We have been patient of I.smile dental for more than 15 years.
Always super happy with the service and approach, small business that care. For Dr. Le, I can only say the best Doctor, who cares takes time and listens.
I will always highly recommend Dr. Le!

However, everything changed today when we came for my daughter’s teeth cleaning appointment. What we had written diwn was 9:30 AM.

We came exactly 9:13AM. The receptionist young lady called Christine came upfront and around 9:15 AM and start talking to us In a really rude manner, she was telling us that we are late for our appointment and we need to reschedule.
As we said, we thought it was 930. She kept repeating “no your appointment was at nine and you’re late and you have to reschedule”.

However the front desk lady Cristine treated us I have to say like a trash. With big attitude and very unprofessional language that made me tear.

We’re all busy these days. We all appreciate our time. I understand if there was a conflict with appointment time but would be much appreciated if we would get written form of confirmation either a text message or an email.

And after all, if there is a conflict, there is always nice way to treat your patients and a nice way to talk.

I usually jump from one dentist to another because I used to use Groupon for basic cleaning. Every time you go to one of those, they ALWAYS upsell you into 2 things: "You are grinding your teeth so you need a $800 night guard" and "You need $600 deep cleaning". Most of those dentists are in it just for the money.

I have been going to see this dentist , Dr. Le, for several years now because he was the one dentist who NEVER tried to sell me something. He simply does his job and does it efficiently. His staff are professional and appointments are taken care of on time. 5 stars.

He has performed cavities, crowns, implants, root canals, extractions for me over the years with easy and masterful proficiency. Obviously I am one that is prone to needing dental work. Dr Ken and his staff are very friendly and kind. Not only do they have compassion but are patient with my son who is diagnosed with Autism. Dr Ken is very skillful and has done an efficient job on the whole family. Highly recommended!

this is an alright place. Dr and nurses are very nice and you never have to wait long to be seen. They are open one Saturday a month so that is convenient for working parents. But when it comes to getting procedures done and paperwork submitted. They forget constantly.
