents.

I took my son in on September 5th 2024 for his wellness visit that I had scheduled on 08/07/2024 well in advance. I get there and Dr. Chase does her wellness check and checks his nose and sees he has some congestion. She asked me if he was congested & I said, no he does have allergies. I did not know by answering that question I would be billed $75 for answering that question. My visit was not for his allergies. I didn’t even bring that up as a concern. She asked me and I answered when she went to check his nose with the light. My whole visit was specifically for his 7 year old wellness check. I got the summary card and left. I then recently got a call stating I was being charged $75. I called today and they informed me it was because the appointment was billed as a wellness sick visit. My son was never sick and I never even brought it up as a concern. I do not mind being billed for services I requested, but I do have a problem being billed for just merely answering a question the doctor asked me.

We just had our first visit with Dr. Chuck at Inspirada Pediatrics and I honestly can’t say enough good things about him. Every experience I have at this office is always a good experience. Prior to finding Inspirada Pediatrics, we took my daughter to another pediatrician which I did not like at all. The office felt dirty and run down and the doctors never listened to any of my concerns, and often I felt like I knew more than they did. We switched our daughter to Inspirada Pediatrics around a month ago, and I have nothing but great things to say about them. The office is super nice and clean. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I find it easy to get an appointment when needed. Most importantly, Dr. Chuck is so amazing. He listens to everything we have to say, he’s very knowledgeable and overall just an amazing pediatrician. They have even stayed open past closing for me to rush my kiddo in. **update to add my daughter’s recent visit with Allie MacAdams, PA. She was just as amazing and made my daughter feel comfortable and explained in detail the cause of her symptoms and the treatment options available. My daughter and I left relieved and happy with the outcome of the visit. I would recommend this team over and over again! Their new office is clean, vibrant, kid-friendly and very welcoming.

Everything about our experience from start to finish was a 10/10! First, I showed up on the wrong day for both of my kids’ appointments, but thankfully his office staff said they’d be able to have them seen the same day, so I didn’t have to come back. Then, my kids were ecstatic to see the waiting room had snacks, since they were both hungry, coming straight from school. Finally, Dr. Chuck and his nurse Kierra were amazing! They both took their time and listened to both my kids and made them feel very comfortable during the visit. As a parent, I feel fortunate to have a Pediatrician and Healthcare Team who put my kids’ physical and mental health needs as a top priority. Thank you, Inspirada Pediatrics.

I have a very anxious kiddo. One of the things we left our previous pediatrician for was that we never saw our pediatrician except for yearly checks. I read so many wonderful comments about Dr. Chuck on Facebook Mommy groups. I called to make an appointment for my kiddo. Nothing serious just a confirmation so my sons anxious mind could be quieted. Parents!!! The time this Doctor took with my son for nothing serious was amazing. Took their time, spoke to my son. We felt seen, heard and my son felt validated and safe. I will be taking both my kiddos here from now on. The office is beautiful and comfortable. Sick and well areas are nicely separated by more than just a chair row. Snacks and drinks for kiddos . We walked out and my son said I love that Doctor. He was really good to me. He asked me before he did anything. I felt safe. My husband and I spent a ton of time researching pediatricians prior to our baby’s arrival and there always seemed to be a downside to a practice. Either the doctor was amazing but office staff was lacking, the practice was too busy to sick child appointments, etc, but reading the reviews about Inspirada I found no mention of these so we decided to go with them and I have no regrets.

Dr. Hutchinson visited us a couple times in the hospital to check our newborn and he was very kind and supportive. He arranged the first in-office visits with his staff and we didn’t have to do anything, which was great since I was recovering from an emergency c-section. Once at the office we were pleased to see there was a sick side and well side of the lobby so our 4 day old baby wasn’t exposed unnecessarily. Everyone in the office was incredibly kind and welcoming and made sure we understood everything from adding our baby to our insurance to what appointments would be next and for what. Allie was so sweet and answered any questions we had, and gently brought up some topics that we hadn’t thought of yet.

All in all I am extremely happy with Inspirida Pediatrics and am so relieved that we were able to find them. It gives me peace of mind knowing that if we need anything, we have a team of professionals ready to provide stress-free help!

Dr. Chuck is a wonderful person. There is no one I could trust more with my children than Dr. Chuck. He is such a great guy and an amazing doctor. He's the reason my son can hear now. After multiple doctors telling me otherwise, Dr. Chuck informed me that my son may have hearing troubles. He sent me to a specialist who did surgery and now my son is hearing. My boys love you Dr. Chuck!
We've also seen Dr. Chase and Ali. Both are absolutely wonderful! I just went to the new location, and it is absolutely darling. They have a wall separating the sick and well side which is so nice! It is so open, and they have snacks and toys for the kiddos while they are in the waiting room. It is also quick to get in, and you don't wait forever like most places. Highly recommend! Every physician and nurse is fantastic!! The cabinets are adorable too.

The whole office was beautiful, had clean non broken toys for kids!!! Dr. Chuck is always more then amazing, and gets my daughter in right away. He has seen her since she was 2 days old. He is a very communicative, caring, compassionate and understanding doctor who fully explains everything to us. Me being a FTM, this means a lot because I’m always in an over protective mode, and Dr. Chuck insures the best in her overall health and growth both physically and mentally.
Any doctors he is with i would strongly trust with my baby/toddler/child. The front office was very sweet and sensitive to my daughters strong 2yo feelings. 😆 They made her experience fun and happy, due to her lack of appreciation of being at the doctors.

We came from their prior office. We’ve been seeing Dr Chase since our baby was born. She is amazing and very detailed, helpful and caring. Not once we ever felt rushed. When my daughter had a mild eczema(from what it looked like back then), we came to see her but she was out on vacay and Dr Chuck did the check up that day. We were also wow’ed by him and thought our baby can see either one of them. They have a type of approach that we relate to.

We were so happy we’re able to follow them here at Inspirada Pediatrics as it is closer to our home. When we saw Dr Chase yesterday, she had this Aura to her that made us love her even more. I think the atmosphere here is vibing with how they really want their office/environment to be.

The office is very light, airy and cute! Office Experience Check in was smooth. WELL & SICK patients have separate door entrance and room is divided by this wall which was very nice! The rooms are also so very well interior design thought out for kiddos. As an adult, I was very into it too. It had a Boho Chic pastel fun energy!

Again, Dr Chase took her time and we can’t wait to see her for my daughter’s next milestone appointment.

Our first visit and we were so grateful to be greeted by a beautiful, welcoming space, little things to cheer your kiddos , like a cactus at the door, cactus pens, cloud lights AND snacks!! ( wow!) , friendly front desk staff helped with the new patient packet ( that was even cute!) Once checked in the friendly nurse took my son’s vitals and was so nice. Dr. Chuck spent so much time with our sick kiddo and was just so caring about him as a whole human , it was really lovely. Although we hope we don’t see Dr. Chuck for sick visits very often, it is certainly comforting to know that my children can look forward to his capable and compassionate care when they are not well .

My wife and I have brought our daughter to Inspirada Pediatrics a few times now. Having a newborn and all that is involved, Dr Chase and the staff at Inspirada Pediatrics were very attentive and helpful. We had a scare a couple times in the first few days requiring our daughter to go to the Peds ER. After a couple admits and a NICU stay, we were back to Inspirada Pediatrics with better news and now our daughter is growing well. Next check up is 2 month for vaccines!

Had the most awful experience and it was only a 5 min phone call. The secretary lady was rude and condescending. We have new insurance this year and haven’t yet received an ID number. We have an email from our insurance saying to use a certain Group ID number and she said it wouldn’t work. She flat out said she couldn’t book us an appointment without an ID number. We asked about paying out of pocket because we expressed our child is sick and she said “you don’t want to do that” definitely won’t be a new patient here. Sad to be treated so rudely right off the bat.

I was recommended this place by a few friends. The first thing I noticed was two separate doors/waiting areas for sick and well children. Loved this! The waiting area is very cozy and inviting, unlike other pediatricians I’ve been to. They even have a little coffee station with snacks. It’s so thoughtful. The doctors are friendly and considerate of parent concerns/opinions. They support your choice to vaccinate, not vaccinate or offer you the choice of which vaccinations to give your child. Would recommend this place to everyone! Wait time are very shorter than normal too!

Definitely recommend this group. They are not only a great group of doctors but a really wonderful group of people in general. As a first time expecting parent I met with Dr.Chase and she spent over 30 minutes with me giving me new parent information and resources. Then we met Dr. Chuck in the hospital and he came in and not only check on our baby but changed her dirty diaper and swaddled her and handed her back to me as it was just me in the room at the time. We saw Dr. Chuck for her first appointment and he answered all of my questions and then suggested I talk to their PA Allie MacAdams and she made me feel so much better about the lactation struggles I was having. She able to talk to me that morning and helped me get a plan to feel confident she was getting fed. I have to say thank you so so much to them all for their help in navigating this role as a new parent and making me feel more confident and taking care of our baby girl ❤️

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Chuck, Dr. Chase and their staff. They are all so amazing, kind and professional. Our son was born three years ago, and we had a hard time finding the right pediatrician, which was really challenging during the pandemic.

After first seeing other pediatricians, we end up settling on Dr. Chuck and Dr. Chase, who were the only ones we trusted with our newborn son. Dr. Chase saw him first, and we are so incredibly grateful because she immediately noticed something off with his biomechanics. The prior pediatrician, though well regarded and experienced, saw him a couple weeks earlier and never said anything was wrong. However, Dr. Chase spotted it immediately and referred him to a physical therapist. Her sharp eye made all the difference because we headed off much larger physical development issues and got him back on track.

The thing that stands out about Dr. Chuck and Dr. Chase is they both take the time to listen and never dismiss your concerns. Both take the time to explain and put your mind at ease.

Dr. Chuck was amazing with my 14-year-old who was going through some mental health issues. He got my teen to trust him, open up and get the help needed. I am so tremendously grateful I found this amazing team. They earned my and my children's' trust.

Dr Chuck came to the hospital to check out our son when he was born. All the nurses said ‘oh good, it’s Dr. Chuck’ when they saw which pediatrician we had picked. Inspirada Pediatrics is everything I’m looking for in a child’s doctor’s office. Before we switched facilities, my child’s last pediatrician office had long wait times (which, fair enough. It’s a doctors office in an overpopulated city, there will be wait times…), but in the rooms, there was NOTHING other than a book or two to keep my child preoccupied. And when you’re stuck in a room for an hour with a toddler, tantrums will be thrown. However, Inspirada Pediatrics has toys both in the waiting room AND in each room! AND there’s snacks! There has been so much less stress knowing that this doctors office is designed with kids in mind! Not to mention how great the staff is as well! The doctor actually takes time to listen and answer all of your questions, and if I call the nursing line, they actually pick up! I can get a hold of somebody same day, if not even same hour! Bravo, Inspirada Peds. I am thoroughly impressed! I am so grateful I made the switch.

I took my newborn here after a stressful birth and NICU stay. Dr. Chuck and Kie are so gentle and kind, it was exactly what we needed in those first weeks postpartum. He answered all of our questions thoroughly and we had a lot as first time parents. The office is always clean and we never have a long wait. I highly recommend Inspirada Pediatrics to anyone!!

Dr. Chuck has been our pediatrician since we moved to Nevada 3 years ago (kids are ages 5 & 2). He is wonderful with the children— engaging, silly, respectful. He’s also wonderful with parents. He really listens and balances his medical expertise with parental perspective and concerns. We followed him from his former group practice and love his new set-up and office. The office staff and other medical staff are all so engaging and friendly. Highly recommend!!

When I heard Dr. Chuck left his old office I just knew we would we would be following him! He has been our sons pediatrician since birth and now 2 years later I can’t imagine taking our son to see anyone else. Both of us loved Dr. Chuck from the very first appt. He is an amazing pediatrician and you never feel rushed when seeing him. He takes the time to talk you through any concerns you might have. I was so happy when I found out he stayed local to Henderson/Vegas area. The Inspirada Pediatrics team was so welcoming and kind! This was our first visit to the new (temporary) office and everyone was so friendly! The office was decorated beautifully and kept nice & clean! Thank you all for making our experience so pleasant! I highly recommend this office, you will not regret it!

As we walked out of the office to get into the car, my almost 3 year old said "I had fun at the doctor".
Dr Chuck and the staff is amazing. They actually care about their patients. We always feel heard and well taken care of.

I can’t say enough good things about our visit to Inspirada Pediatrics! My son loved Dr. Chuck and wanted to go back the next day lol! The front office staff was welcoming and so nice! 😊
